Didn’t stay at this hotel because we wanted a package deal. But we went there every day for lunch and drinks ! Chris and her son nic were so helpful Looked forward to seeing them again ! Just got back from an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel in Greece! The views were absolutely stunning, the souvlaki was the best I've ever had, and the hotel was really clean. The owners treated us like family, making the experience even more special. Highly recommend this place!

We did not stay at the hotel but did use the pool and snack bar on a few occasions. All I can say was it was clean abd well kept. However most of all the staff were very friendly and accomdating. Stopped off here for a dip in the pool and some lunch at the beach bar. Food is really nice, bar staff super friendly and the drinks are icy cold. It's free to use their pool and sunbeds as long as you spend a minimum of €30 at the bar/beach bar, which works out cheaper than paying for beds on the beach and food/drinks at a taverna. It's location is beach front so you have the best of both worlds

Very good location directly at the stand. Unfortunately, there was no service (reception was never manned). The hotel's food could do with a little more variety (we stayed 2 weeks and the breakfast was exactly the same every day). But if you only want to stay there for the night it's good as the hotel is right on the beach and you also have direct access to a supermarket and car rentals.

Great location for the area, the beach is so close, the pool is clean and big and great, our room was comfortable and the staff friendly. Offering nice breakfast and we booked it in the middle of August at very good prices.

It was a perfect time at Olympia Mare! The apartments are really nice. Everything includes (little kitchen, coffee machine+capsules everyday, towels, some bathroom stuff (Shampoo, shower gel …), balcony. The owner is really nice and can tell you everything about the island. Absolutely recommend!!

Villa Melina is located pretty „close“ to the center, basically maybe 5 mins walk. The Villa itself is wonderful and reminds you more of Italy then Greece. There is a huge pool where you can swim at any time. Many cats that steal your food and attention haha. Also great breakfast! Worth its money! The only problem we had was the mattress. Pretty hard to sleep on, but that’s maybe a individual problem

Beautiful small hotel in a unique old villa. Make sure the room is fully renovated cause not all of the bathrooms were renovated. We had a little issue with the pool and the level of chlorine in it, but all in all we had a wonderful time and the owners were very nice.

We had a fantastic two weeks everyone was very polite and helpful. The location was near to everything very flat for people with walking difficulty. The pool bar restaurant was superb and the night bar was excellent the barman could not do enough always making small cocktails for you to enjoy. Location is great for this hotel, plenty of restaurants to choose from, a 5 minute walk to the beach. The cocktail bar in the hotel is the best we found, the cocktails were amazing. Great customer service too. They couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were a little old fashioned and basic but we didn't come on holiday to sit in a hotel room. Would definitely recommend!

The 2 holland women are very kind funny and professional. The hotel is very near to old city port and city beach. They kept for us for 2 days big luggages for our trip in Astipalea. Besides of that we had a sudden problem and they allowed us to cancel the reservation without fees. Very very advised!!!!

Small property, close to center of town. Older building, very clean, very safe. Two stories (levels) no elevator. Small basic rooms, firm mattresses, decent size bathrooms . Very good for the price.

We only spent 1 night here. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. Although the rooms have a decoration from the 90s, we liked this nostalgia at one point. The important thing was that the rooms were clean and we did not have a problem with this. they let us leave our suitcases there for a few hours on the day we checked out.

We only stayed for a couple of nights so the room didn't need to be cleaned so not an issue like in other reviews. Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable, with working AC and a lovely little balcony. There was also a fridge in the room. Given the high prices generally in Kos, the room was good value. We didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food but there are lots of great bars and restaurants close by.

This is a quiet place only 5-10 minutes walking from the beach. We booked this for a night while on Kos. The man running the place is a very very friendly older Greek man who was very helpful. Fabulous week at pavlos ... location is perfect for exploring in every direction and only about 10 minutes walk to either the beach, the port, or old town ... all the staff are very friendly and someones always available on reception ... pool area is good considering its in the town, especially for an afternoon dip and some late sun after the beach ... rooms not modern but very nice, spacious and cleaned...

We stayed here 3 nights and was brilliant! Hotel was gorgeous and the pool area was fab. We went to the pool in both morning and afternoon and there was a choice of sunbeds both times. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and included in the price. Close to everything you could want in Kos town.

This hotel deserves more than 2**. It's severe with basic amenities, but with great location, clean rooms (they are cleaned almost every day, including towel and linen change) and contributes full breakfast. A reception is open 24/7 and the staff is very polite and helpfull, especially the host who is always ready to help and gives guests smile. I recommend this place!
