This is our second visit to The Elysium, and we weren't disappointed again! Besides the excellent food, facilities & proximity to the lovely beach, this hotel has to be recommended for it's customer support & service

This hotel has brilliant disabled access in all areas, and noticeably on the beach, where Elton & his team go out of their way to ensure anyone with mobility issues are fully supported, even using a new motorised beach chair to help those in wheelchairs, access the shale beach to the beautiful, clear blue sea

All the staff are so helpful in the well organised dining areas, thank you to all the staff ( and especially Mannolis & Michael) in the bars and grounds. The room was well serviced daily, and was always clean

Special mention again to Elton, the beach Supervisor, who is magnificent

It makes for a wonderful, carefree, relaxing stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you want a complete "chill out" holiday, in extremely clean, & beautiful surroundings, with brilliantly friendly staff

Very clean, all the time Modern and spacious Great water park

We arrived a day late because we missed our flight, but when we arrived the next day we were told we had been upgraded to the adults only sister hotel, we were told the room would be the same as we booked, but it wasn’t

We had a look at a few different rooms but they were not the same… we did eventually get the room we booked (junior suit with a swim up pool and sea view) not sure why we weren’t placed there from the start as the exact same room next door was empty

The pool areas were clean but the water was a bit cold for the time of year we expected it but for a five star hotel you would think like it to be heated. The beach was lovely and beach bars also had amazing service

We tried a lot of cocktails at the pool bar which was amazing because the staff came over and took your order for lovely bar snacks/lunch too

We ate at the steak restaurant and the food quality was impressive, service was outstanding, we loved it so much we went back the second night, the greek wine we had been recommended was exceptional can’t complain about any of that, top notch! Would have liked to of been able to book the a la carte restaurants on arrival

Pool was beautiful and uncrowded in September. We looked around other hotels when we were in Rhodes and thought ours was nicest

What an incredibly beautiful hotel! I arrived at nighttime, so this was my first impression. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Food and drinks great so far. Looking forward to checking out Pool and spa tomorrow.

The resort itself is very pretty with a lot of colorful flowers, nicely kept grass and palm trees. The rooms and pools are cleaned daily

We’ve booked a junior suite with sea view, when arrived to the hotel they told us that we got “upgraded” to a family suite but we can only get it at 15, when arrived to the family suite we discovered it was not what we ordered, it had 2 bad rooms, which we didn’t need the as we are a couple, so we asked to have our ordered suite and they told us we need to wait additional time to get it, it was already...

Great hotel with beautiful pools and facilities! The overall service is not anywhere near to a 5 stars hotel

The pool bar guys where grate and made the best cocktails!

There is an adults only pool but in the six days we were there it was packed and no space available (despite getting up at 6am). The al la carte restaurants are definitely worth a visit as well as the Champagne bar

I had the pleasure of dining at the Greek restaurant in the Mitsis Selection Alila hotel, and it was truly an outstanding experience! The ambiance was charming and authentic, with warm decor and an inviting atmosphere

A very nice hotel, good service and good food. Also a special thanks to the lovely employees at the kids-club, who were so nice and helpful with our daughter. She really enjoyed the activities there

Flor, Domi, and Rania were amazing throughout our stay – they always greeted us with a big smile, were attentive to every request, and went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was worry-free

The Mitsis Alila resort is truly a magical place. We were very fortunate to have our wedding reception at the resort, and everything was perfect. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and clean

A special mention goes to our wonderful server, Nana, whose friendly and attentive service made our meal even more enjoyable

Abundance of sun loungers so no need to reserve unless you want the shadier spot. The kids pool was amazing and and great for younger kids as it was near a tree that offered some shade

There is a kids club with mini disco everyday at 8:30pm a small park and small kids pool / water park and does the job

We arrived at the hotel for a two-day vacation, the vendor we booked the hotel through did not make sure that our reservation was confirmed, as a result we experienced two stressful and humiliating days with the hotel staff

I would like to thank the girls at the reception: Pamela and Nena for the kind and tolerant service, and for all the help

85% or staff can not do enough for you and really make the effort to make it the holiday we all wish for , however just like in any job and country you do come across the odd 15% who need re training in people skills and are clearly there for the money

It was truly disappointing, especially since the rest of the stay could have been enjoyable. I sincerely hope that the management takes this kind of feedback seriously and works on improving the reception service

All inclusive is good, free bar 11 till 11, bar still cheap otherwise. Pool is large enough for the number of guests, plenty of sun loungers for all guests too

Nice hotel, a bit on the basic side. But nonetheless a nice place for a break in the sun. Pool and outside are is busy but pool bar accommodates all daytime need. All inclusive has plenty of food and drink choices

Nice hotel, in need of updating. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Food is good. Pool is great and clean. Will probably be back in the future. Very much enjoyed our time here.

Some sports facilities included, decent rooms, well air conditioned with balconies, comfy beds and good bathrooms (for the price)

All inclusive is not up to scratch either, No snackbar in day, only a drinkbar even though it is advertised as having a snackbar, there isn't one, only set menu food in main restaurant

Great hotel for the price, conveniently located, not too busy or quiet. 10 mins to Rhodes Town and 15 to faliraki. 2 bars, beach, food and a shop nearby

Had the best experience here! Its family owned and the family is so nice and friendly. The pool-area is very green and beautiful, the owner has got flowers and plants from all over the world to make it Nice

They do all they can for their customers to make their stay the best. Good music and just good vibes here. Has a parrot-bar besides the hotel if you want a drink, talk to people or Watch a soccer-game

From the pleasant rooms, even if the shower could have been a little more comfortable, to the very nice pool and bar area and the just fantastic people working the hotel, this must be one of the best hotels I've ever encountered on my many hollidays through the Mediteranean area

Small and cosy hotel on a good location, silent at night and close to the things you need. Bussstop right outside and taxiplace right outside

There’s books and a very well kept exotic garden around the meet pool. There’s cleaning everyday and here you greet each other

We like that it has personality. Here you can be private and you can be part of the house. It’s friendly and has character. There’s a parrot, a kittens being fed after it lost its mom

Very nice people from hotel who provided first class service. Great atmosphere and fun for children provided by person from travel agency Hydrotour. Good food and specially bar next to swimming pool.

The hotel is in an ideal location, not far from town, and ideal for public transport. It's quite near to the beach so there was always a choice of places to sit around the pool

Every minute of our stay was great. We were treated by an unbelievable way. Both, the main restaurant and the a la carte restaurant serve meals that are value for money with high quality

Small, silent ideal relax place. with delicious foods and high quality services. We were on the same place for 10 times during last 15 years. So I think I feel there like home

It's great to see a family run hotel providing a spot on service to their guests. Everything runs efficiently and all of the staff are friendly and helpful

It had a nice green lawn with a large swimming pool and a BBQ section. I would love to spend my holiday at this villa!

There's a great Pool and an outdoor cooking & dining area that we used most nights. Nothing was too much trouble for Nikos when we wanted help booking local tours and services

I was at villa Artemis for a wedding reception. It is a beautiful modern villa located on a hill, surrounded by green trees and further out the horizon you can see the blue sea. The villa was nicely decorated and clean

Spent ten days with the family at this fantastic high-quality Villa in September 2017. It has a stunning Vista from it's elevated, peaceful position, but it's only a ten minute walk to local amenities

I'm not easily impressed, but this place is Highly recommended

Die Gastgeberinn war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Hat einen bei allem geholfen und stand einen bei Fragen zur Seite. Dafür einen ganz herzlichen Dank Der Pool ist super zum abkühlen

Terrassen gut durchdacht, so das man immer eine im Schatten hatte. Küche und Esszimmer super von der Größe, wir konnten uns (8 Personen) super bewegen. Schöne Rasenfläche um die Sitzmöbel im Schatten zu nutzen

Jedes Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage, die sich super einstellen lies. Gutes Starterpaket, wurden mit Getränken begrüßt und Basics sind schon vorhanden gewesen
