Best Hotels in Kefalos

We did not stay delux but would question just how much more you could expect for the extra cost? It’s definitely down to personal Preference& if you think the extra cost is worth it? We will definitely be going back!

We had a fabulous holiday at Ikos Aria. The resort is beautiful, the service from every staff member was exceptional, going above and beyond. The restaurants and food were amazing, lovely pools, beautiful beach

The service was first class, the food exceptional & the location just perfect. Despite the resort being full it never felt crowded. Travelling with a toddler can be challenging at times

The staff made us feel welcome & sitting in a family area during meals was a welcome bonus. On the occasion our granddaughter went to the crèche we were was lit able to find sun lingers around the adult pool

With the help of the guest relations team they were able to use his uk prescription on his NHS app to get the medication ordered & delivered to the hotel within 24hours

The whole staff team were so helpful and also very attentive throughout the whole stay and also so friendly and welcoming. The food catered to everyone’s taste

The beach is a bit stoney and unkempt but still good. Best beach is magic beach just along the coast. Best staff were Anna on reception and Katrina on the bar

The hotel has a stunning location with panoramic views of the bay. Rooms were large and kept spotless ,including a fridge. The breakfast was also very good lots of choice. Will hopefully return again later in the season

The standards have dropped since we last visited. Definitely not 4 star, 3 at best. It has great views and a convenient beach although the free sun beds are rickety and uncomfortable

On arrival at the hotel we received a lovely warm welcome from receptionist Michelle on she was so helpful warm and friendly, also including the rest of the hotel staff

Exceptional hotel and services. The pool was incredible and so was the beach!!! The rooms what extremely spacious!

Rooms cleaned to a good standard and food reasonably priced and of good quality. Bathroom in room had 2 showers in it and twin sinks

Everything else was perfect, stayed in signature pool suite, had partitioned living room and bedroom, 2 tvs and ability to screen cast your phone. All staff were super friendly and helpful

This is a really belated review, but thought I ought to put down what a great time we had at White Rock. We stayed in one of the Signature Pool Suites which had a direct sea view. The pool is huge for a personal pool

Beautiful hotel with amazing views on top of a hill. Super friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, clean and tidy grounds. Rooms large with modern decor cleaned daily

Only draw back was pool could have been cleaned a little better lots of debris on the floor to the private pool on arrival and paint peeling, just needed a little bit of tlc

The receptionists Mariola, Alexi and Anastasia are very efficient, we wanted a third lounger near our pool, it was done straight after breakfast! I recommend late check out which they organised for us

And oh if you won't go for the beach,please visit Kefalos for the food!! It is so very good. There were a few mishaps with room cleaning. One day they forgot our towels and the next the bed linen

Nice clean room, good food but most of all very friendly staff, very helpfull, we felt very welcom. We arrived around noon, were directed to the room and told we could get some food in their garden- restaurant

We got some refreshing salads and a glass of coca cola with ice, that was very nice. The food is good and freshly made. Breakfast has many nice things to choose from, even English breakfast

Fantastic family hotel - we go regularly and always enjoy our stay. Staff could not be more welcoming and location, facilities and accommodation are really good value for money

Breakfasts are varied and good in quality and Covid measures reassuring

The rooms are big enough for two persons, there is a small but nice looking bathroom, an AC and a fridge. The area of Kefalos beach feels like it never really recovered from the financial crisis

Very nice place, ideal for price and comfortable, closely from beach and windsurfing station, shops, but very quiet, nice seaview, even first floor, very hospitable host, big room, balcon, clean room and bed, small kitchen with one burner, but your can use barbeque, swimming pool in other hotel, placed nearly, but your can use it everyday without problems

Can I give five stars twice? Eva and Bill were the nicest hosts we've ever met, they were friendly, helpful and we even got fresh fruit almost every single day as presents. Thanks for everything!

The apartments are pretty standard, a small kitchen, bathroom with shower, a small bedroom with two beds and a nice terrace. The whole apartment was very clean when we arrived

The apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the beach and is also close to a local supermarket. The landlords are also very friendly and always ready to help

All in all, while the apartment is not so big, it is still great value for money

Top inviroment .... an excellent hotel in a " wild" nature and... the best relaxing view on sunset and sea .... the best food i had for many years now

We stayed at one of Small Village Maisonettes in October Total peace and completely undisturbed Our room was a bit higher,so we could enjoy the best view of the great sunsets

The neighborhood is only twice the hotel, otherwise wasteland. About 3 km to the larger town of Mastichári. Beach, public and small, sun loungers and parasols free of charge. Access to the sea is not ideal for children

Just one little complain about missing beach chairs and sunshades. But it was made up with very friendly staff (e. girls at dining room were awsome). 😉 It's an amazing place and they have a great food

It was so full and when they stopped to pick up even more we made the choice to get off the bus. It was not a good feeling seeing so many people crammed onto a bus in the heat for 50 mins

Toiletries were very nice, full size Olivia Thinks which I confess to taking with me to give to my daughter Olivia! We had sliding doors out onto a terrace with sun loungers, chairs and a table which led to our swim up pool which was very much the highlight of our stay

Breakfast was fab, eggs everyway thinkable, fresh everything, the fresh bread was such a treat as was the abilty to squeeze my own OJ each morning. Dinner was good too, always lots of tasty things to choose from

We were given a brown paper bag containing a sandwich, crisps, banana and carton of orange juice; although the sandwich was pretty dry and tasteless this was very well received! A lovely chap in a buggy took us and our luggage to our room

The beach is beautiful, always free sun loungers to pick from, the water was warmer in the sea than the pool, just perfect! We loved having our lunch in the beach restaurant/cafe area, views out to sea, shady and breezy too

Many paths are cobbled which I can see would make it tricky for the less able to negotiate but we had no problem. There are views of the mountains and out to sea views of the volcanic islands which is just breath-taking

The hotel itself was immaculate—our room was cleaned daily, and the grounds were beautiful, with the beach just steps away. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

One of the best hotels I have ever been to and the spa and the treatments are amazing. I got a facial treatment with Rafaela and she was amazing and This was so calming and relaxing

The Greek restaurant on site is excellent and would highly recommend booking this when you arrive as it gets booked up quick, the Italian restaurant is also very good

The basic rooms are OK but a bit dated, I'd recommend upgrading your room if you're going to stay here, however the overall resort is very nice and modern, everyone is very friendly and the buffet is good

For singles it probably won't be the best location to stay as the hotel is more family oriented

We have spent one week in this hotel. We stayed in nice and new apartment. The rooms were really clean and bed were comfy. The stuff in this hotel is extremely kind

The private beach is a plus as well. I like the many options to hang out in the areal. The stuff is friendly, good service, helpful

Some stains could be easily cleaned with right products and some effort. The food is good, I always find something, however, sometimes it did not look so nice. All in all I had a very good and comfortable stay!

The Hotel area is very beautyful. The size of the room, especially the bathroom, is perfect. I love the free safe as well as the electronic handling in connection with the cleaning service

This is an all-inclusive hotel that rates 4 real world stars depending on where you are standing. The food is great, with loads of variety, and the restaurant staff are great, but a little over stretched

All pools are in full sunlight for most of the day, very little shade for children or non sun worshipers. Sun loungers are taken very early and limited fixed parasols

A bit outdated room for the price of almost 200 euros a night. The eggs and ham are the cheapest possible. Now that you've read what's bad, we can talk about the good things. The view is amazing, especially at night

As with any inclusive it can get repetitive and it’s nice to be waited on so we walked into kardamena a couple of times which is beautiful (10 minute walk) to eat, we ate at portoeye there which was lush

Pools are cold however it was so warm, this was a nice contrast. Location - perfect, metres from the beach (very rocky) & 0. 75 mile from the nearest town which was gorgeous. Great all rounder & would highly recommend!

The 3 little snack bars where fab during the day, the kids used to love going to help themselves in there, there was even sorbet at the ice cream place for my dairy free son which was fab

A live food section which offers different options but all the food is well cooked and compared to other all inclusive resorts is very good. Staff in the restaurant are great and clear your table very quickly

Ideally located around a 10 minute walk into the town centre. We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights as a family of 4, room 320! The hotel, staff and facilities were great and would say that they are a 5* hotel

Food and drinks were plenty and a good choice for everyone. A choice of 3 pools and a 2 minute walk onto the beach. If we were to come back to Kos I wouldn’t not hesitate to stay over again

Kos Town is also worth a visit, only about a 40-minute bus journey away, and full of nice sights and restaurants. I’d definitely come back again — it’s the perfect mix of relaxation, beauty, and amazing service

The hotel is quite big, and the hills can be a bit challenging to walk, but they have golf carts available that you can call from your room, which makes getting around super easy

Great apartments on a small complex. The staff are helpful and can't do enough for you. The apartments all have a balcony or terrace and are situated within lovely flower laden courtyards

The Rio Hotel, also known as the Pub, is a really excellent simple hotel. We stayed there last year and loved it, but since then a lot has been updated. The showers were great, good pressure and a proper shower cubicle

The hotel is family run, and not surprisingly this means excellent and friendly service. The Pub part is a bar and restaurant , and hotel guests get a discount

Good location and kept spotlessly clean. Only had one breakfast there as I tend to eat later in the day but it was lovely

Breakfast is a basic buffet, but its good enough, but you can buy a cooked breakfast if you wish. There's a small supermarket across the road, where we got our water for our fridge

There is a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room. Out balcony was massive with a pull out drying rack for towels etc. There is a small pool with pool bar, breakfast is served there

We didn't use the pool as we love the beach. Also a bar inside which opens in the evenings. Jimmy/ Demetrius makes great cocktails! Brothers George and David who own the hotel are very friendly and great hosts

Staff are so so helpful and friendly. The rooms are great size and spotless. Pre warning had to pay for aircon but we didn’t mind. Would return here and highly recommend it

Hotel Cleopatra superior is excellent first rate in all categories food staff rooms etc kalamadena is also very beautiful wit plenty for all walks of life

Lovely staff, good prices, great pool, no struggle for sunbeds either and they have mattresses on too, so comfortable as well. Rooms are basic but spotless and air conditioning is available

Rooms are a bit basic but kept clean by the maid, not the best view from the balcony but you could see the sea from it, short walk into the main area for bars and restaurants

There are 3 cleopatra hotels in 5min walking distance that can be used. Also discount at 1960 bar, Alma restaurant. Great location easy walk to beach, town and supermarket. Snorkeling near sunbeam restaurant is great

The dishes are very tasty, the pizza is also outstanding, the best Italian in Germany. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful and the dinner is really very good

Across the street, you will reach the hotel beach in just 1 min or you can walk through the little shopping streets within 5-10 min from the hotel. The food selection at the hotel restaurant is amazing

The only downside was that it was sometimes difficult to find a spot on the beach, as many sunbeds were taken early in the morning. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

Gorgeous unobstructed sea views whether you have a front view or side view room, though obviously the front view rooms do have a bigger sea views. Good air conditioning in the rooms

Bungalow with the sea view was nice, all the time clean thanks to the perfect cleaning service. We can discuss what does it mean sea view but we were satisfied. Our experience with the food was also relatively good

Special mention goes to Nicholas and his team down at the beach bar they are absolutely fabulous, we have spent most days on the beach and the team have been absolutely amazing, they really look after you and have fun as well
