Involving lots of walking uphill and down. Has very good a la carte options you need to book well in advance. I would say this is a 4* property with good food and staff

A drop head shower which was great only downside to the room was the shower flooded the whole bathroom and toilet but no big deal. The pool is fab and climatized so isn’t freezing if the weathers good

Breakfast and lunch were nothing exciting Dinner was good nice puddings and meats were cooked well. Would have liked to see more choice

A live food section which offers different options but all the food is well cooked and compared to other all inclusive resorts is very good. Staff in the restaurant are great and clear your table very quickly

A whisky is available that is of good taste and 40% alc I really liked as a whisky drinker. Tonight I visited their select Greek fish restaurant. I asked for their best red wine but it was only 12

I would like to make an amendment to my last comment. I have very recently discovered that some popular intentionational spirits are available including Bacardi and Vodka , hence they can also provide excellent cocktails

By this time I had lost interest in the whole Greek fish meal experience, so much so that I walked out of the restaurant and went back to the main buffet restaurant where I was guaranteed to get a good meal

Cleaned every day and mini bar stocked every day if needed. Only downsides were that the bathroom could do with an update, and glass doors replaced for privacy. However, the room was great and A/C worked very well

just back from a 2 week family holiday, 2 adults, 1 teenager a 14 year old boy, very relaxing & very chilled, the rooms were a decent size although the bathroom needed an upgrade, balcony a good size, beds were very comfortable & the cleaners were in everyday the kids pool was decent but a bit too much going on for us so we spent most of our time by the main pool which was excellent, no sunbed olympics...

Lacking premium whiskey and ciders, but we will survive I'm happy to see Costa and Jiani again in the bars, some new faces, like the bar manager, who is always complaining and screaming at the staff in front of the long queues every night, not good

The entertainment team is always top-notch and very active. Christos and the new restaurant manager are always there to solve any issues. The drinks are good, I've already been in other hotels with the same cocktails

For those who complain about the inappropriate stars of this hotel, I tell them that if you wanna feel posh, you have to dig deeper in your pocket 😉 Once again back at home

I had a deep tissue massage with Panos, it's the best massage I've ever had, I would say go for it.. the therapist is professional, he made me feel comfortable from the first moment.

Breakfast is a basic buffet, but its good enough, but you can buy a cooked breakfast if you wish. There's a small supermarket across the road, where we got our water for our fridge

There is a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room. Out balcony was massive with a pull out drying rack for towels etc. There is a small pool with pool bar, breakfast is served there

We didn't use the pool as we love the beach. Also a bar inside which opens in the evenings. Jimmy/ Demetrius makes great cocktails! Brothers George and David who own the hotel are very friendly and great hosts

Staff are so so helpful and friendly. The rooms are great size and spotless. Pre warning had to pay for aircon but we didn’t mind. Would return here and highly recommend it

Cleanliness of the room itself is okay, but the bathroom was pretty questionable when we arrived. Only good thing is that it's close to everything since it's literally in the middle of everything and air conditioning

The Rio Hotel, also known as the Pub, is a really excellent simple hotel. We stayed there last year and loved it, but since then a lot has been updated. The showers were great, good pressure and a proper shower cubicle

The hotel is family run, and not surprisingly this means excellent and friendly service. The Pub part is a bar and restaurant , and hotel guests get a discount

Good location and kept spotlessly clean. Only had one breakfast there as I tend to eat later in the day but it was lovely

There are some suggestions to improve: - the food needs to be titled - water dispensers separate from the bar or even bottles / otherwise long waiting for just water - exclude paper cups - hand out some information about program and make sure to update the app (we came down to the beach to have Pizza assuming it closes at 6pm but we were told it closes at 4pm) - have kids animators in the club who...

The basic rooms are OK but a bit dated, I'd recommend upgrading your room if you're going to stay here, however the overall resort is very nice and modern, everyone is very friendly and the buffet is good

Across the street, you will reach the hotel beach in just 1 min or you can walk through the little shopping streets within 5-10 min from the hotel. The food selection at the hotel restaurant is amazing

The only downside was that it was sometimes difficult to find a spot on the beach, as many sunbeds were taken early in the morning. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

The Continental Breakfast is enough to keep you going to late afternoon / early evening. If you choose this hotel for your stay you will not be dissappointed

Great place to stay close to the beach and restaurants

Rooms a tad dated, could do with some tlc, shower can be a bit tricky and quite slippy. Spotlessly clean, fantastic pool and staff are brilliant. They really cant do enough for you

Good sized room, cleaned daily. A few minutes from the beach where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Loved the pool and there was no shortage of sun beds. Already looking to rebook for next year

Hotel Cleopatra superior is excellent first rate in all categories food staff rooms etc kalamadena is also very beautiful wit plenty for all walks of life

The bar staff were lovely, especially Denise who made an excellent Mojito! The food in the hotel was lovely. Their restaurant down by the beach (Alma) was very nice and the staff were friendly there too

Lovely staff, good prices, great pool, no struggle for sunbeds either and they have mattresses on too, so comfortable as well. Rooms are basic but spotless and air conditioning is available

There are 3 cleopatra hotels in 5min walking distance that can be used. Also discount at 1960 bar, Alma restaurant. Great location easy walk to beach, town and supermarket. Snorkeling near sunbeam restaurant is great
