2 star hotels in Kissamos

We had a lovely time, Stavroula and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, had a spacious balcony , my only criticism was the air con leaked so bathroom would get wet . But there for just a short stay so not a huge problem for us. Would certainly recommend it a lovely place to stay.

We got a room with a wonderful terrace. Mandi and her sisters are really nice. Close to the promenade of Kissamos (even though Kissamos is a disappointing village)

Lovely hotel by the beach. Very helpful, friendly staff. Manolis answered all our questions and got us a wonderful cab and driver to Heraklion airport. Tasty breakfast.

Fantastic value for money a great place to stay.Far better than many four star establishments, spotlessly clean excellent breakfasts great swimming pool. Kissamos is very underrated Flassandra beach one of the best in Crete along with Balos are within easy reach.

We absolutely love this hotel & we have been visiting many years now. We get a warm welcome every time we visit & Manoli & his team maintain the hotel to a high standard. Rooms are clean & we enjoyed our sea view. Beds & pillows are very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is of good quality & there is a wide selection to suit every taste. We will return.

This place was beautiful on one side of the island 🌞clean quite and reasonably priced. A special shout out to front desk agent . ALEX. Thanks s a million for helping my stay to get to the port light house and monestary.. And office manager Marie was very helpful in getting taxi etc.

The Christina Hotel is on the main road and the Christina Beach hotel is down a lane on the side of the Christina Hotel. We stayed in a taverna on Mavros Beach and walked into the town of Kissamos regularly. It's a lovely little town with a plethora of lovely shops, bars and restaurants - all very well priced. The central gift shop is a must and, also houses the town's post box. The museum is worth a visit to see a host of Minoan treasures and mosaics and, the beautiful tiny church in the square has to be seen. If...

We were well looked after by Sifis and Manolis - great breakfasts, delightful patio and swimming pool area, rooms spotless, lovely view from rooms facing the sea. An authentic Greek welcome and hospitality. Highly recommended. Thanks gentlemen, we will be back!

I spent a week here in late May with a walking group of 18. This is a little gem. Run by 2 lovely brothers who are so helpful and friendly. Great rooms, small balcony overlooking the pool. Great air con which isn’t noisy. Lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast simple but superb. Swimming pool and garden area lovely. If you have longer hair you might like to bring your own hairdryer! Room was basic but comfortable. Shower toilet etc all very clean. Large lobby outdoor area dining area and pool so didn’t spend time in the room other than to sleep and shower. Hosts were amazing and made the stay memorable. Guests mingled freely in the communal spaces. Such a welcome friendly lo key environment for a jaded traveler. Just concluded our 9 day and 8 night holiday at this hotel. A more than positive experience starting from the special welcome from the kind and always smiling staff. Rich breakfast, with many choices from traditional Greek cuisine. Simple room but equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable bed. If and when we return to Crete it will be our first choice, for now I will make excellent recommendations...

Lovely family run hotel and very friendly owners. Well kept outside area and pool, clean and basic rooms-not a bug in sight. Delicious continental breakfast with locally produced jams and pastries. I would definitely come here again.

Our hotel gave us one of the best welcomes ever. Was the perfect beginning to start our day in Kissamos. Finished the night with a local band right outside the hotel. We had great food at locations down on the beach. Very relaxing and great energy in this town

The absolute best service I've had in my whole life (including 5 star hotels). The girls (Niki and Katerina) managing/running this hotel are perfect, they responded to all of our needs and more. We chose to stay here, in order to be closer to Balos (1 hour by boat) and Elafonisi (1 hour by car). Don't get fooled or scared by the fact this is a 2 star hotel, the rooms are clean, the bathroom smells...

Wonderful location by the sea, with excellent, large, comfortable rooms and amazing views; very clean and great friendly staff. The family is extremely kind, excellent hosts and always ready to help! It’s a great place to calm down and relax listening to the waves!

Right on the water in Kissimo this place is great. The concierge was very Knowledgeable and accommodating. Our room was clean and stocked with Toiletries. Great service at the bar and restaraunt. Parking isn't the best but that seems to be the case for the whole town. Very grateful for the air conditioning!

Very nice hotel, which is made up of small houses. The room we had was large enough, had air conditioning, a balcony and a nice bathroom with a rain shower. Breakfast buffet was not our cup of tea, which is why we ordered ala carte. Maid service was very nice, as was the reception. Service from the hotel restaurant not good. Very slow and sometimes we were not served.

Probably one of the best places in Crete. The hotel is right at the beach (10 meters), the beach is very quiet, not many tourists, although there are lots of activities on the water like standing up paddling and jetski. Great beachfront hotel with a familiar touch, the staff is super kind. The restaurant has a lovely setting right at the beach below the trees, nice vibes and great food! The breakfast was fresh and extensive. We’d come back for sure.

The bedsheets are super soft and clean, the bathroom is not optimal. The shower was falling,no the toilet paper stand, the water looses the temperature and is not steady. Great location, good service. The owner is a traveller also who knows how to run the place.

Good And quite place with kind people. Great swimming pool (open to 11 pm😉) and bar. There Is Wild beach close to. IT is 3 km to Kissamos beaches And center. Good position fór travellers in Chania region.

The hotel has a wonderful location, it's quitet and can listen to the sea waving around. The room is not the best I can say at least. It was not cleaned properly and dust everywhere, there was not any kitchen supplies but the refrigerator was there (thanks god).

The hotel is fantastic. The staff is very friendly. The rooms and facility very clean and tidy. Because it is not a very big hotel, it is very quiet and you can relax very well. Furthermore, the hotel is very remote, this contributes to the peace. It takes about 8 min to walk the 800 meters to the city center.

Leaving tomorrow after our short stay and will most definitely return here again soon , Excellent location , very clean with delicious breakfast , outstanding beach view and pool, But most importantly the staff are so helpful and friendly, 10 out 10 for I can find no faults , I would highly recommend the Cretan daily cruise as it was a reasonable price and a fantastic day out

Had a great stay at the Regina Hotel. The staff Sofia, Murad and Harry were absolutely amazing. So kind, friendly and helpful all week. They were so accommodating with our toddler. The room was ok with a fantastic view. The pool and clean and the gardens were nice. The location is perfect with access to a beach directly to a beach about 800m. Kissamos is only 10mins away by car for access to shops...

All things were PERFECT! The staff, the view, the surroundings, the beach...bottom line - ALL of that were just perfect! Greek people are wonderful; despite their personal problems, they are smiling and kind, that's why you can't not to love them! The pool was just great! Deep enough to swim safe (for people who knows to swim...), very clean and well maintained. The rooms are large enough. In short...

Decent hotel, nice and kind personnel, helpful and nonstop smiling. Nice pool, but not so much clean. Rooms were smaller but clean. Time to reach Balos from here is approx. 50min. Hotel located on calm place, but easily accesible to close village(by car in 5min)

Kissamos is a quite and perfect place to stay far of the noise of La Chania. And Crystal Bay is a comfortable hotel, don't expect a super hotel. People kind, practical rooms with all you need and good placed close to the beach and restaurants corner.

Clean and comfortable, polite Staff.

If you're into visitng the best beaches on crete and chill after some sightseeing this is the perfect spot to do so. My only concern was the internet speed, if you're looking for a place to work this may not be the best hotel. Specially in the mornings and evenings where people are overloading the net. Although there was some Ethernet slots in the walls so maybe that will do the work.

Love this place especially considering you’re right on the beach. Restaurants are within walking distance. The roads are not safe to walk on because there is no room for pedestrians so it is highly probable that you could get hit by a car. Deluxe villa is very spacious and well equipped, super clean and has big terrace with 180 degrees view to the bay.

I wanted to thank everybody for amazing experience of staying in this hotel. Everything was perfect placement, beach, hotel service, and big cat.. yes cat ;) one thing i can suggest are more soft beds, the one we had, had the hardness of concrete :p

Elena Beach Hotel for me and my wife ,having a summer holiday vacation, was the perfect hotel to stay! It was our first time in Crete. It’s pleasant, has good staff, hospitable, very clean hotel (reception, rooms, amenities, beach, etc.) and is close to harbor (for day tours for example). Definitely will return to them in another summer when missing Crete.

Cute little hotel on the west coast of Crete We are a young couple (23 years) and felt very young there because of all the older guests 🤣 But the staff is nice and friendly, always checking on us if everything is fine Food is good - classical Greek The way down to the sea is short :)

I haven't been staying at the hotel, so my review is for the seaside service for sunbeds and umbrellas. The service is great, polite staff, always smiling and in good mood! The part of the beach in front of Elena beach is a bit calmer comparing to the rest of the coast, even on bit windy days. Bonus: no charge for the umbrella, you pay only for the drinks and food.

We stayed for a week by end of August. Everyone were really nice and welcome , breakfast and dinner were great.

We stayed twice in this hotel. The best compliments to all staff and management team, very friendly and polite people, Food was delicious, every day plenty of choice, very clean place, great location, 100m to the nearest beach. The service here is excellent. Our ferry arrived at 1am and the hotel waited for us to get there. The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast was nice.
