Kissamos is a quite and perfect place to stay far of the noise of La Chania. And Crystal Bay is a comfortable hotel, don't expect a super hotel

My only concern was the internet speed, if you're looking for a place to work this may not be the best hotel. Specially in the mornings and evenings where people are overloading the net

If you're into visitng the best beaches on crete and chill after some sightseeing this is the perfect spot to do so

And the bottle of vine was really nice, thank you 🥂 clean water in swimming pool and they also have slippers prepared for you in the apartment 😄I absolutely recommend

Great place with welcoming staff - great location and top quality. Visited during the “off season” but great stay and easy to walk to local restaurants and the beach

There was some development going on adjacent to the hotel but work had stopped over the summer and it didn’t detract from our experience. The pool was great and a good size for the premises and kept very clean

We stayed here with 3 children in August and overall had an a great experience. The room was lovely and spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had an upper floor two bed suite which had some great views

Room was spacious, small kitchen, bright with two balconies. Towels and bedding were fresh and greeted with towel art on the bed and water in the fridge

We arrived late in the evening, but the night manager was kind enough to meet us and show us our room. They even left a birthday treat in the fridge for my friend!

We had a lovely time, Stavroula and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, had a spacious balcony , my only criticism was the air con leaked so bathroom would get wet

But there for just a short stay so not a huge problem for us. Would certainly recommend it a lovely place to stay

Really nice and clean room with sea view! Better than expected based on fotos & price! From our large rooftop we had a 180 degree panoramic view of the coastline and Kissamos! Location is perfect, very close to restaurants, supermarket, and the beach! The owner/hostess is a lovely very friendly lady that will help you with anything such as buses, sight seeing information and restaurant recommendations...

My partner and I stayed here one night and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is affordable and welcoming. Our room was great and it’s right in front of the beach.

We had an amazing stay at the Harmony House, Marili and her mother were very nice. Her mom welcomed us, gave us the keys and some welcoming cakes 🧁, she provided us with so many tips (restaurants, places to check)

Marili checked always if we need anything and was always available to answer any question we had. On the last day we met Maria who gave us also a very delicious cake in the morning

The Christina Beach hotel has its own entrance and reception accessed by a door facing the beach. You can walk into the Christina Hotel and through the ground to the Beach hotel

Lovely hotel by the beach. Very helpful, friendly staff. Manolis answered all our questions and got us a wonderful cab and driver to Heraklion airport. Tasty breakfast.

Stylianos is a good host and he makes really good lemontseli. The dorms are ok, nothing special. Everything is under one ceiling except the toilets of course. Overall for hostel to spend a few nights very good

Recently a group of 7 of us celebrating our 60th birthdays spent a week at Enali Villas, and we could not have been happier! Coordinating with the Owner, Nick was a breeze - and he was very helpful with suggestions, payment and questions about the villa

I had the best time here, it's near of every famous location and has quick access to a lot of exotic beaches. It's new and clean and the host, Stela, is amazing and very very very helpful which we really appreciate

Amazing villas next to the beach. All the rooms are clean and spacious. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, such a nice plus. There are some nice beach restaurants and a big supermarket in the neighbourhood

It is hard to imagine more kind, helpful and caring hosts. Stella took care of our comfort, in an emergency she helped us find a doctor to whom she went with us to make sure that everything would be alright

The ideal place for vacation if you want to relax and enjoy your staying. It is in front of the beach and it has a great view. It is also in a quiet location near Falasarna, Balos, Elafonisi, Chania etc

And, there was a top-notch 5 star restaurant in our opinion (not pricey) that we frequented many nights for dinner. My friends frequently commented on how perfect our location and accommodations were

We accidentally locked ourselves out one morning (left the key in the inside) - luckily I had my cell phone with me - 15 minutes later Michali's mother was there and we could go back into the house - THANK YOU !!! The villa is located a few minutes (3) from Kissamos

The villa is very large and has a great layout - the balconies (lower floor and upper floor) are awesome, the view, especially from the upper floor, is fantastic. There is seating for at least 8 people on each balcony

The villa is incredible! The hosts are very friendly and very kind. Its price is very good for what it provides. The beds are incredibly large and comfortable, the pool is fantastic! See you again in July ☀️🏖😂

Of course it can also be reached on foot, but not recommended. Be sure to listen to the directions from Michalis, otherwise Google Maps and other route planners will lead you nowhere;)

The bedrooms are spacious and perfectly adequate, as are the bathrooms. When we arrived we were greeted by Michali's mother - super nice and competent! The villa was very clean

The outdoor area with grill is great, of course the large pool contributes to that (is really bigger than in many other villas). You have sun from sunrise to around 4:30 p

I couldnt recommend this place highly enough! This is a well deserved 10, the owners have gone the extra mile with this place. It just feels good spending time there. This place has over exceed my expectations

Staying in this villa has been one of the highlights of our holiday. We have enjoyed nice breakfast in the wide balcony with views to the sea. The decoration of the villa is just exquisite

The welcoming by the owners couldn't have been better, with fresh water, fruit, raki and great conversation. There was also more fresh water in the fridge, which was very appreciated

Car park is just in front of the villa. The attention to detail is evident since the first minutes that you enter here

The amenities of this hotel are amazing! The beach is not so welcoming and that's a pity but the pool is very nice. We had our room upgraded from a garden view to a pool view. The Half board service is wonderful

As I have a health condition I was looking for a good quality hotel in a quiet setting with easy access to good quality meals, I found this in the Avra Imperial hotel

My room was in the Residence Collection (Adults only) which was lovely and quiet with a stunning large pool, plenty of decent seating and restaurant/bar

The reason I gave 4 stars for service and not 5 is that the staff who delivered room service, which i used several times, were unpleasant

I was upgraded to a room with a plunge pool and loungers, which was great as I spent a lot of time on my room's terrace

This was in stark contrast to the rest of the staff, either reception, restaurants/bars or concierge who were extremely helpful and pleasant

I tend to drink mainly sparkling wine on holiday and after my initial surprise I actually really enjoyed it served over ice with a strawberry especially in the pool! Wine choices were good, local Greek wine when ordered from the bar you were given a small bottle so we were able to take these to our room and keep in the fridge to drink on the balcony

All the staff were hard working, efficient, friendly and kind, special thanks to Andreas, Costas and Zoe for making our holiday such a success, we can highly recommend this hotel for providing a relaxing, authentic and fun experience

Plenty of choice of food and drinks and delicious food, my mum is celiac and they adapted well for various choices of food available for her to enjoy as well. A lovely champagne breakfast as well was included on a Sunday

We liked the fact that they would offer clean towels in the evening and also fresh beach towels were left. and we were delighted that the hotel offered plenty of authentic Greek food at all meals (not always the case)

There was a mini fridge, safe and tea and coffee making facilities. We had a first floor room so no access to a private pool or our own sunbeds but his really was not a problem as we love to sit on the beach

Armani and Andreas were also so welcoming and always service with a smile. You all do a fantastic job thank you for making us feel so special on our holiday, will definitely be coming back :-)

The perfect place to relax and enjoy Crete. The family managing the place is very friendly, welcoming and full of love. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed everything in that place

Close by is a market you can buy your own food for cooking or restaurants to order some. Bus station to take you to the city or other lovely markets on the same street is like 3-5 min away from the hotel

Such an awesome familiar hotel. The rooms are clean and the pool is awesome. We felt home and got some awesome recommendations and support. i would recommend everybody to come here and enjoy vacation

I stayed there for 5 days with group of my friends. Rooms were clear and the equipment was everything we needed. Swimming pool and cocktails in bar were amazing too. Owners and staffs were very pleasant and nice to guest

Well located, not the most modern place but, has exactly what is needed and working AC.

We spent 11 nights with a family of 7 at the Albatros, a family run, medium sized hotel in the center of Maleme, only a short walk to the beach front

Keep in mind that the hotel is next to the main road, so naturally the (cheaper) rooms facing north (towards the road or "mountain view") are more noisy and sitting on the balcony is less pleasing

The terrace restaurant is open all day, they serve snacks but also fresh traditional Greek dishes and meat from the grill. Food is okay, on par with most tourist oriented restaurants in Maleme

The hotel and the rooms are a bit dated, but well maintained and reasonably priced. The sea view/pool view room was quiet and had a very nice view from the balcony, especially in the evenings

The family and staff is very friendly and always helpful, they let us keep one of our rooms on checkout day free of charge so we could leave our luggage there and use the pool all day

I would recommend the Albatros as a base for exploring the island and the beaches, for hanging out at the pool in the afternoons/evenings and the occasional snack in the restaurant

Especially, I would like thank mr Lefteris (head chef), mr Christos (sous chef), Christine (receptionist) and Ioannis (barman) for their extremely warm customer service, helpfulness and professionalism provided during our stay

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service for that booking price rate. Definitely we're recommending and aim next season trip to the Castro Beach Hotel

We had the best time here on a working holiday, for 2 weeks. It’s 5 min walk from the beach and Platanias and Chania are easy to get to with a frequent bus. Chilling by the pool was our favourite pastime when not working

The owners were extra nice and made our visit to Crete so good. The Hotel is so clean and serve a wonderful breakfast and other meals. We would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Crete

The food and the cocktails at the restaurant and pool bar were amazing and the staff George and Nick are incredible hosts with great chat. Futura felt like a home for us and the guys like family

Stayed here 08/21 A modern clean hotel. Bar food excellent and breakfast is continental all good quality but being British I did miss the eggs and bacon. Large one bed apartment with sea view very clean

The ice cream, however, was a bit bland, though the banana and strawberry flavors were quite good! - Sunbeds: The sunbeds were top-notch—high-end, new, and incredibly comfortable, adding to the overall relaxation

The rooms are very big clean and beautifully decorated. The view is so beautiful to the mountains and to the sea. The stuff is so friendly and good with the customers

Still currently here, the manager Stavros is a great guy along with all his staff. Even being from Scotland we are treated no different no matter what other reviews say. We will be booking for next year also

- Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay! Mixed Impressions: - Pools: We mostly used the "adult" pool, which was nice and relaxing, but it wasn’t that big

Spaces in the car park appear to have been marked at different times, as some of the spaces block other cars in, which I'd witnessed, and on 1 of the nights I watched 2 cars drop people off and then leave because there weren't any spaces left

But at the beach front there are plenty of spaces, and that is a very short walk away from the back entrance of the hotel. It was very close to a shingle beach and a stretch of hotels and shops, and the tourist train

Fridge also had a freezer shelf. There was a dining table and chairs, a dressing table, a sofa bed to sleep 1 person, a double bed and on the balcony there was a small table and chairs. Balcony was of a decent size

Excellent place - good value for money. We had a great balcony overclooking the swimming pool, the apartament was comfortable and cosy. The swimming pool was perfect - clean, warm and deep (2.7m) We love it!

There were 3 bins in the room, which made it a lot easier to keep the room tidy. The bins were taken out everyday and beds were also made everyday. The kitchenette has most utensils and cooking equipment

I have been going there for the summer the last 3 years and I can say that they have made a really spendid job with making the rooms more modern and the hotel staff is very friendly in any situation!

We stayed at the villas for 2 weeks in July. It has been wonderful experience and the villas are luxurious, comfortable in a great location. Despina is amazing host and we had wonderful time in Crete .

Despina, the host, was fantastic from start to finish, answering all questions during the booking period and even organised a chef to make breakfast for us on the first morning

- perfect location if you want to stay near chania and the stunning northwestern beaches ( falassarna was our favourite ) - very helpful and caring owners - optional pool heating is great during the off-season ( october ) ( pre heated to 26/27° at arrival ) - optional private cook is a nice goodie especially for the first evening/morning - great value for the money - high quality interior and nice...

I highly recommend this luxury villa for any group! The village is within walking distance however we used a driver recommended by Despina to visit the local winery and Chania

The villa itself is equipped with everything you could possibly require, extremely spacious (we were 2 couples and would have ample room for 3 couples)

Costa and Olga are lovely. Friendly and accommodating. I was looking for a quiet area with a pool and that's what I got. Close to the beach and shops with a few touristy things to see. What more could you ask for

We would like to give a massive shout out to Aris who made an effort with us each day, what a lovely guy and we feel as though we’ve left with a friend. 3 nights a week there’s entertainment on at the bar

Plenty of sun lounges which are really comfy, beach towels are also provided. The hotel is beautifully presented and clean, with cleaners and maintenance workers working all day taking pride in the areas

Sasha is always working hard and there’s a big selection of cocktails in the evening. By the end of the night everyone is up dancing and laughing. The food is perfectly presented and huge selection

Just returned from a 2 week holiday here. The hotel is located on the quieter side of the resort so perfect if like us you enjoy a relaxing time without the loud bars and too many people

We love this hotel ❤️! If you want great value for money, a quiet hotel a bit away from the busiest tourist traps, and warm and friendly service, then this is the place for you! We stayed for week in October, and as family of four, we chose the two-floor apartment with two balconies

The hotel is run by a family, the mother (the boss!) looking after things with her two sons on bar duties. They are all lovely people and went out of their way to look after us and did not disappoint

It is a relatively small hotel unlike some of the others such as the all inclusive hotels near the seafront which frankly looked horrendous and this is the perfect place to chill out and forget about the normal day to day routine

Everything was clean, with towels and sheets changed every couple of days which was just spot on. The manager and her team were all lovely and friendly, which then resonated through the guests

Walking distance to some shops and restaurants

Some hotels etc had set up direction signs, but we didn't spot one for GT Beach. We might even have driven straight past if I hadn't see a pool & buildings which looked just like the website's picture

The only problem we had with the hotel for the first night of our recent trip to Crete was finding it on one of the three roads in Maleme running parallel to the shore

Two couples sharing the great Tikita apartment quite comfortably we enjoyed everything the nice friendly and accommodating host offered. Just don't tell them we sneaked a very tasty pomegranate from the tree
