Very nice hotel, people working there were very nice and friendly. There were not many attractions nearby, but there was not really any need for them, because every night there was some event happening at the hotel at one bar. The hotel was great value for money. We stayed in one of the windmills. Lots of food and drink available on 'all inclusive'. We can warmen recommend this hotel. My family had great time. All workers are very friendly and helpful. They want to make every guest happy and feel comfortable. They pay attention to every need. This is a 5* hotel with attentive service, fabulous rooms and the food in the buffet and the Al a Carte restaurants we tried were excellent especially, the Dusk Pan Asian. Been here twice now, and it is good. The rooms are spacious, and the pools are clean. Since my first visit in 2018, the food and drink has gone downhill. The beers and cocktails available tasted very poor.

It's OK, but it's not up to the hype. Very average all-inclusive with no USP at all (water park is not a usp as you pay to enter). All pools are in full sunlight for most of the day, very little shade for children or non sun worshipers. Sun loungers are taken very early and limited fixed parasols. Portrayed as exclusive luxury, but is far from it and was in fact really disappointing. Seemed reassuringly expensive, but in practice just a basic offering that felt overpriced.
