Didn’t stay at this hotel because we wanted a package deal. But we went there every day for lunch and drinks ! Chris and her son nic were so helpful Looked forward to seeing them again ! If ever this hotel comes up as a package we will definitely stay there! Every thing about it was good location right on the beach 🏖️ it was very clean ! Food good massive portions. Just got back from an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel in Greece! The views were absolutely stunning, the souvlaki was the best I've ever had, and the hotel was really clean. The owners treated us like family, making the experience even more special. Highly recommend this place!

We did not stay at the hotel but did use the pool and snack bar on a few occasions. All I can say was it was clean abd well kept. However most of all the staff were very friendly and accomdating. The food and drinks were really good and well priced. We had a very positive experience and the young lad, I think he was the son was great. Stopped off here for a dip in the pool and some lunch at the beach bar. Food is really nice, bar staff super friendly and the drinks are icy cold. It's free to use their pool and sunbeds as long as you spend a minimum of €30 at the bar/beach bar, which works out cheaper than paying for beds on the beach and food/drinks at a taverna. It's location is beach front so you have the best of both worlds

Very good location directly at the stand. Unfortunately, there was no service (reception was never manned). The hotel's food could do with a little more variety (we stayed 2 weeks and the breakfast was exactly the same every day). But if you only want to stay there for the night it's good as the hotel is right on the beach and you also have direct access to a supermarket and car rentals.

Great location for the area, the beach is so close, the pool is clean and big and great, our room was comfortable and the staff friendly. Offering nice breakfast and we booked it in the middle of August at very good prices.

This hotel is amazing, safe in the room, free WiFi, free air-conditioning. Nice big pool and outdoor bar right next to it. Good area in the town, quite, next to the harbour and beach and a supermarket right over the road. All the drinks are really well priced. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Breakfast is tasty and satisfying. Overall, a great experience – would definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic stay at Athinoula Hotel! The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect — close to everything you need yet peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety to start the day right. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Great family welcome. Clean rooms with several sheet and towel changes in the week. Beside restaurants bars and supermarket and a very shirt walk to the beach. A lovely spot and I totally recommend staying here

A friendly family run hotel just a short walk from the beach, in a quiet area. Rooms are basic but very clean. All have balconies, air-conditioning /heater. Kettle and normal size fridge in the room, but you're asked not to eat and drink in the hotel room as they have a pool bar, although it wasn't open in the beginning of May. The hotel is really nice. A excellent standard for a 2 star. Don't let that put you off. It's a family run hotel and very clean. If you want to, there's plenty of good humour to be enjoyed in the bar in the evening with Nick and Co if you choose to join in. Just got home from 5 nights at Hotel Zeus. From the minute we checked in, the family owned hotel was fantastic. One of the members was always on hand to assist. Lovely place. I have stayed in so many places in Kos with excellent breakfast their breakfast was a real letdown, but what a lovely family run hotel.

You get what you pay for, and for what this 10 day holiday cost we found our accommodation to be excellent value. We brought a kettle but as we were out and about didn’t need it often. The rooms are clean and regularly serviced with fresh towels and bedding. Amazing hotel managed by a wonderful family. They're always willing to help and we felt very welcomed. They have a lively bar by the pool area with ice cold beer ans snaks. The prices are more than affordable and the service 10/10. I absolutely loved it and will definitely return next year

It was fine! Janet was absolutely lovely, always making sure we were comfortable and good, very nice. The rest of the staff were also very kind. Dinner was great, there were plenty of food options (even as a vegetarian, which I was pleasantly surprised with). Breakfast, on the other hand, was pretty simple. A gorgeous spot with even more gorgeous hospitality! Travelling as a large family group with both an octogenarian and teenagers to please, we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Wonderful welcome from Janet which was the start of a lovely week at the Pantheon. The best views ( full moon over the bay was stunning) from our balcony. Kos is a beautiful island but the pantheon made it so much better!! The room was perfect with everything you need, the view was absolutely stunning from wherever you where in the hotel and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. Gutted when we had to leave, but the pantheon is definitely somewhere to stay at ☺️ X

Great hotel! This is our third summer holiday in a row here. The setting is breathtaking, the rooms are clean and comfy. The owners and staff go that extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel , breakfast fantastic . Slight issue with broken draws in cupboard. But that's just such a small thing , not worried really , would never spoil the hotel , staff and the holiday . Great views and as many might complain about the hill , having to walk up . You wouldn't get the fantastic view for breakfast 😀😀😀 thank Hermes will be back

Lovely hotel, but is up the hill & there are lots of stairs, no lifts. The main part of the hotel is away from the rooms, which was great because the rooms were super quiet. Will definitely return.

Family of 4 stayed in a family room with a double bed and bunk bed. Our room had ample storage for us all and we didn't use some drawers or clothes rail. Room had air conditioning which there is no charge for, a small fridge and a balcony with table and chairs. Rooms are nice and tidy, most, if not all rooms also have a balcony which is reasonably big. The breakfast is good enough, we didn't eat much because we were saving ourselves for restaurants anyway. There is free coffee and juice as well for the breakfast so if you want to, you can just go get a cup of coffee.

Lovely hotel, the owners and the staff are fantastic. We had a lovely time. It was my partners first time in any part of Greece and he loved it. So much so he wants to return as soon as possible. Breakfast was okay, it’s a standard continental breakfast. Hotel and amenities are clean and tidy, the rooms very clean.

Had room with side sea view.. small but ok. Wasn’t staying on a package and stayed 2 nights. Had lunch in restaurant and it was good.. BUT… The quality of the breakfast is very very poor -Suggesting they provide it because they have to (package guests). Good 3 star hotel near the beach. Rooms are nice and comfortable but fairly small. The hotel has a pool but that could do with refurbishment and is looking dated. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Hotel is close to the road so rooms at the front are noisy and opening a window at night is not an option (recommend air con which is extra).
