Portrayed as exclusive luxury, but is far from it and was in fact really disappointing. Seemed reassuringly expensive, but in practice just a basic offering that felt overpriced. Client relationship manager was very attentive and did her best to improve our stay despite the hotel’s many shortcomings.

Amazing holiday here. Beach all-inclusive drinks service was the cherry on top. Pictures are from Mediterranean restaurant, you get one free meal there and one at an Asian restaurant per 7 day stay. I recommend trying to get the Med one twice if possible.

Rooms are small, not enough sun beds for all the guests. Food was good. I wouldn’t give this hotel 5 stars, more like 4. Birthday cake was a very cute surprise. Many thanks for that.

Absolutely beautiful hotel overlooking the sea. Well appointed simple rooms, water and mini wine in fridge with a couple of local pastries. Lovely toiletries. Housekeeping perfect. Genuinely lovely staff. Perfectly placed to walk into town, but quietly placed away from noise. KYMA restaurant attached is glorious.

Great rooms, genuinely friendly staff and the sea right in front of the private beach is lovely and full of a variety of fish. The coffee is surprisingly good. There is some music from the bar next door, but with the door closed it is not audible. Generally you are outside of the crowdedness in this hotel. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning. Definitely recommend

I stayed here in June for a couple of days – perfectly located a bit off the beaten path, so you can enjoy peace and quiet, yet still close enough to the city center. The service was excellent, both at the hotel and the private beach club. Best of all, it’s conveniently close to the airport. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Very positive experience. Staff made us most welcome and the 'hotel' was in a superb position. Will be returning asap. However, just a couple of gripes. We were there for 14 nights and and the 2 teabags, 2 shampoos , 2 small waters and 2 body washes were never replaced which I have never experienced with other hotels. An extra touch that I think customers would appreciate and maybe slightly more...

A Fantastic hotel. Rooms are clean Marcus & Chrissi are Great always polite & helpful. Location is spot on. Karaoke most nights but do not hear in rooms. every day day the rooms are cleaned I will be back to this hotel 100-percent thoroughly enjoyed myself

We stopped at the Origin for 2 weeks. On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and complimentary drinks. The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The location is perfect, minutes from town and the beach. We will definitely be coming back, and the Clamps would like to thank all staff for making our holiday relaxing and fun.

as soon as we arrived at the apartments we were instantly welcomed and felt part of the family, we felt very safe and looked after as three 18 year old girls. Kostas (sorry if it’s the wrong spelling) made our stay especially amazing. Only fault is our water pressure in the shower and the temperature was unreliable, however i think that’s due to them being solar powered and not the fault of the hotel...

Was really pleased with the room, was shocked at the quality considering the low price ! Plain sailing from the moment i stepped in the door, the hosts were the loveliest men iv ever met, funny and attended to everyone's needs, i mever felt uncomfortable to ask them for things, room was cleaned efficiently every day, really happy environment will definately be returning !

Budget hotel, no frills, however it gives a beautiful view of mountain Dikaios, and the sea. Room are done to a high standard however maybe a little dated, no TV and the WiFi in the top-floor rooms is nonexistent. Overall very nice we would definitely stay here again if we ever returned to Kardamena.

Feel the freedom , 500m right; full of restaurants and shops,left huge beaches with nice cafe around...and you have a kittchin in your apartment .And wonderful owner ; Phillipos :)

Nikos 2 is not to be overlooked. Family run and very friendly resort. We stumbled on Nikos 2 by chance 4 years ago and have returned every year since. Just out side the main village of Kardemena which is no more than 10 minutes walk. Rooms are clean and tidy, they are cleaned and beds remade every day. The views out back are simply stunning. Snack bar and pool area are good with plenty of sunbeds...

We have just returned from these truly amazing apartments. We are a group of 4 friends who usually go A/I. We fancied a change, we can honestly say we picked well. Love these apartments , perfect location , easy walk into the village with lots of beachside bars and restaurants. Apartments are clean and cool, pool is outstanding , George and family really Look after you , food is all home cooked and reasonably priced . On arrival late at night I was greeted by the owner who took me to my room. Although this is a 2 star hotel, the service at this hotel is 5 star. The rooms and pool area are exceptionally clean and the pool area is very big. No hassle getting a sun bed. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here. You feel like part of the family. Stayed for 7 nights really nice appartments in a really quiet place George and his brother Michael and their Mother are really nice people . All the place is kept really clean lovely swimming pool nice snack bar for food and drinks the resort and beach is a good 20 minutes walk thhat is the only reason we will not return because my wife has walking difficulties

Our home away from home! We have been coming here for 5 years now this year with my whole family staying for a wedding. Yannis and Daniella are the most lovely people so caring accommodating and hilariously funny. The rooms are traditional and Greek. They are immaculately clean and in a prime location for the village. Great value for money I can’t recommend these apartments enough!

Gianni and his Wife are the best. They make you feel like you’re home. They help you with a lot of daily stuff like renting the car very easily. It was an amazing experience for us. Excellent hosts and clean, comfy apartments. Cleaned regularly and you may even enjoy some bounty from the garden. Can't beat the location either.

An absoulte gem! Escaped an all inclusive hotel in Kos to this family owned little hotel. It is quite a walk away from the village centre but walking along the beach before and after dinner actually made the experience better. Had roughly 10-20 cars drive past us each way. (Yes, we counted) Clean rooms with AC, a nice pool bar, more than enough deck chairs and just across the beach for swimming in...

We (parents and small kids) loved our stay here. Georgios gave us a large room so we could all sleep together in the bedroom and Marios at the (fantastic) pool bar filled our bellies with fresh food and drinks. We come here everyday with my animation team to have a coffee or a drink and chill around the pool. So friendly bartenders, very good drinks and quiet pool area, also i like the white and blue buildings, and its just next to the beach. Prices are also good and its very clean.

Great stay! Clean place, friendly and helpful staff. in a perfect location near amazing beaches and excellent taverna's in kardamena. Perfect for families with kids, the pool and playground were greatly appreciated. Good snacks and light lunches at their chiosque bar too.

Large, spacious rooms, Huge pool with separate kiddie wading pool and attached snack bar restaurant. Beach is just across the road, with umbrellas and lounge chairs available. 5 min. drive into town. Family run.

This is truly a fantastic rebuild now made into a lovely beach side top end hotel with 6 Rooms available to rent on a B&B basis. It has a cocktail bar and restaurant And caters for none residents as well. Having a beach area with nice Sun beds is a nice touch for residents and non residents.
