In short: Pros: - Rooms were lovely and kept clean - Good selection at the buffet - Staff were friendly Cons: - It’s a game of luck to get a ‘ Renovated/ Nice’ room and you might be left disappointed - Not the right place if you don’t like buffet - Could do with a bit more staff interaction sometimes felt like the hotel lacked personality

We recently stayed at the hotel in September and initially were very disappointed with our room (418). It was dated and grubby and not what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber

Been here twice now, and it is good. The rooms are spacious, and the pools are clean. Since my first visit in 2018, the food and drink has gone downhill. The beers and cocktails available tasted very poor.

Had a holiday and family wedding at the hotel, wedding coordinator Margherita was amazing. Very clean hotel, great food in buffet restaurant. Long walk to the room but well lit and good walkways

This is an all-inclusive hotel that rates 4 real world stars depending on where you are standing. The food is great, with loads of variety, and the restaurant staff are great, but a little over stretched

The only negatives were there wasn't much to do around the area, but if you have younger children the animation team have more than enough to keep them occupied

Our 1st time at Akti beach with a party of 8. We had a fantastic time, all staff are brilliant and friendly, Food amazing , drinks all day long, free bus in town which runs until 11

We stayed in very pleasant, comfortable situated room with large balcony, airco worked well - what a help in these heat waves! Beds were just perfect for us and we had 7 silent nights, we didnt hear our neighbors even though the rooms around us were taken

The food was just perfect, we enjoyed daily dosage of fresh veggies with authentic tzatziki, you can always take spaghetti or fries, salads, variations of meat (also fish!) are different everyday so you can always try something new out

The combination of friendly hotel staff, beautiful hotel by the beautiful beach, full plate of delicious meal 3 times a day, possibility to always get a tasty drink, 17 degrees in the room + silent nights

Theres also beach essentials, drinks and local souveniers in the market. The beach is literally a few steps away from the hotel, you will be very pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the water

There are some suggestions to improve: - the food needs to be titled - water dispensers separate from the bar or even bottles / otherwise long waiting for just water - exclude paper cups - hand out some information about program and make sure to update the app (we came down to the beach to have Pizza assuming it closes at 6pm but we were told it closes at 4pm) - have kids animators in the club who...

Our children and 5&6 and loved it. The views are amazing, the room was a bit dated but the layout worked well for our family. The food was really nice and so was the staff

Best resort ever!!! At the main restaurant the food is so so tasty!! So many choices of sweets and drinks!!! Elisabeth the hostess is always so helpful and so cute with my family!! We had the best vacation of our lives at Blue Domes!! We did the best gathering at the hotel's spa!! gymnastics from excellent athletes!!! delicious food every day!! and we saw the best smile in the world on the face of the beautiful Elizabeth in the main restaurant!! We spent most of our days at the garden pool, both Martha and Maria who worked there were fabulous serving very quickly and surprising us with drinks as we were sunbathing! Me and my partner weren’t massive fans of the buffet food but there it was still decent as there was lots of options

The Gyros hut was brilliant, we got one pretty much everyday! Overall, me and my partner are very happy with our stay. The food was brilliant, staff were lovely and friendly, the hotel facilities are modern and clean

She, with the guy with the glasses in the lobby, the lady who is doing the pita breads on the beach and the lovely old Greek at the entrance of the restaurant are SMILING. I have noticed that a lot of others are not

Luxurious hotel at a beautiful location. The service is top, you feel at ease and comfortable. Nothing is too much for the personal. Very high quality of the food

When my parents showed me the first time the hotel I taught It was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen but I was so wrong. The hotel was incredible the food was the same and the best part is the staff

Bonus tip: if you see a cat go pet it because you will have a very little chance to see it again. I think you should give this hotel a chance because you won’t regret it

Visit club zone a lovely guy called dimitirus works there he is amazing and very helpful and kind to everyone and will assist u with anything the hotel doenst have it’s a 5 min walk you can watch football there put any songs you want, you can also ask if the buggy men can take you they normally can when they are free

Anything you need and want they will give to you no questions asked the service is great! And the room was amazing had a nice view we paid for a standard room nice white led lights mini bar that gets refilled everyday

Spent 8 magical days here in Greece and wouldn’t change a thing. I would give 5+ stars if I could. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful

We stayed at Summer Palace for our first family holiday, upon arrival we had a slight issue with our room, however Konstantina, & Irene we’re so helpful, and got us transferred to a new modern room, which was fantastic

The hotel beach is very rocky and not recommended, but a hundred meters away is a very nice sandy beach with boat rentals and jet skis. The path up to the restaurants and reception is really steep and strenuous

10/10 for everything, brilliant hotel, good food and drinks, good location, stunning views, good entertainment especially in the daytime, 4 pools, quite ones, fun ones, baby pools

Room was a decent size with great view but cleaning was sporadic and not great

The room we stayed in was simple but lovely, we did upgrade to a room with a sea view with an inside sofa area and I do recommend this as it gave us some space to sit after a day on the beach

Activities throughout the days and good selection of food throughout. Only downsides were the bathrooms are slightly dated and the fridge they offer seems to generate more heat than cooling

I also found it odd for a given 5 star hotel to have virtually no waiter service and had to queue up at the bar for drinks also everything apart from the Greek restaurant was buffet service although the food was very good and had lots of choice

On the other hand we had Marius from customer relations who was excellent, he give 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service and was there every day to help you if needed. Big thanks to him, it was a real pleasure to meet him

The room itself had a view of a hill with a landfill dump and what looked like a pump house of sorts for the pools. The standard of the room was nowhere close to 5 star, I would rate it three stars

I just want to pinpoint how amazing the staff is and how they go above and beyond to ensure guests are truly having a wonderful time - animation, bar, restaurant, front desk, cleaning staff - all amazing, taking their work seriously

Our stay was incredible! The rooms were spacious and sparkling clean. The staff were very friendly and the facilities of the hotel amazing! Altogether a very pleasant atmosphere with amazing facilities!

I had a shared pool room and when (inevitably) people who didn't have them tried sneaking use, staff were straight on it to remove them! Food was fantastic, 95% of the stay we used the main restaurant and Vasilis was FANTASTIC and always incredibly attentive

Beds were lovely and clean and mini bar refilled everyday. Unfortunately I hurt my back whilst there so went for a massage which was so nice and did help me. I would recommend hotel to friends but I would rate it as a 4*

Great Hotel with great food and brilliant location. The only 2 things I didn't like were ; The soft drinks taste like Chemicals. Rooms and Bathrooms need modernisation, as they are outdated for such a big hotel.

Almost Everything was so fantastic! 2 things I didin’t Liked: soft drinks(feels like chemical) cleaning room personal. All the rest was amazing! Personal, meals, animation team, activities! Beauty place

Absolutely freezing water in the pool. ham is more like spam, Orange juice not really a juice but some chemical flavoured water, burgers made of God knows what but it was surely not beef

Just those 2 things made me a bit dissapointed

Room can only be entered at 3pm local time, so be aware when arriving before that time you will need to leave your luggage at the main entrance. Foos was okay, we were expecting some more local stuff

The only downside was that it was sometimes difficult to find a spot on the beach, as many sunbeds were taken early in the morning. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

Reception staff also work very hard & Efi works super hard bless her for noticeably long shifts and the main reception manager whose name I didn’t ask also works super hard & always has a smile on her face :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was the hotel manager, Vivi, who is not only highly professional but also a very sweet and welcoming person

I spent 4 nights at the Cabana Blu for my birthday. I stayed in the penthouse suite, on arrival it did have a smell which we did inform the receptionist. The next morning the plumbers came to see how to fix the solution

Across the street, you will reach the hotel beach in just 1 min or you can walk through the little shopping streets within 5-10 min from the hotel. The food selection at the hotel restaurant is amazing

Bungalow with the sea view was nice, all the time clean thanks to the perfect cleaning service. We can discuss what does it mean sea view but we were satisfied. Our experience with the food was also relatively good

The Hotel is amazing and clean but the staff are what make this hotel so great. Reception are so helpful you get a cold towel and fresh lemonade on arrival, nice touch. The porters are so helpful and kind

I was surprised by the familiar atmosphere in that hotel. The reception was on a incredible high standard and also Jimmy the Barkeeper prepared us some very good cocktails while we could watch the football game

Stayed here from 28/06/2024 to 09/07/2024. The room was spotless, spacious and very modern. We stayed in the Deluxe room with a spa on the outside balcony

We purchased large pegs to hang our clothes as there wasn't enough hangers, but there is plenty of shelving and cupboard space. I'd highly recommend the Kris Mari, It is a lovely pleasant hotel

In the heart of Kardemena this hotel is one of a group of three Cleopatra Hotels. The staff are happy to help with No problem too small. The barmen work there socks off day and night serving the thirsty masses

The Continental Breakfast is enough to keep you going to late afternoon / early evening. If you choose this hotel for your stay you will not be dissappointed
