Amazing staff - helped us with everything we asked for. Spacious clean rooms, huge balcony overlooking the sea. Very good variety at breakfast. Great location - walking distance to downtown and yet far away from crowds

Beautiful room, view to the sea, and huge space. We spent one night, it was amazing, the only problem that the airco didn't work and it was very hot. The hotel's beach is big enough, and not crowded.

Fantastic staff, super helpful and kind, the hotel is nice and small, only 2 stories. The rooms are nice, not super but in line with a 4 star. Breakfast is very good both in quality and variety

A good variety of dishes at breakfast and nice food at the bar during the day. The bed wasn't the most comfortable I have slept on but the room size and aircon were great

I could not fault the attentive, friendly staff within the hotel and the beach bar. Superb location, close to the great restaurants along Molos Bay

The position is 3 min walk from some nice Kissamos beaches, but it's at the far end of Kissamos, around 1km from the center

We had a great a time at the hotel!! The rooms were excellent and staff behaviour was amazing! We took the transfer to Balos Lagoon and the driver was very kind and helpful since we couldn’t take our rented car to the beach due to road conditions and fines that car rentals are putting into action

We were slightly concerned on arrival about the road works right outside the hotel, but without even having to mention it the lovely lady on reception informed us we had been upgraded due to any inconvenience… the room was stunning

Beautiful! Glad we did it before the crowds as the road is not for the feint hearted. It’s 25 min very slow going but scenic drive. Watch out for the goats! :) Would definitely recommend and will definitely return

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Remote and peaceful, but with plenty of beautiful beaches within a short driving distance. Waking up to the mountain and sea view every morning was so invigorating

This place is magical, the view is precious, the staff is kind and aveilable and the rooms are pretty and clean. There are also lots of cats, Kiss is the most friendly and he loves to be stroked

It was beautiful! I wish we had time to stay longer! There is ample street parking for rental cars, and the city center is a short walk away. I especially want to say thank you for the incredible hospitality of the staff

Room was spacious, small kitchen, bright with two balconies. Towels and bedding were fresh and greeted with towel art on the bed and water in the fridge

There was some development going on adjacent to the hotel but work had stopped over the summer and it didn’t detract from our experience. The pool was great and a good size for the premises and kept very clean

We stayed here with 3 children in August and overall had an a great experience. The room was lovely and spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had an upper floor two bed suite which had some great views

If we have to find a flaw, there wasn't even an Italian channel and unfortunately we couldn't connect to Netflix or Amazon Prime. A somewhat isolated area with little to do

We arrived late in the evening, but the night manager was kind enough to meet us and show us our room. They even left a birthday treat in the fridge for my friend!

Leaving tomorrow after our short stay and will most definitely return here again soon , Excellent location , very clean with delicious breakfast , outstanding beach view and pool, But most importantly the staff are so helpful and friendly, 10 out 10 for I can find no faults , I would highly recommend the Cretan daily cruise as it was a reasonable price and a fantastic day out

In a few words, Sunny Bay is the best hotel with the perfect sea view as you see in the movies, the food is exceptional and great variaty, the staff is well prepared and will take care of you, all in all I had the best experience in Crete thanks to Sunny Bay Hotel

Had a great stay at the Regina Hotel. The staff Sofia, Murad and Harry were absolutely amazing. So kind, friendly and helpful all week. They were so accommodating with our toddler. The room was ok with a fantastic view

The pool and clean and the gardens were nice. The location is perfect with access to a beach directly to a beach about 800m. Kissamos is only 10mins away by car for access to shops, cafes and restaurants

The only constructive feedback would be that the included breakfast could have been a bit better, too basic and repeat everyday the same

Kissamos is a quite and perfect place to stay far of the noise of La Chania. And Crystal Bay is a comfortable hotel, don't expect a super hotel

Marinakis family are realy nice people, Stella the mother, who rans the hotel together with Manolis, her son, who is an historion and archiologist, they are never tired to take care and advise about the area, things to do and give visitors a great feeling of a wonderfull vacation

We traveled to Elafonisi, Balos, Falasarna beaches and Stavros beach near Chania where Zorba the Greek was filmed. We also visited beautiful Chania day and night

There are alot of excellent tavernas around and lots of supermarkets, and big ones in the reagional capitol small city of Kissamos

Nice beach 20 meters fro the hotel, Manolis supplies umbrella and sunbeds, there is also water facilities on beach

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. The beds are truly comfortable, and the air conditioning cools the room perfectly. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need

Breakfast is served with a lot of love and care – you can really feel it. You feel very welcome here, almost like part of the family. I can genuinely recommend this place to everyone

It’s located right by a clean, uncrowded beach with plenty of parking. The only downside is the Wi-Fi, which could be better

The people who run the hotel are absolutely wonderful very attentive And willing to help with just about anything, but you will need a vehicle if you’re planning to eat or prepare food in your kitchen because the hotel has very limited offerings outside of breakfast

we stayed for a week and had a really great time but I wish the room had proper beds for four people two parents and two children and that air conditioning was available in both rooms

The air conditioning was insufficient for four people in a room and it turns off as soon as you leave the hotel room because the key Deactivates or activates the air conditioning

We had a lovely time, Stavroula and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, had a spacious balcony , my only criticism was the air con leaked so bathroom would get wet

But there for just a short stay so not a huge problem for us. Would certainly recommend it a lovely place to stay

The Christina Beach hotel has its own entrance and reception accessed by a door facing the beach. You can walk into the Christina Hotel and through the ground to the Beach hotel

Lovely hotel by the beach. Very helpful, friendly staff. Manolis answered all our questions and got us a wonderful cab and driver to Heraklion airport. Tasty breakfast.

Our hotel gave us one of the best welcomes ever. Was the perfect beginning to start our day in Kissamos. Finished the night with a local band right outside the hotel. We had great food at locations down on the beach

Don't get fooled or scared by the fact this is a 2 star hotel, the rooms are clean, the bathroom smells nice and they clean your room daily, you have everything you need, including a view of the sea and the city centre

Location suffers a little sure to a big rusty sports center right on the side but the hotel itself has a good beach, really nice people running it, is spotless clean, has big rooms with comfortable beds, air conditioning, good wi-fi, good breakfast and quiet surroundings

What a superb place to stay, right from the start we received a lovely welcome from Aramela who quickly sent us her what’s app address and sent links to recommendations of restaurants, supermarkets and beaches that were so useful

She has been a wonderful host during our entire stay and we appreciated very much her advices & tips about the region. There are a few very good places to eat within walking distance, including a taverna with fresh fish

Very short distance to balos bay which is paradise, elofonissi with its pink sand, perfectly position for an easy drive to the south of the island from this location, you can be in palechora in less than an hour and half an hour will see you in beautiful chania harbour

Good And quite place with kind people. Great swimming pool (open to 11 pm😉) and bar. There Is Wild beach close to. IT is 3 km to Kissamos beaches And center. Good position fór travellers in Chania region.

The bedsheets are super soft and clean, the bathroom is not optimal. The shower was falling,no the toilet paper stand, the water looses the temperature and is not steady

The owner is a traveller also who knows how to run the place

The hotel has a wonderful location, it's quitet and can listen to the sea waving around. The room is not the best I can say at least

It was not cleaned properly and dust everywhere, there was not any kitchen supplies but the refrigerator was there (thanks god)

Ask for trip tips and you will get it, with whole recommendation about the beaches and places to see sight. Highly recommended this place for chill but also as accommodation base for trips

🌊🏖🐠 We spent more time in the hotel overall and we found that the beach in front is really clean and quiet, with crystal clear water and lots of interesting fish to see if you are into snorkelling

🍹🍧🍽 We also had amazing food at the bar from chef Ira as well as delicious cocktails! ♻️🌎🌱 We noticed the bar uses biodegradable straws and all the supplies in the toilets are also eco/recycled

We stayed in the area and discovered the place a bit late. We came for dinner and is was really good 👍 The chef Ira knows how to prepare delicious food. A 'must eat' when you are in the area

There were also recycling bins provided in the hotel which was great for our water bottles and drink cans!! 🧼🧹🦠 The rooms, the bar, the pool, bar toilets were all exceptionally clean
