The pool and clean and the gardens were nice. The location is perfect with access to a beach directly to a beach about 800m. Kissamos is only 10mins away by car for access to shops, cafes and restaurants

Decent hotel, nice and kind personnel, helpful and nonstop smiling. Nice pool, but not so much clean. Time to reach Balos from here is approx

Had a great stay at the Regina Hotel. The staff Sofia, Murad and Harry were absolutely amazing. So kind, friendly and helpful all week. They were so accommodating with our toddler. The room was ok with a fantastic view

Beautiful room, view to the sea, and huge space. We spent one night, it was amazing, the only problem that the airco didn't work and it was very hot. The hotel's beach is big enough, and not crowded.

In a few words, Sunny Bay is the best hotel with the perfect sea view as you see in the movies, the food is exceptional and great variaty, the staff is well prepared and will take care of you, all in all I had the best experience in Crete thanks to Sunny Bay Hotel

Kissamos is a quite and perfect place to stay far of the noise of La Chania. And Crystal Bay is a comfortable hotel, don't expect a super hotel

People kind, practical rooms with all you need and good placed close to the beach and restaurants corner

My only concern was the internet speed, if you're looking for a place to work this may not be the best hotel. Specially in the mornings and evenings where people are overloading the net

If you're into visitng the best beaches on crete and chill after some sightseeing this is the perfect spot to do so

The rooms are very spacious, very clean and so quiet. It's the perfect place to relax. The beach is right on the doorstep and perfect on the days you don't feel like driving a long way

The rooms are newly renovated and very big compared to other hotel rooms we have stay at. The sea view from the bed is unique. Also the gym is very well equipped

The apartments are lovely! Nice large pool and outdoor seating area. Our room had a huge balcony with really breathtaking views

The location is very cozy, our apartment was on two floors, upstairs a very spacious room and downstairs the entrance with kitchen and bathroom. The pool is a great place to relax

Apartments are very clean and the little extra touches - like when they put water in the freezer for us to have ice cubes - make the difference. It's nice to be up in the mountains. Don't stay here without a car

First of all: the google navigator takes about 500 meters further, but you will notice the sign on the left of the main road. We found this place by chance, at 6 o'clock in the afternoon for the evening

Quite a few years ago now ( 6 or 7) but I stayed here for three nights when I was on the island and absolutely loved it. The room was beautiful and spacious The owners were super nice and accommodating

I stayed in this hotel in december and in may. Manolis is an interesting, funny and very professional and kind owner. It's a family hotel with nice rooms and balcony, a swimming pool and a nice bar and tables aside of it

Nice and clean hotel in kissamos with walking distance to the water. It has an own pool and breakfast in the mornings. Parking is behind the house (very convenient)

Room was basic but comfortable. Shower toilet etc all very clean. Large lobby outdoor area dining area and pool so didn’t spend time in the room other than to sleep and shower

I recommend this 5 star place for a stop in Kissamos, a good place to stay if you want to reach Balos Lagoon or make the 2 nice roads to the south, where youll find Elafonissi Beach, paleochora village and other wild and surprising places

The rooms are very decent. Everything is really clean. The yard is wonderful. The only negatives are the loud street, the oldish (but clean) furniture and blankets. Overall it is nice with very good value for the price.

Place has a good pool, appartment where we stayed was big ( two rooms with full-sized beds and kitchen) though the furniture and interior requires modernization

Our hotel gave us one of the best welcomes ever. Was the perfect beginning to start our day in Kissamos. Finished the night with a local band right outside the hotel. We had great food at locations down on the beach

Don't get fooled or scared by the fact this is a 2 star hotel, the rooms are clean, the bathroom smells nice and they clean your room daily, you have everything you need, including a view of the sea and the city centre

We had a lovely time, Stavroula and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, had a spacious balcony , my only criticism was the air con leaked so bathroom would get wet

But there for just a short stay so not a huge problem for us. Would certainly recommend it a lovely place to stay

We got a room with a wonderful terrace. Mandi and her sisters are really nice. Close to the promenade of Kissamos (even though Kissamos is a disappointing village)

The location of the hotel is close to Phalasarna beach, but also Balos and Elafonisi can be reached easily

The pool area is really cosy with the pool bar right next to it. We got a maisonette room which was very spacious, bright, modern and spotlessly clean

If you are considering taking half board - defintely go for it! Every evening you'll get to choose from the a la carte menu and both quality and quantity are outstanding

The food is absolutely amazing! The breakfast variety is huge, there are a lot of different fresh juices, pastries, fruits and warm stuff to choose from

There is not a tiny thing we missed during our stay, thus a 10 out of 10. We will for sure return soon again

They bend over backwards to make your stay fantastic. The rooms are good and have cooking facilities. The cleaning service is prompt and thorough. The beach and bar are just what you want. Near enough to walk anywhere.

We had only breakfast included but there is few restaurants around the area not bad prices. Rooms have a small kitchen and a balcony, comfy beds. The beach is 2 seconds from the hotel. Great service, very nice staff

Nice area around the swimming pool, bar opened all day long and prices are very cheap. We definitely will come back, we had a great holiday. Very clean room, towels were changed every day

The service here is excellent. Our ferry arrived at 1am and the hotel waited for us to get there. The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast was nice.

For a 3* star is a very good hotel. The room is big with a small kitchenette enough to accommodate 3 people. Also the balcony and bathroom are big. Cleaning is made every day with new towels

It has a worm pool and is right by the beach. Atleast my room had a kitchen. Overall a nice place to stay if you are visiting Balos. The receptionist even drove us to the port which is a 7euro taxi ride

Nice pool and modern complex right on a small, fairly quiet safe beach. Only negative is the shower - pressure was very weak and temperature mostly quite cold.

We stayed in nautlious bay hotel for a week from the end of March until early April. This hotel brilliantly meet all our expectations with beautiful, views and wonderfully friendly staff

Breakfast is not so great having the same food everyday but this is it for 3* hotel. Big plus for basketball and tennis playground just across the street

Location suffers a little sure to a big rusty sports center right on the side but the hotel itself has a good beach, really nice people running it, is spotless clean, has big rooms with comfortable beds, air conditioning, good wi-fi, good breakfast and quiet surroundings

It is also well placed to visit various beaches in the area, particularly the awesome Balos beach which, despite the logistic difficulties, you have to see if you're in the area

An amazing hotel in the heart of Kissamos across the sea and near by all shops and stores

Nice beach 20 meters fro the hotel, Manolis supplies umbrella and sunbeds, there is also water facilities on beach

Marinakis family are realy nice people, Stella the mother, who rans the hotel together with Manolis, her son, who is an historion and archiologist, they are never tired to take care and advise about the area, things to do and give visitors a great feeling of a wonderfull vacation

We traveled to Elafonisi, Balos, Falasarna beaches and Stavros beach near Chania where Zorba the Greek was filmed. We also visited beautiful Chania day and night

There are alot of excellent tavernas around and lots of supermarkets, and big ones in the reagional capitol small city of Kissamos

We had a lovely vacation thanks mainly to our lovely hosts - afcharisto poli !!!!! ????????
