We had the best vacation of our lives at Blue Domes!! We spent most of our days at the garden pool, both Martha and Maria who worked there were fabulous serving very quickly and surprising us with drinks as we were sunbathing! Me and my partner weren’t massive fans of the buffet food but there it was still decent as there was lots of options

The Gyros hut was brilliant, we got one pretty much everyday! Overall, me and my partner are very happy with our stay. The food was brilliant, staff were lovely and friendly, the hotel facilities are modern and clean

She, with the guy with the glasses in the lobby, the lady who is doing the pita breads on the beach and the lovely old Greek at the entrance of the restaurant are SMILING. I have noticed that a lot of others are not

Visit club zone a lovely guy called dimitirus works there he is amazing and very helpful and kind to everyone and will assist u with anything the hotel doenst have it’s a 5 min walk you can watch football there put any songs you want, you can also ask if the buggy men can take you they normally can when they are free

Maria by the pool was amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were on point and her tequila sunrises even better! She was so attentive and had learnt our drinks order quickly and would come over regularly to ask! She made our stay!

The entertainment was incredible and there was a great party vibe. The rooms were good and we had a sea view which was breath taking to wake up to each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families

Anything you need and want they will give to you no questions asked the service is great! And the room was amazing had a nice view we paid for a standard room nice white led lights mini bar that gets refilled everyday

There are some suggestions to improve: - the food needs to be titled - water dispensers separate from the bar or even bottles / otherwise long waiting for just water - exclude paper cups - hand out some information about program and make sure to update the app (we came down to the beach to have Pizza assuming it closes at 6pm but we were told it closes at 4pm) - have kids animators in the club who...

Budget hotel, no frills, however it gives a beautiful view of mountain Dikaios, and the sea. Room are done to a high standard however maybe a little dated, no TV and the WiFi in the top-floor rooms is nonexistent

Overall very nice we would definitely stay here again if we ever returned to Kardamena

The only object of criticism is that the children's pool does not have a canopy so that children can play at least in partial shade, the children are in the open sun, and this is unpleasant

The dishes are very tasty, the pizza is also outstanding, the best Italian in Germany. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful and the dinner is really very good

I liked everything very much, the quality remained the same and really on top (I was here in 2015) Even in the days of Corona, the staff made a lot of efforts. We can recommend this hotel for families

Gaia Royal is probably one of the best resorts we've stayed. Rooms cleaned daily so very clean. Mini zoo for kids and also mini golf, several kids play, tennis, football, basketball court, 3 very good pools with bars

) breakfast (even in description) is "american" what it means cakes are defrozen and donuts tastes like paper. However there is a lot of fresh products to do oatmeal, prepare salad, variety of cheese and sausages

The whole place is very well organised, garden is marvellous, there are paths for babystrollers and plants and palms are amazing. Bravo for reusable cups - it makes place seem much more clean and friendly

or you can rent car, scooter, beach buggy or quad and travel to other beutiful spots in under 30mins. would we do Gaia royal again definately 100% yes. This place is special and has something for all ages

Gaia itself is a bit out of the way but there's very good buses that run from hotel reception that can take you to Kos town and that costs €3

The breakfast was amazing! The pools and the beach (wavy) are wonderful as well we lived in 2 different rooms but those did not look like in the pictures

Unfortunately, the location of the taverna is in the middle of the hotel instead at the beach, where the beach bar is. The smaller beach at the left wing is quiet and sanddy, although too shallow

Few pools to choose from as well as restaurants - have to give a shout out to The Tavern and Osteria - a Greek and Italian restaurant on site that were both outstanding. The spa is luxurious and well worth the money

Due Corona we got the chance (I guess so) to get a good price for this hotel and flight. The pricing in the 5* Resort (food, drinks, treatments, activities, etc. Not too high and you get great quality

Loved it! Not too big, not overcrowded. Two times Beachvolleyball per day. Great selection at breakfast and lunch. I especially loved the local coffee prep with hot sand! Best vacation so far!

I really feel bad to write this review as I do think this is a great hotel with truly fantastic staff but management's decision to dilute the drinks undermines all of the hard work the staff on the floor do and takes away the perks of having an all inclusive holiday

Got back from a wonderful family holiday on Tuesday! Gaia Palace Hotel really made our Summer! The rooms were lovely and the cleaners did a brilliant job of maintaining them

We had a medical emergency which is everyone's worst nightmare when over seas and they supported throughout. Very much appreciated and will be remembered

The food is lovely with a modest selection and we ate well at every meal but the ONLY issue we had was that the drinks were very watered down, so much so that it no longer resembled the drink it was supposed to be, this is for soft and alcoholic drinks which is a pity as that took the cherry off the cake

The staff is super friendly and also helping with special request. A big thank you goes to receptionist Christina for helping us with our late checkout and trip to Kos on our departure day

We have spent one week in this hotel. We stayed in nice and new apartment. The rooms were really clean and bed were comfy. The stuff in this hotel is extremely kind

The Hotel area is very beautyful. The size of the room, especially the bathroom, is perfect. I love the free safe as well as the electronic handling in connection with the cleaning service

At the reception a got sometimes the feeling that my questions were annoying to the stuff and a minimum of information was given. The bathroom should need a deep cleaning

This is an all-inclusive hotel that rates 4 real world stars depending on where you are standing. The food is great, with loads of variety, and the restaurant staff are great, but a little over stretched

All pools are in full sunlight for most of the day, very little shade for children or non sun worshipers. Sun loungers are taken very early and limited fixed parasols

If you venture into the toilets of the main building, you will see how tired parts of the hotel are. A lot of the signage is old and relates to an old layout

Our only issue was the room (155) had absolutely no hot water thought our seven night stay. After three reports to reception, which I was fobbed off with, eventually on the fourth report we were offered a change of rooms

The food is exactly what you would expect from an all inclusive buffet but never repetitive and always fresh! We particularly enjoyed the Italian buffet! The Greek restaurant is in a stunning setting and they cater for adults and children

One beach faces the sunrise & another beach faces the sunset. Which were both incredible might I add. We booked an Executive Suite which was located in the main hotel & the room was decorated tastefully & modern

Secondly, offered a junior suite which we viewed & decided not to move into. Given we’d have to move all our stuff to a different part of the hotel for only two nights

An amphitheatre for shows for all ages, a separate waterpark, lots of pool to choose from

The local town is around 6 minutes away on foot and has its own beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel is a 10 minute transfer from the airport which is great after a 4 hour flight

The hotel beach is very rocky and not recommended, but a hundred meters away is a very nice sandy beach with boat rentals and jet skis. The path up to the restaurants and reception is really steep and strenuous

Very friendly staff, quiet environment, Good for relaxing, there's hotel beach for 3 Euro a day per person and one coffee. water is really clean and nice. Swimming pool is also nice.

Myself and husband arrived at the hotel at 3am feeling exhausted after a long flight with delays. We were given our keys to our room and told to check in, in the morning

As for location it is at the far end of kardamena yes its quite and restful but its not a 45 minute stroll to town as most brochures say it a 10 good minute taxi ride

I had a wonderful time at the beach snorkelling and the water temperature was lovely. Me and my husband do like to keep fit so used the gym everyday

Unfortunately our room was very tired and out dated plus the air conditioner wasn’t working so our room was hot and uncomfortable

this man is so rude and grumpy it actually made us switch what pool we sat at because no one wanted to ask him for drinks, he huffed and puffed at us every time we asked for a drink, and God forbid you ask him if he was having a cigarette! I got my drinks slammed on the bar! The hotel shop is quite expensive but we found the shop down by the beach to be much more affordable so started using that

The animator team are just awesome! My 4yr old son can be very challenging and they kept him entertained no problem, he fell in love with Miguel and Kevin and was so sad to leave them!! I'll be singing the sunshine song for the foreseeable! Plenty shaded areas for the kids, lots of shallow kids pools and snacks ice cream served throughout the day for them

We started coming to Kos in 1996. In 2020 the hotel we usually stay at closed so we came here. We have returned three times and all I can say is it is what a fantastic place. The animation team are fantastic

The drinks machines kept going out of order so had to walk up and down the dining room to find one that worked. But honestly they are the only negatives I could pick out of our 2weeks there

The Maids kept our room spotless and the receptionists are so polite and helpful. The bus into town is punctual and very handy I will dare yogi to. not be impressed with the whole hotel

The staff can never do enough for you apart from the old grumpy man who serves on the bar at the animator pool! Which brings us onto the negatives

Special mention goes to Nicholas and his team down at the beach bar they are absolutely fabulous, we have spent most days on the beach and the team have been absolutely amazing, they really look after you and have fun as well

I was surprised by the familiar atmosphere in that hotel. The reception was on a incredible high standard and also Jimmy the Barkeeper prepared us some very good cocktails while we could watch the football game

Stayed here from 28/06/2024 to 09/07/2024. The room was spotless, spacious and very modern. We stayed in the Deluxe room with a spa on the outside balcony

We purchased large pegs to hang our clothes as there wasn't enough hangers, but there is plenty of shelving and cupboard space. I'd highly recommend the Kris Mari, It is a lovely pleasant hotel

Lovely hotel very friendly staff rooms always cept clean no problems at all, we usually stop in the Superior but it was full this year so got two weeks in kris mari but no problem.

From the first glance you can see that the hotel has its age, but it gives the property unique ambient of the late 90s. It is clean and well-maintained, the staff is super friendly and very open, always eager to help

The only remark though could be a bit old and used-out wardrobe. In the vincity you will find the variety of bars and restaurants, supermarket, cafe, car and scooter rental, really anything you need during your vacation

The studio for 2 was spacious, cleaned daily, there was also a lot of room around the swimming pool (even though the hotel was full in Aug, the pool was never crowded)

Very nice hotel close to the beaches of Kardamena. There is also a beautiful swimming pool. The owner is very kind and helpful.

We didn't pay any extras for the AC - it was included in the rate booked directly with the property

I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to couples, single travellers and families

There is a Bar-B-Q once a week with dancers and entertainment which is a must! The location is close enough to the town (just a stroll down the beach front), the beach and next to a bus stop which runs frequently

I stayed recently at the Sunny View Hotel. George and his son Francis were impeccable hosts and made our short stay unforgettable. This beautiful, clean hotel will be our first choice when we return to Kos.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with a great family of owners, always helpful, very clean rooms, cleaned every day, bed linen and towels in the rooms changed every other day, everything you need, including a fridge, large, clean swimming pool with pleasant, not cold water

My wife and I stayed there with our son and daughter. It’s a wee bit out the way but there’s a fairly decent bus service or not too expensive taxi ride to Kardamena. Preferred the village to Kos town

This is a fantastic property - staff couldn’t do enough for us and would always accommodate for any requests. We had a sea view room and the view was just stunning, the private beach and loungers was a great bonus too

The room was great and the whole hotel always spotless. Great for couples and families. Completely silent area at night time which is great

Margarine instead of butter, fake honey (in Greece!!! Where so many honey is produced every year). 4 bottles of alcohol on all inclusive and no Tonic. Coffee - no comments - horrible

Beautiful view but rooms and breakfast it's a joke. Many thinks broken - no one bothered. Breakfasts the same every single day. 1 sort of ham, 1 sort of cheese

Snacks - the same not tosted sandwiches whith cheese and ham - the same like on breakfast :/

Everything was perfect! The food is very nice, the rooms are spacious and very clean! The sun beds are really comfortable and the hotel is next to the beach! I recommend it!!

The rooms do not look like the ones promissed on Booking. The bathrooms are old and look really bad. There is a good variety of food for breakfast but it does get boring during a 7 day stay

The staff are nice and friendly and the wifi is strong. The entire island kept having power outages and the hotel doesn't have a backup generator so there was no electricity in the hotel

This resulted in an annoying beeping sound coming from the reception and food poisoning. We would come down to dinner at 7pm, litteraly the time dinner opened and the food was cold

Because of this, we god food poisoning (and we know it's the hotel food because by the time we got it, we didn't eat anywhere besides in the hotel)
