It has great views and a convenient beach although the free sun beds are rickety and uncomfortable. The beach is a bit stoney and unkempt but still good. Misleading description of the rooms to get more money from you - what you see on the images from booking.com about ‘partial see view or garden with the pool view’ is not what it is in reality. Just got back from an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel in Greece! The views were absolutely stunning, the souvlaki was the best I've ever had, and the hotel was really clean. The owners treated us like family, making the experience even more special. Highly recommend this place!

We did not stay at the hotel but did use the pool and snack bar on a few occasions. All I can say was it was clean abd well kept. However most of all the staff were very friendly and accomdating. Stopped off here for a dip in the pool and some lunch at the beach bar. Food is really nice, bar staff super friendly and the drinks are icy cold. It's free to use their pool and sunbeds as long as you spend a minimum of €30 at the bar/beach bar, which works out cheaper than paying for beds on the beach and food/drinks at a taverna. It's location is beach front so you have the best of both worlds

Very good location directly at the stand. Unfortunately, there was no service (reception was never manned). The hotel's food could do with a little more variety (we stayed 2 weeks and the breakfast was exactly the same every day). But if you only want to stay there for the night it's good as the hotel is right on the beach and you also have direct access to a supermarket and car rentals.

The best accomodation in Kefalos, probably in all of Kos island. Barbara is one of the best guests I've had so far, very nice and welcoming. She was always available to give advice and make the stay the most comfortable possible. I would recommend it to anybody, anytime!

I had a fantastic stay at Albatross Studios and will recommend it to anyone without any doubt. Everything was perfect: the beachfront location, the clean and newly furnished apartment, the nice food offered and most of all the friendliness and attentive care of the amazing staff. The owner speaks little English, but makes an incredible effort to accommodate and adapt to every request. Very clean, on request daily: cleaning, fresh towels and even bed linen. Unfortunately a lot of mosquitoes. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and town beach 5 minutes walk. For the beautiful beaches you need a vehicle.

The hotel was great value for money. We stayed in one of the windmills. Lots of food and drink available on 'all inclusive'. However, you have to pay 3 euro per bed for loungers on the beach which feels ridiculous when you've already paid for your stay! You also have to pay extra if you want to use the games room.

My therapist Savvina was very welcoming and knowledgeable. My hydra facial was so relaxing and the spa facilities were a lovely calming atmosphere. All the therapists were friendly and welcoming and helped talk us through the relevant treatments on offer and what was good for what.

We stopped at the Origin for 2 weeks. On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and complimentary drinks. The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The location is perfect, minutes from town and the beach. We will definitely be coming back, and the Clamps would like to thank all staff for making our holiday relaxing and fun.

as soon as we arrived at the apartments we were instantly welcomed and felt part of the family, we felt very safe and looked after as three 18 year old girls. Kostas (sorry if it’s the wrong spelling) made our stay especially amazing. Only fault is our water pressure in the shower and the temperature was unreliable, however i think that’s due to them being solar powered and not the fault of the hotel...

Was really pleased with the room, was shocked at the quality considering the low price ! Plain sailing from the moment i stepped in the door, the hosts were the loveliest men iv ever met, funny and attended to everyone's needs, i mever felt uncomfortable to ask them for things, room was cleaned efficiently every day, really happy environment will definately be returning !

Our home away from home! We have been coming here for 5 years now this year with my whole family staying for a wedding. Yannis and Daniella are the most lovely people so caring accommodating and hilariously funny. The rooms are traditional and Greek. They are immaculately clean and in a prime location for the village. Great value for money I can’t recommend these apartments enough!

Gianni and his Wife are the best. They make you feel like you’re home. They help you with a lot of daily stuff like renting the car very easily. It was an amazing experience for us. Great little hotel and very central to all Kardemena has to offer. Our room was a basic room and we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. It's quite small but has lots of storage space for your clothes, shoes etc and plenty of hangers. The bathroom is small but perfectly formed with a handy cupboard under the sink for all your toiletries. There is a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities...

What a lovely hotel this is with fantastic staff. It's modern and spotless, the maid would do a great job in our room as well. Every Monday they have a Greek night with 4 dancers doing their stuff and the food is tasty and more than enough, great value for €18. Breakfast is a basic buffet, but its good enough, but you can buy a cooked breakfast if you wish. There's a small supermarket across the road...

This hotel is fabulous. Family run hotel. Staff are so so helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is lovely. The rooms are great size and spotless. Pre warning had to pay for aircon but we didn’t mind. Would return here and highly recommend it. Loved our stay.

Stayed here from 28/06/2024 to 09/07/2024. The room was spotless, spacious and very modern. We stayed in the Deluxe room with a spa on the outside balcony. The place is amazing!! The staff are really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food at the snack bar was great quality. I was surprised by the familiar atmosphere in that hotel. The reception was on a incredible high standard and also Jimmy the Barkeeper prepared us some very good cocktails while we could watch the football game. Love staying at the Classic, everyone is happy to make your stay first class. What can be better than spending a day switching between the sun lounges, the pool and the bar.

The hotel is clean and well kept. The rooms are dated but adequate for a stay. Comfortable beds and regular changes of towels and bedding. Good breakfast.

Rooms are all right. The cleaning is all right. I did not like the constant chasing about extending my stay while it was obvious that there wouldn’t be a problem. The breakfast was really poor. I’ve never seen anything like it. Overal an ok stay when you are on a budget.

Rooms are a bit basic but kept clean by the maid, not the best view from the balcony but you could see the sea from it, short walk into the main area for bars and restaurants

Portrayed as exclusive luxury, but is far from it and was in fact really disappointing. Seemed reassuringly expensive, but in practice just a basic offering that felt overpriced. Client relationship manager was very attentive and did her best to improve our stay despite the hotel’s many shortcomings.

Amazing holiday here. Beach all-inclusive drinks service was the cherry on top. Pictures are from Mediterranean restaurant, you get one free meal there and one at an Asian restaurant per 7 day stay. I recommend trying to get the Med one twice if possible.
