An absoulte gem! Escaped an all inclusive hotel in Kos to this family owned little hotel. It is quite a walk away from the village centre but walking along the beach before and after dinner actually made the experience better. Had roughly 10-20 cars drive past us each way. (Yes, we counted) Clean rooms with AC, a nice pool bar, more than enough deck chairs and just across the beach for swimming in...

We (parents and small kids) loved our stay here. Georgios gave us a large room so we could all sleep together in the bedroom and Marios at the (fantastic) pool bar filled our bellies with fresh food and drinks. A narrow beach is lying next to it for a dip in the sea. The place is quiet in the evening. The room provides airco for an extra fee. There is no breakfast served but we provided our own. Every...

We come here everyday with my animation team to have a coffee or a drink and chill around the pool. So friendly bartenders, very good drinks and quiet pool area, also i like the white and blue buildings, and its just next to the beach. Prices are also good and its very clean.

Great stay! Clean place, friendly and helpful staff. in a perfect location near amazing beaches and excellent taverna's in kardamena. Perfect for families with kids, the pool and playground were greatly appreciated. Good snacks and light lunches at their chiosque bar too.

Large, spacious rooms, Huge pool with separate kiddie wading pool and attached snack bar restaurant. Beach is just across the road, with umbrellas and lounge chairs available. 5 min. drive into town. Family run.

Verry nice place if you are looking for a private place to relax. Big and clean pool and pool area with plenty of sunbeds. A poolbar offering drinks and snacks. Rooms are simple but well looked after and clean. Very friendly staff.

Angela is super friendly, the apartment was clean. The apartment was as we expected. It is mandatory to pay in cash because she doesn't have a POS machine. The price of booking doens't include air condition (5 € per day) and safe (7 € per day).

Nice and clean place. Great price. Shower actually had stand that worked. 7 minute walk from center.

Always stay here. Rooms are clean&cosy. Safe&aircon extra.Just ask Angela.The Shower is just enough after a long day at the beach,supermarket on the corner&Sun Med restaurant. Cleopatra pool opposite,just buy drinks&food to use all day if it's what you prefer. Bingo on the doorstep or every bar&restaurant 5mins walk on seafront& square. It was nice and quiet, a short distance from the airport but just a few minutes walk from the main square and beach. Room was nice and clean with cooking facilities and a fridge. Great balcony for relaxing. There isn't a pool attached to the apartments but one for use near by. Good value for money Natasha was very kind and friendly. WiFi

Spacious and sunny rooms, great Value for money, quiet neighborhood and awesome location! The staff is helpful and kind and the rooms are very clean!

Central Location , daily cleaned rooms, friendly and helpfull owners, proper prices for the service you get .What else can you ask for ? Highly Recomended.

Nice and well kept structure, really close to the sea and the center of kardamena. Friendly and helpful staff, very nice lady. The rooms are well maintained and equipped with everything even for cooking something. Towels, sheets and toilet paper changed every day or almost. Comfortable terraces from which you can sip a nice glass of cold ouzo at sunset enjoying a peaceful and regenerating panorama

Just come back after 2 weeks in George &Michael's excellent care in the lovely clean Nikos II apartments in Northern Kardamena. I was a lone female traveller and felt totally safe. Pool is great, snacks and drinks all day and the guys were completely on their feet all day long happy to help and serve. Got air con for an extra £80. It's very near Banana beach to theNorth of the strip and I'd recommend...

George and staff friendly very clean...food pricd reasonable and good size portions.. 10 minute walk to town or the local bus

This from the moment we arrived was just an awesome experience, The owners, George and Michael knew all the guests by their first name and spent time engageing with the guests, were always willing to help

George and Michael make everyone so welcome, both in the apartments and the Splash pool and bar. The apartments are immaculately clean and very comfortable. The bar food is delicious and good prices. The pool and pool area are so clean with great, comfortable sun beds and plenty of shade. There is always a beautiful breeze, even on the hottest days. It is far enough from the centre of Kardamena...

It's absolutely fantastic..George..Michael..Peter..cocoo..are the nicest people you would ever meet..it's clean..food fantastic..bar area great..highly recommended

Excellent apartments rooms excellent and Stella really looks after all her guests. Situated near to the village it’s an easy walk to Restaurants, Bars and Shops. Very clean and so friendly nothing is too much trouble, looking forward to May 2021 when we will be staying there for four weeks.

What a lovely family run apartments Stella and Nic are so helpful. They speak very good English. Very clean.

Great budget appartements close to centre of kardamena amazing views lovely warm friendly welcoming staff couldn't do enough to help I would recomend 5/5

Budget hotel, no frills, however it gives a beautiful view of mountain Dikaios, and the sea. Room are done to a high standard however maybe a little dated, no TV and the WiFi in the top-floor rooms is nonexistent. Overall very nice we would definitely stay here again if we ever returned to Kardamena.

Feel the freedom , 500m right; full of restaurants and shops,left huge beaches with nice cafe around...and you have a kittchin in your apartment .And wonderful owner ; Phillipos :)
