This hotel is a gem with wonderful rooms that have been beautifully restored. The staff are all really helpful and friendly and the inclusive breakfast is delicious, varied, home cooked and plentiful

What makes this small hotell an extraordinary place is the staff’s friendliness and the special breakfast with homemade cakes, and fresh local produce. Oh, and the beds are so comfy!

This is a beautiful Hotel, the second time that we have stayed here, we chose the same room as we fell in love with it the first time that we stayed here

Luxury boutique hotel in quaint Leonidio. Don't expect loud music, night clubs and flashing lights. Do expect an authentic stay in a beautiful hotel in a traditional, and historically very important, little town.

I stayed here in March with my family , the service was amazing staff was very friendly and attentive. Agatha made sure we had everything we needed to make us feel at home, breakfast was fantastic along with the service

The best place with the most beautiful view, comfortable seats, excellent food and service. The best Greek salad, well cooked meat cuts, the most tasty and fresh french fries!

One issue which was not just the hotel but a wider known thing is the water gets shut down on occasion in the summer months in the area

My family and I were visiting from Chicago and had an excellent stay. The room was great, excellent breakfast and very nice staff team

The place was modern and it was clean I would definitely stay there again when I go back to Astro’s

In other words, if you plan to shower and think of delaying, take the shower at that time

We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast

The residences are well maintained and unclude everything to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. They are traditionaly decorated but have all the conviences of modern life. I will definately return again

Be on vacation while staying in a house; intimate setting; close to everything Spetses offers; top hotel that isn't ridiculously expensive

It is very close to the centre, so you will hear some people at night walking and driving by (though this might depend on where your room is located). Only tip I have: our fridge was quite noisy during the night :-)

Truly a very nice place to stay. Close to everything, clean, quiet, well managed and very friendly. Everybody will notice different things when staying in a hotel but my silver lining was the gentleman cookie breakfast

Tonya made us feel welcome from the time we arrived. We appreciated her excellent hospitality. The rooms were comfortable, clean with good air conditioning. The premises are beautiful and well laid out

The pool is perfect for relaxing beside, slipping into for a refreshing swim and even to enjoy a cold beverage or two at the appropriate hour! It is close 12 minute walk to the “paradise beach”, Paralia Agia Marina, we recommend taking advantage of the close proximity to that beach club as well

The breakfast was delicious, consisting of standard items as well as traditional Greek favourites such as bougatsa, spanakopita and loukoumades! Above all else, Tonia and her family were incredibly hospitable and super nice

From recommendations to a breakfast that I would pay for (but included), there is always something different on the menu but everything is always fresh, delicious and authentically Greek. You won’t regret staying here!

Right in the heart of the center, near the port (2 minutes walk) below you had shops for food, drink. The service is impeccable, the girls at the reception are sweet

The hotel, which is family-run, is in a very central location, on a square with restaurants. Most if not all of the rooms have sea views

The only negative thing was the fridge that sounded too loud and the old frames, the doors. with the result that there is not good sound insulation

Great budget hotel with incredible sea front view minutes from the beach and shops. Right in the centre of town. Very helpful management who changed my ferry crossing date for no charge.

A very romantic getaway with the choice of new harbour and old harbour for resturants and shops on your doorstep. Stunning by day and even more magical by night. A beautiful lush island with amazing scenery

This property for the first second makes you feel that is the best option in Spetses, taking in consideration, value for money, amazing sea view for the top floor, hearing the waves, birds and the crystals water

This was for us the best location on the island, if you like to be in the middle of it, people watching from your own sea view balcony over a glass of wine then this is the place for you

I have stayed in some top tier hotels and villas but the experience at the Yayaki was just perfect. Karl, Hannah, George and Dimitri welcomed us and made our stay in Spetses better than we could have imagined

Incredible hotel on Spetses! Small but only in the number of rooms. the outdoor common areas are relaxing and inviting for everyone. The staff is attentive and there to ensure you are happy with everything

The interiors and design of Yayaki as a whole is exemplary and truly beautiful. Easy to understand the owners Karl and Hannah both worked in top hotels around the world when you see their vision that is Yayaki

The pool area is an oasis of relaxation with chilled holiday vibes always playing in the background. Cocktails and small lunch bites available throughout the day and a cute bar for evening drinks

We cannot recommend Yayaki highly enough. It is the true gem of Spetses. The bedrooms are beautiful designed with every detail and comfort considered

Breakfast is a feast of local goodies / fruits / muesli / yoghurts and the most delicious spanakopita made by Hannah plus a wonderful cooked option

The breakfast was outstanding! The pull out bed was not able to be used, so she slept on the couch without pulling it out. Everything else was thoughtful and nice.

Everything about this facility was excellent, including the breakfast!

The entire stay was wonderful; the only thing that was interesting (and it's probably not enough to knock a star off), but the windows in our hotel room were covered by curtains that were mostly sheer, and while it had thicker curtains, they were only hung on the edges, and only seemed to be for show

The only issue was I asked if we could get a room on the first floor and they couldn't accommodate it really tough with the use of a walker

A very nice lady, owner of the villa! The room was very tidy, modern and spacious. A downside was that the bathroom is too small for 2 people. Good price, close to the beach in town.

Very nice with an open pool-"bar" where you can get coffee, snacks, etc. rooms are simply but with nice AC and comfortable beds. Highly recommended! We will be back :-)
