The staff were amazing during our stay and so very helpful. We would love to come back. The room was comfortable and relaxing. The whole place was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Was the best part of our trip. Well done guys 😊

Evening atmosphere on mains sections where is restaurant and Swimming pools look nice , upstairs small terrace for sunsets view also lovely but small problem busy main road which cannot be seeing on pictures, breakfast of have better choices will not complaining but restaurant lovely choices of taste food , drinks , cocktails, wine.
If coming back in one day will be choice again this hotel.

The Majestic Hotel was the prettiest hotel we stayed at in our time in Greece. The pool is sooo relaxing, breakfast was delicious, and all the staff at the restaurant and bar were the sweetest. The rooms were also a really nice size and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Always greeting you with a smile. Rooms are very clean. Beautiful ambience. Has a nice view of the caldera. If you don't want to join the crowd in watching the famous Santorini Sunset, this hotel's sunset deck has the amazing view of the caldera and the sunset. Located on the main road but can't hardly hear any of the vehicles going by. Food is in restaurants are reasonably priced. Booked a bed and breakfast and breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Location is good. For those who like a more quiet location but not to far from the amenities, this hotel is perfect. Away from the hassle and bussle of the main town centre but can be easily reach by less than 10 minutes walk. I highly recommended this hotel.

Very beautiful hotel that commands you for relaxation. I was greeted with a drink upon arrival. Eleni the manager of the hotel came to introduce herself. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The breakfast Buffet is quite abundant and delicious which serves all kind of diets.
The restaurant food is delicious. I recommend the chicken slouvaki.
The spa area is really beautiful. You can book for the massage of your choice on their menu. There also is a sauna and steam room available to use but You need to call the reception 30 min before you intend to use it so they can warm it up for you. It seems like they will warm only one of them (as I called to say I wanted them both but only got the steam room).

All in all. I had a very good and relaxed stay at the hotel. I really enjoy and highly recommend.

We were able to have a stay here during our time in Santorini. This hotel was clean, calm and had the best courtesy comparatively to the hotels we stayed in Greece just days before.

Like everyone has been reviewing, they kindly greeted us with a a cold drink and cool towel and offered us a seat in the lobby while they explained the islands as well as how to get around in the best way. The receptionist and all staff were extremely helpful and offered their hospitality in every possible manner. Christiana and another receptionist were pivotal in helping us during an emergency. They helped call and reassure us. The customer focus and service was just exceptional they really mean it when they say just ask and we can help you.

The rooms were spotless and cleaned very well. We had the maisonette suite, and gave a great view of the village of Fira from our balcony. One critique would be the bathroom as it was hard entering the shower due to the shower door height.

The hotel is situated near to Fira and close-ish to the ferry port. I recommend this hotel to other tourists as the hotel can provide a shuttle/taxi to pick up and drop off.

Overall, the experience was pleasant and gave us a peace of mind while having time to enjoy the islands scenery.

We enjoyed our stay at The Majestic hotel in Fira. Not far to walk to the shops. The accommodation, service, and facilities were fantastic. We would stay there again.

Arrived on 30th April for 4 nights, to a lovely reception and drinks. (apologies at this point for not remembering everyone's names) The hotel manager, Eleni came out to speak to us personally and introduce herself. We were then shown around and to our room, which was a nice touch. Room was fresh and clean, and was also refreshed daily by housekeeping, to a great standard. Poolside was clean, tidy and safe thanks to Nikos. Breakfast was excellent and serviced by a great team. The Crocus restaurant which was a great experience, thanks George. The bar area was frequented on a regular basis where Juersi, Dinos, Fredy and other team members kept us fed and watered. 'THE STAR OF THE SHOW' for us was George, the bar manager. He kept us and a lovely couple from the Netherlands entertained with many beautiful cocktails, drinks and shots in abundance. A true showman and professional that put maximum effort and love into every single drink for everyone at the hotel. Massive thanks mate, great work. We can solidly say this was the best holiday/break we have had. Thank you Eleni and team.

My fiancé surprised me with a holiday to Santorini and we stayed at this beautiful hotel. In all the countries, locations and hotels I’ve been to this was by far the best experience I’ve had. We stayed for 10 nights and all the staff were so polite, professional and accommodating. We spoke and got to know a lot of the staff and I want to thank Alfredo, Melina, Christiana ,Nico, George (supervisor) , Adi, Reno, Neri, Christoforos, Fwteinh, Juersi And all the other staff who I don’t have the names for. I highly recommended this hotel and location is perfect, only 10-20minute walk depending on your pace to the town where you have many restaurants, bars and shops also it’s 30 minute bus journey to Oia.

Majestic is serenity amidst the buzz. The staff are excellent in their involvement, responsiveness and professionalism. The service is impeccable, the restaurant menu and the Casual bar menu are excellent selection and presentation.
