Mitsis Alila Resort & Spa

I had the pleasure of dining at the Greek restaurant in the Mitsis Selection Alila hotel, and it was truly an outstanding experience! The ambiance was charming and authentic, with warm decor and an inviting atmosphere. The food was incredible—each dish was bursting with flavors and perfectly captured the essence of Greek cuisine. A special mention goes to our wonderful server, Nana, whose friendly and attentive service made our meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in a beautiful setting!

Also a special thanks to the lovely employees at the kids-club, who were so nice and helpful with our daughter. She really enjoyed the activities there. We would definitely visit again.

The Mitsis Selection Alia Hotel in Rhodes is truly the perfect choice for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. The facilities here are modern and impressive, and the hotel’s special atmosphere makes the stay exceptionally pleasant. What really makes a difference is the excellent service provided by the staff, especially the reception team.

Flor, Domi, and Rania were amazing throughout our stay – they always greeted us with a big smile, were attentive to every request, and went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was worry-free. Their professionalism and kindness definitely elevated our experience at the hotel.

The Mitsis Alila resort is truly a magical place. We were very fortunate to have our wedding reception at the resort, and everything was perfect. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and clean. The resort offers a variety of restaurants and the food is exceptional. It is by far the tastiest food we have ever had at a resort. To add, the staff is always kind and helpful. By the end of the trip, we felt like part of the family. Lastly, the private beach and the spa are both beautiful clean and relaxing. We will definitely be returning to the Mitsis Alila Resort in the future.

My wife, our 9-month-old baby, and I recently stayed at the Mitsis Alila Hotel in Rhodes, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The all-inclusive aspect of the hotel made everything easy and convenient for us as a family.

One of the highlights of our stay was the food—especially at the Italian restaurant, which was exceptional! The variety and quality of the dishes were top-notch, and we found ourselves returning several times. On the other hand, the food in the main dining room wasn't quite to our taste, but the specialty restaurants more than made up for it.

The staff at the hotel were lovely, and we have to give a special mention to Elena, the concierge. She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay, going out of her way to assist us with anything we needed. Elena truly made our vacation even better with her warmth and professionalism.

However, there were a few downsides. The rooms, while comfortable, could use some updating. They aren't quite on par with the rest of the hotel’s offerings. Additionally, there are only two elevators, which were quite slow and sometimes made getting around with a baby a bit frustrating.

Despite these small issues, we had a great time at Mitsis Alila, and we would recommend it for a relaxing family vacation. A big thank you again to Elena and the rest of the wonderful staff for making our stay memorable!

The rooms were designed like heaven and the heaters and coolers were a great fit due to the hot weather. Would recommend as the pools are beautiful and that there are so many floors including free ice cream at any time. This exquisite resort comes with breakfast lunch and dinner with the best burgers; I want to go back 😁

The hotel is great!
The food is very good and very diverse.
The beach is great and there are many amenities.
They have lots of different foods and drinks and the staff are very kind. The people who stood out and where very good are Richardo and the buffet manager.
A few changes that can be done - afternoon theres a shortage of towels, the billiards and table games are not free, and there could be long wait times for the bar to get a drink. There are times the elevators are very busy and for such a big hotel they need more elevators, we often used stairs 6 floors up/down just because it took a long time for the elevator. Also - the pool that is meant for everyone (not adults only) is sea salt.
Other than that, the hotel is amazing.

Alila was so amazing!! Gorgeous location and the best food I have had in a long time! I also have a super severe nut allergy and they were so accommodating, I’ve never had that before! Thank you to the bar staff and the allergy specialist for making this holiday super special! Not to mention the resort is also gorgeous xx

Great family resort. Well kept beach. Nice and clean rooms. The family room was big enough for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby. There was a wide variety of food, especially tender and tasty dishes in the Greek and Pan-Asian restaurants. We loved the aqua fitness classes, the live music on Sunday night, and the magic show in the theater. There was also a fun acrobatic entertainment for children on July 21.
My only criticism is about the "Best of Disney" show on July 22nd. There was a big contrast with the other shows in terms of dancing or engaging with the audience. The theme seems to be interesting, but the ladies need to practice dancing as well as redesign their show to get the kids more involved and entertained.

The beach is not sandy, we were not aware of this before we arrived, but the small pebbles did not bother the children.

We had a great experience!
Very professional and helpful staff. The food was great, especially the desserts.
