Wonderful welcoming hotel in the center of picturesque Leonidio, with a beautiful swimmingpool area with view of the mountains, great staff, lovely breakfast (all homemade) and very pleasant rooms with nice beds

Lovely old mansion hotel. Well maintained with nice touches to it. We had the suite which was OK though it could be bigger (especially the bathroom) . Breakfast was adequate. All in all a very good choice for Leonidio

Luxury boutique hotel in quaint Leonidio. Don't expect loud music, night clubs and flashing lights. Do expect an authentic stay in a beautiful hotel in a traditional, and historically very important, little town.

This hotel was a surprise find. What a fantastic property! The room was beautiful and well appointed. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

Nice hotel, tidy, near the centre of Leonidio, no problem with parking - the hotel has it's own parking places on the street

At the same time, the new part of the hotel was very impressive, for those who want a more luxurious stay! This is a hotel owned and run by a family, treating guests as friends, so most other guests seemed to have been visiting for years

There was a safe place inside for our two bicycles (always important when cycle touring). Rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. Conveniently located near a supermarket and just a short stroll to the restaurants

My 17-year-old son stayed at the old hotel for three weeks. The room was simple, but it was quite, clean and comfortable, and even provided a much-appreciated small fridge, overall offering great value for money

We would happily stay here again! In fact we liked it so much that we booked another night here. This hotel is run by a friendly Greek family that speak excellent English

It's a great place for a family holiday, or for visitors who want a good place to stay and explore this stunning corner of Greece

Very good experience! We got transport from and to the port for free. The pool is great. The rooms very clean and refurbished. We had a great view of the sea. In all very good value for our money and had a great time.

From Alexis the driver that came and picked us up from the port, he gave us a short intro of the island, with locations and places to visit. Always smiled and kind, super friendly. New A/C installed and good beds

They were very gentle and polite, the room was clean and tidy, they had room service for cleaning daily. There is a bar at the pool that you can order your breakfast and also you can have coffee, beer or drinks

When we arrived on the island (we arrived very early) we called them to ask them what time we can check in. They told us "right now" and they send a car to pick us up from the port to hotel

Daily room cleaning. Nice pool. Great staff. Fine location. Available motorbikes to rent. Pick-up from and to the harbor. The only drawback was that the room was not very soundproof.

We had a very nice room, clean and beautiful. The double bed was quite big and very comfortable, we slept very well. The staff was polite and helpful

The owner and the stuff were very friendly with us . They also pick us up at the port and took us to the hotel . The hotel it's very close to the center of Spetses.

A worth value for money hotel. It has exactly what the booking sites say. Nothing special and a lot room for improvement. However, in an expensive island like Spetses it is fine.

The owners are polite and willing to help you if needed and the rooms were very clean. However, it's an old fashioned hotel with nothing special to provide

The location was very convenient; walking distance from Palio Limani. The people there were very welcoming and helpful. We were given rides to the hotel and back. The mini market was a big plus

From the first moment we felt at home and very comfortable in this place, especially because of the host, Angeliki, who is a super nice and light person, welcoming us with open arms even though we arrived one day earlier than expected

The place itself has very chill and calming vibes, it’s a peaceful place :) to have such a good place to come back to at the end of the day and to always be received with a smile made our trip in Spetses truly special

We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast

The residences are well maintained and unclude everything to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. They are traditionaly decorated but have all the conviences of modern life. I will definately return again

Be on vacation while staying in a house; intimate setting; close to everything Spetses offers; top hotel that isn't ridiculously expensive

It is very close to the centre, so you will hear some people at night walking and driving by (though this might depend on where your room is located). Only tip I have: our fridge was quite noisy during the night :-)

Truly a very nice place to stay. Close to everything, clean, quiet, well managed and very friendly. Everybody will notice different things when staying in a hotel but my silver lining was the gentleman cookie breakfast

“Kaliméra”, a variety of cereals, bread, fruits and fresh coffee are served by the friendly family host Tonia. The rooms have all necessities I need, a good (warm) shower with lots of water, and a comfortable bed

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at 7 island hotel! Our room was nice and quiet and very clean. We also enjoyed the pool and absolutely loved the breakfast with homemade cakes that change everyday

The pool is perfect for relaxing beside, slipping into for a refreshing swim and even to enjoy a cold beverage or two at the appropriate hour! It is close 12 minute walk to the “paradise beach”, Paralia Agia Marina, we recommend taking advantage of the close proximity to that beach club as well

Tonia and her family are super kind and helpful. They are always happy to help or give you a useful tip. I strongly recommend this hotel! When I’ll go back to Spetses, for sure I’ll go back to 7 island hotel!

The bedrooms were comfortable, air conditioned and ours had a gorgeous patio with a view over the town and old port. Travelling with our two teenage kids it was also excellent value for the two rooms

Even though the weather was a little chilly during my stay, I enjoyed the pool and the hotel's yard. The area's overall tranquility really added to the serene experience I have been looking for

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Armata Boutique Hotel for the second time and it was a pure pleasure. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the pool and patio are charming, and breakfasts were delightful

But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service and family-friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, making us feel like visiting old friends

Right in the heart of the center, near the port (2 minutes walk) below you had shops for food, drink. The service is impeccable, the girls at the reception are sweet

The hotel, which is family-run, is in a very central location, on a square with restaurants. Most if not all of the rooms have sea views

The only negative thing was the fridge that sounded too loud and the old frames, the doors. with the result that there is not good sound insulation
