The Facilities are superb, the weather was brilliant, the staff are second to none very attentive and helpful. The property and gardens are looked after very well. Our housekeeper was so good, we will be going back next year.

The brunch was very very lovely. But, the lady is making the difference. She, with the guy with the glasses in the lobby, the lady who is doing the pita breads on the beach and the lovely old Greek at the entrance of the restaurant are SMILING. I have noticed that a lot of others are not. How come? You want that we will come again, right? 5 stars because of the brunch!

Best resort ever!!! At the main restaurant the food is so so tasty!! So many choices of sweets and drinks!!! Elisabeth the hostess is always so helpful and so cute with my family!! We recently stayed at the hotel in September and initially were very disappointed with our room (418). It was dated and grubby and not what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. Been here twice now, and it is good. The rooms are spacious, and the pools are clean. Since my first visit in 2018, the food and drink has gone downhill. The beers and cocktails available tasted very poor.

It's OK, but it's not up to the hype. Very average all-inclusive with no USP at all (water park is not a usp as you pay to enter). All pools are in full sunlight for most of the day, very little shade for children or non sun worshipers. Sun loungers are taken very early and limited fixed parasols. Had a wonderful week hear last month. The saving sun bed policy is not managed. We were lucky to get a beach sunbeds & noticed a bag was left hanging in the one in front of us & no one turned up to use them all day & the hotel did not remove them. We can warmen recommend this hotel. My family had great time. All workers are very friendly and helpful. They want to make every guest happy and feel comfortable. They pay attention to every need. The a la carte restaurants are beautiful with good food. It's a big hotel, yet it feels like a big home- because the workers make you feel like they konw you for a long time.

We moved to the Summer Palace after two nights in the Mitsis Norida. This is a 5* hotel with attentive service, fabulous rooms and the food in the buffet and the Al a Carte restaurants we tried were excellent especially, the Dusk Pan Asian. Not really suitable for people with any mobility issues as there are lots of steps though out the complex. Would recommend this hotel and would return.

The hotel is clean and well kept. The rooms are dated but adequate for a stay. Comfortable beds and regular changes of towels and bedding. Good breakfast.

Rooms are all right. The cleaning is all right. I did not like the constant chasing about extending my stay while it was obvious that there wouldn’t be a problem. The breakfast was really poor. I’ve never seen anything like it. Overal an ok stay when you are on a budget.

Rooms are a bit basic but kept clean by the maid, not the best view from the balcony but you could see the sea from it, short walk into the main area for bars and restaurants

Rooms a tad dated, could do with some tlc, shower can be a bit tricky and quite slippy. Spotlessly clean, fantastic pool and staff are brilliant. They really cant do enough for you

In the heart of Kardemena this hotel is one of a group of three Cleopatra Hotels...The staff are happy to help with No problem too small..The barmen work there socks off day and night serving the thirsty masses..The Continental Breakfast is enough to keep you going to late afternoon / early evening..If you choose this hotel for your stay you will not be dissappointed..

Lovely family-friendly hotel. In quiet location next to beach. About 30 minutes walk into the centre of kardamena. There is a local bus service that stops tight outside the hotel that runs to/from centre of Kardamena - 2 euros. Rooms really clean and great breakfast. Would definitely recommend

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. It's a perfect hotel for a peaceful holiday, it's so close to the sea and has amazing views of the local area. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff at Mammis Beach were so friendly and helpful, they even helped to get a big bug out of the room for us!! We loved our stay here and hope to be back again. Thank you Mammis Beach!!

stayed at the mitsis blue domes hotel.4 of us walked into kardamena about 3 times in the week.we stopped at mammis beach hotel for drinks because its about half way between blue domes and kardamena.drinks were ice cold and good quality.also reasanable price.the hotel and grounds are spotless next time we stay at the blue domes we wouldnt hesitate to call in for a welcome drink.

very clean. the food was great. run by a nice family. we are planning on going next year to. the greek night was a great night. this is the only hotel we have stayed in which as free aircon. which was needed with the great weather we had while we was there

i wasn’t staying at this hotel, but they welcomed anyone in, so we went for food and when i went up to the bar, one of the barmen tried to hit on me, he asked my name then asked if i could give him my insta, it was uncomfortable to sit there should have reported him, but i didn’t, baring in mind i am only 16 years old!!

Beautiful location. Nice pool. Nice bar area close to the pool which served very nice food and all the usual drinks. Plenty of sunbeds/umbrellas for everyone. Literally a few footsteps from the beach/sea. All the staff were so welcoming/accommodating/friendly/helpful and we couldn't have asked for nicer people.

Just home from another fabulous holiday staying at this wonderful hotel. The hotel is very central to everything you could possibly need and is run by the most warm and welcoming family. Rooms are spotless clean and serviced every day. Cant wait til our next visit would definitely recommend

The Rio Hotel, also known as the Pub, is a really excellent simple hotel. We stayed there last year and loved it, but since then a lot has been updated. The showers were great, good pressure and a proper shower cubicle. Loo paper can go down the toilet. Mattresses are deep and comfortable. The AC worked well and was quiet. The rooms are a decent size and are equipped with a kettle, and cooking...

We had time on our hands waiting for a bus around an hour and so we were looking for somewhere to spend the time and spend a penny and where more convenient that in the Pub . It’s the pub and restaurant part of the Rio Hotel . We ordered two pints and sat in comfy chairs watching the motor racing in Germany. The young lady who served us was very pleasant and not pushy for us to order food which is...

Brilliant hotel.Good location and kept spotlessly clean.Owners and family were lovely.Only had one breakfast there as I tend to eat later in the day but it was lovely.First time to a Greek Island on my own but would definitely return and recommend these apartments xxx

Absolutely first class! spotless, well run, great food, drinks and service. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding every three days, free safety deposit box in room, fridge freezer, Air con, plenty storage no complaints about anything. Everything anyone could want for the best holiday we will be going back to the same apartments next year thank you
