Great hotel with friendly staff and excellent position close to the beach. The beds were really uncomfortable, but except for that we really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable stay and beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast is always the same, and the furniture of rooms and reception os rather old fashioned. Thank you, efkaristo!

3 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, good breakfast, big pool. We needed more plates and drinking glasses for our apartment, ended up drinking Gin Tonic with a mug. Transfer to and from Kos airport at 35€

Plus: fair price, nice and clean rooms, pool, not far from beach, supermarket and car rentals. Cons: poor breakfast, nothing cooked and no chesee or meat, cooked food in the restaurant or beach bar wasn't very good, tv with only 2 greek channels, poor wifi signal or no signal in some rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at Albatross Studios and will recommend it to anyone without any doubt. Everything was perfect: the beachfront location, the clean and newly furnished apartment, the nice food offered and most of all the friendliness and attentive care of the amazing staff. Albatross Studios will definitely be again my place of stay on my next trip to Kos island!

Albatross Studios has -wonderful location (quiet) -clean rooms with very nice view -very nice staff - Maria is such a great and helpful person. We stayed there for 7 days in October and could not wish for a better place. Let’s support local hosts over big corporate hotel groups. If you are an individual traveler and don’t need on site entertainment, Albatross Studios is the place to go.

Stunning apartments, high standard of decor and maintenance. Beautifully maintained swimming pool with sunbeds all around it. We stayed in the family apartment wich was brand new. Great view to the harbour, peaceful and the best small beach for children just across the street. A beach with pebbles but the clearest water on the other side of the harbour. There is a lot of nice restaurants and small supermarkets in the area. The owners were very humble and friendly. The owner speaks little English, but makes an incredible effort to accommodate and adapt to every request. Very clean, on request daily: cleaning, fresh towels and even bed linen. Unfortunately a lot of mosquitoes. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and town beach 5 minutes walk. For the beautiful beaches you need a vehicle.

Beautiful clean refreshing sea, uncrowded beaches. Pleasant accommodation corresponding to the studio category with regular cleaning. The stay is a bit spoiled by mosquitoes and missing insect nets.

Can I give five stars twice? Eva and Bill were the nicest hosts we've ever met, they were friendly, helpful and we even got fresh fruit almost every single day as presents. Thanks for everything!

Very nice place, ideal for price and comfortable, closely from beach and windsurfing station, shops, but very quiet, nice seaview, even first floor, very hospitable host, big room, balcon, clean room and bed, small kitchen with one burner, but your can use barbeque, swimming pool in other hotel, placed nearly, but your can use it everyday without problems. The apartments are pretty standard, a small kitchen, bathroom with shower, a small bedroom with two beds and a nice terrace. The whole apartment was very clean when we arrived. The apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the beach and is also close to a local supermarket. The landlords are also very friendly and always ready to help. All in all, while the apartment is not so big, it is still great value...

This was our first trip to Kos and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. This is easily the best hotel that my girlfriend and I have ever stayed in. The hotel is stunning. We had a pool room overlooking the sea and was incredible. Only downside is about a 10-15 minute walk down hill for any nearby restaurants and shops but we got used to it. Staff were very friendly. Prices for drinks were more expensive than elsewhere but the view and style of the hotel makes up for it. We went for our honeymoon and will be coming back in a few years for our anniversary

What an amazing holiday we have just had at White Rock of Kos. Our sea view room was huge, immaculately clean and had an absolutely enormous balcony with a jacuzzi and the same stunning view that can be seen from everywhere in the hotel. A friendly family run hotel just a short walk from the beach, in a quiet area. Rooms are basic but very clean. All have balconies, air-conditioning /heater. Kettle and normal size fridge in the room, but you're asked not to eat and drink in the hotel room as they have a pool bar, although it wasn't open in the beginning of May. Good 3 star hotel near the beach. Rooms are nice and comfortable but fairly small. The hotel has a pool but that could do with refurbishment and is looking dated. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Hotel is close to the road so rooms at the front are noisy and opening a window at night is not an option (recommend air con which is extra).

Absolutely lovely hotel run by a local family and with fantastic employees. 30 steps away from the beach but has its own pool if the sea isn't for you. We had a superior bungalow which faced out over the sea to Nisyros and had a lovely patio to sit out on and listen to the waves lapping the beach. It was fine! Janet was absolutely lovely, always making sure we were comfortable and good, very nice. The rest of the staff were also very kind. Wonderful welcome from Janet which was the start of a lovely week at the Pantheon. The best views ( full moon over the bay was stunning) from our balcony. Kos is a beautiful island but the pantheon made it so much better!! The room was perfect with everything you need, the view was absolutely stunning from wherever you where in the hotel and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. Gutted when we had to leave, but the pantheon is definitely somewhere to stay at ☺️ X

Great hotel! This is our third summer holiday in a row here. The setting is breathtaking, the rooms are clean and comfy. The owners and staff go that extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel , breakfast fantastic . Slight issue with broken draws in cupboard. But that's just such a small thing , not worried really , would never spoil the hotel , staff and the holiday . Great views and as many might complain about the hill , having to walk up . You wouldn't get the fantastic view for breakfast 😀😀😀 thank Hermes will be back

Lovely hotel, but is up the hill & there are lots of stairs, no lifts. The main part of the hotel is away from the rooms, which was great because the rooms were super quiet. Will definitely return.

Family of 4 stayed in a family room with a double bed and bunk bed. Our room had ample storage for us all and we didn't use some drawers or clothes rail. Room had air conditioning which there is no charge for, a small fridge and a balcony with table and chairs. Rooms are nice and tidy, most, if not all rooms also have a balcony which is reasonably big. The breakfast is good enough, we didn't eat much because we were saving ourselves for restaurants anyway. There is free coffee and juice as well for the breakfast so if you want to, you can just go get a cup of coffee.

Lovely hotel, the owners and the staff are fantastic. We had a lovely time. It was my partners first time in any part of Greece and he loved it. So much so he wants to return as soon as possible. Breakfast was okay, it’s a standard continental breakfast. Hotel and amenities are clean and tidy, the rooms very clean.

Excellent little bar and grill in kephalos! Went for the XL Ribeye steak and was not disappointed - food was cooked to perfection and the large selection of wines on offer just made the meal. Plenty of cocktails to enjoy while looking out to sea from their picture perfect little terrace. The best place to stay, eat and drink at Kefalos and the whole island of Kos!! Great location, beautiful views and terrace. Nice atmosphere. Beautiful view of Kefalos Bay. Stylish decor and furniture. Chill background music. We just had some drinks, prices were okay. Service could improve, we were left alone, brought the bill right after our drinks arrived, didn't get asked if everything was okay or if we wanted anything else.

Had room with side sea view.. small but ok. Wasn’t staying on a package and stayed 2 nights. Had lunch in restaurant and it was good.. BUT… The quality of the breakfast is very very poor -Suggesting they provide it because they have to (package guests). Well what can I say. What an absolutely fabulous family Hotel. Rooms are so clean. A simple breakfast but was on holiday. The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic the food fresh cooked to order and freshly delivered the same day. Thanks for a wonderful holiday. Will be back.
