Best accommodation experience in Crete. Amazing view from the pool and the terrasse. The breakfast was also amazing and delicious. How not to mention Dimitra and the owner who take care of everything and make your life easier! Do not waste your time in Kissamos. The city itself has no interest except to visit Balos island. Just fabulous. Friendly and peaceful, with easy access to the Kissamos beaches (10 mins by car). Tasty breakfasts and snacks, drinks, available by the excellent pool. Made special by lovely, hard-working staff. Three or four good tavernas within a few minutes' drive. Do not hesitate.

This is a miraculous place in a small village, up on the hill, so very quite. There are at least 6 small chapels in walking distance, you can take nice excursions. Dimitra is the kindest lady we met in Crete. Highly recommended place for those who want to have a calm rest in a beautiful, clean environment.

Kissamos is a quite and perfect place to stay far of the noise of La Chania. And Crystal Bay is a comfortable hotel, don't expect a super hotel. People kind, practical rooms with all you need and good placed close to the beach and restaurants corner.

Clean and comfortable, polite Staff.

If you're into visitng the best beaches on crete and chill after some sightseeing this is the perfect spot to do so. My only concern was the internet speed, if you're looking for a place to work this may not be the best hotel. Specially in the mornings and evenings where people are overloading the net. Although there was some Ethernet slots in the walls so maybe that will do the work.

Love this place especially considering you’re right on the beach. Restaurants are within walking distance. The roads are not safe to walk on because there is no room for pedestrians so it is highly probable that you could get hit by a car. I wanted to thank everybody for amazing experience of staying in this hotel. Everything was perfect placement, beach, hotel service, and big cat.. yes cat ;) one thing i can suggest are more soft beds, the one we had, had the hardness of concrete :p

We had a lovely time, Stavroula and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, had a spacious balcony , my only criticism was the air con leaked so bathroom would get wet . But there for just a short stay so not a huge problem for us. Would certainly recommend it a lovely place to stay.

We went there in October. Book it on the day. Cheap and nice. We had only breakfast included but there is few restaurants around the area not bad prices. Rooms have a small kitchen and a balcony, comfy beds. The beach is 2 seconds from the hotel. Great service, very nice staff. Would recommend it !

They bend over backwards to make your stay fantastic. The rooms are good and have cooking facilities. The cleaning service is prompt and thorough. The beach and bar are just what you want. Near enough to walk anywhere.

Had an amazing time at this place! Maria and Nikos are the kindest landlords we have ever met. She would surprise us with self-made cake, fresh eggs, would give us more plates and kitchen equipment if we needed them. modest. everything is basic. taverna's food was nice and inexpensive. basic. room's- basic, good AC tho. wifi stopped from time to time. almost no amenities apart from the nice, 30s away beach. location is superb. neighbouring camp has a small grocery store, laundromat and a bar. the staff was very nice. I'd say that it could be a nice value for money if u got a decent price.

The stay with Ioannis was great. The view from the balcony is overlooking a field of olive trees, ocean and you’ll have a fantastic view of the sunrise. Fantastic value for money a great place to stay.Far better than many four star establishments, spotlessly clean excellent breakfasts great swimming pool. Kissamos is very underrated Flassandra beach one of the best in Crete along with Balos are within easy reach.

We absolutely love this hotel & we have been visiting many years now. We get a warm welcome every time we visit & Manoli & his team maintain the hotel to a high standard. The Christina Hotel is on the main road and the Christina Beach hotel is down a lane on the side of the Christina Hotel.
