We had a delightful time at Majestic Hotel during our 5 night stay during mid October when the tourist season was gradually slowing down. The staff, cleanliness and food were beyond expectation. Walking distance to Fira, the Capital of Santorini was on 10-15 minutes. We were able to see the sunset from our room itself. Amin was very helpful with all our needs with food and the chef Milan provided the delightful food. Both seem experienced in the hospitality industry and were very helpful with our requirements

My wife and I had an incredible 3 days at the Majestic hotel. The room, staff, pool, and views were all top notch. Special shout out to Amin and the food. We had two unforgettable dinners with Amin as our server - he gave us great food recs, made us laugh, and taught us some Greek! We left extremely full and satisfied both nights. Would definitely go back if visiting again!

Our honeymoon at The Majestic Hotel was absolutely unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to Amin. He was the nicest, happiest person we met on our trip — always greeting us with a big smile and genuine warmth.

He took the time to teach us fun Greek phrases, recommended the most delicious food and drinks (every single one was spot on!), and made us feel completely at home. Really wonderful place. We enjoyed our stay totally there, clean with super location and services. Special thanks to Amin with the big smile who works in the restaurant of the hotel. He is extremely helpful, and caring with the customers. Fanis and Dora from the bar are also amazing, very friendly and full of positive vibes. I would definitely return and suggest to everyone.

We recently stayed at The Majestic hotel and WOW what a wonderful place. It was in a perfect location, easy 5 minute flat walk into Fira, quiet location. The staff from the management team, poolside staff, waiting staff and cleaning staff were without exception some of the nicest people we have ever met. They truly made us feel like we were on holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious with fabulous views. The breakfast had something for everyone and varied every day. The pool and surrounding area was immaculate. We were a family of 5, across three generations and they accomodated for everything we could want. The resort was perfect, as was our holiday but what made it so special was this hotel and it's amazing staff. Thank you so much for a wonderful week.

This hotel was beautiful! It was about a 10 minute walk to the center of Fira which was maybe our only complaint but still pretty close! The pool and room were beautiful. The staff were exceptional! Our lady at check in was great at telling us what to do in the area, she helped arrange our ride back to the airport and was just amazing. Dimitri at the pool and helping with breakfast was also very helpful! Our view of the volcano had amazing sunsets. I loved this hotel and wish we had the opportunity to stay longer!

Apart from the hiccup during pickup, everything went smoothly. The whole stay was flawless. Great service, breathtaking views, cozy room and delicious food. Good location in Fira. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for 10 nights in Sep 24. It’s in easy walking distance to Fira but far enough from the hustle and bustle when it was busy. We had a room with a view of the volcano which means there’s a busy road outside the window but the traffic noise wasn’t disruptive. A room on the other side of the hotel would give a sea view from the other side perfect for sunrises.
The staff are amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. We’d definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

This was a lovely hotel to stay at even for a few nights while we visited Santorini. The staff was very polite, welcoming, and offered great suggestions on how to best explore the island. The Breakfast was a nice assortment and eggs to order were included! The pools looked very nice but we did not use them during our short trip. We had a lovely view of the sunset right outside of our room or just across the street from the hotel!
The hotel was located very close to the city of Fira which was a hub to get to other cities via public transportation (ie Public Bus). The public buses were very easy to use and only took about 10-15 minutes to walk from the hotel.
My only concern for the rooms was that the beds were very firm so it’s all a matter of what you like!

Hotel was lovely and well appointed. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for accessibility to town -and other activities. My only concern was:
1. the powder smell in the lobby being overpowering-it made me and other individuals in our party nauseous
