Stayed for 10 days half board the resort was amazing. The food was incredible and the rooms were lovely too. I am disabled and the rooms were perfect for a disability like mine. The swimming pools both had multiple easy access steps into the pool which was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made it a great holiday so much so that I've booked next year already!

Lovely hotel, reception staff very polite and answered any questions. Resort was clean, pools clean and plenty of sun beds. Breakfast choice was limited day to day but good quality. Evening buffet the same. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Had to walk to the beach which was about 5 min walk and down some steps. Sand was brown and soft and plenty of places to eat near the beach.

Fantastic hotel, fabulous staff, amazing food! It is in a remote location but who cares as it’s just beautiful! Evening entertainment would have been nice, there is none. Also the gym could be better it literally has no equipment other than treadmills and a leg press.

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff attentive. Food was a bit monotonous, but it was good quality and tasted nice. Pizza was delicious, beer was nice, wine OK. Pool was a lovely temperature and kept nice and clean. The restaurant was a times very warm as it seemed it lacked air conditioning. Overall, it was a very lovely stay.

We had a junior suite with a private pool and loved every minute of our 10 day stay. We had a small issue with our room as it was next to stairs and did not provide the privacy we wanted, and took this up with reception and they arranged to move us. What an amazing hotel!! It was just remodeled couple seasons ago and it’s absolutely beautiful, super clean with the most friendlier stuff and owners that I have met traveling around the world! My wife and I absolutely fall in love with this island this town and this hotel we will be back year after year!!!!!

I recommend hotel Palatino for everyone who wants to relax. Very clean, very peaceful place. For dinner you can try delicious greek food. Staff is friendly and helpful. For me one of the best :)

The area has not changed since we last holidayed there 17 years ago still beautiful and in my own personal opinion best place on the island

Lixouri and the Summery are just perfect. Thankyou to all the staff. Clean towels everyday, good company and comfy beds. Breakfast is good and the room service perfect. Very flat outside so great for a stroll with my mam along the harbour. The pool and beach area are excellent. Quiet and the perfect place to relax. We had lovely experience here. All staff and members are really helpful and friendly. We got lucky and we had beach view room and it was perfect. Clean room, very friendly staff (special mention for Nikos and his lovely daughter), very tasty typical Greek food! Garden and pool are a plus (especially in long hot summer days)! I will definitely recommend and come back!

You won't find a more pleasant host than Nikos and his family in all of Kefalonia. Great complex with all the facilities and a hospitality that will make you return over and over again.

We stayed at Terra Mare 3 years ago and we really enjoyed it. Due to the place being busy, we couldn't get a space to stay this time. Howerver, the owner Niko and his family run the business. We loved the place and the service so much, that we had to come in just to say hello. I had a coffee and a water on the house, Next year for sure, we will sary with them. See you then Niko.

Best hotel in Greece! Nikos makes the trip so special. It was our first time in Greece and we were on there for 2 days. The best 2 days of my life! Rooms are very old, nothing special. No insect nets in the balcony door. Garden is nice though. An old fashioned pool and many sunbeds around it. Distance to town center is also very good.

Absolutely brilliant!!!! The staff are like family to everyone. Janeta welcomed us on our arrival and explained everything we needed to know. The village is beautiful and the staff is so friendly! We had a wonderful stay here. The pool and the beach bar are beautiful, the food at the restaurant was so tasty and not expensive at all! Great location, just outside the town centre but a five minute stroll from it. The family who run the hotel are very friendly and helpful, they also run a restaurant nearby. There are numerous bars and restaurants in Lixouri and a very convenient ferry every half hour to Argostoli the capital. In mid September, many bus routes had closed for winter and car hire is essential to explore the island. Fantastic...

Gorgeous small boutique hotel overlooking the sea. All the rooms are beautiful and the two penthouse suites are amazing. Marina can't do enough to make sure you have the best start to the day with her wonderful breakfasts... all made to order.

There is also an excellent food market A / B as well as the nearby police station. For who comes with the car parking is not a problem. Spacious rooms and exemplary cleanliness. Nice hotel. Good food and excellent service. We booked via Trek Adventures who provide really good water sports on the beach below the hotel.

Very nice family run hotel. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant is very nice and this included in the quoted price 4 days a well allowing you 3 evenings free to visit the Tavernas in town. There is a very nice swimming pool and the bar staff are happy to bring food and drinks to the tables on the pool level.

Stayed here for one week in June 2022. Small, quiet family owned and run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble from the friendly staff. Lovely setting. Great beach with safe watersports below. Excellent food at breakfast, lunch and dinner if needed. Underated and recommended.

At first glimpse I didn't think it would be a good week. But after a few days it turned out to be a very good holiday. Where it is a small hotel only 30 rooms it meant it that everyone was friendly and social able. The food was lovely and they had a bar down at the beach. The only downside is that it very steep steps down to the beach but at the beach its lovely got sailing boats, catamaran's, kayaks...

Nice, cosy &warm from every point of view. Clean rooms, clean and big pool. They also have a nice bar/ terrace where you can drink/ eat. The food is fresh and good, drinks are good. We had a great stay at the hotel. Very friendly owner and staff, amazing swimming pool and very clean bedrooms. The rooms are fully equipped with all you need: fridge, tv, cooker, AC, etc. Although a bit far away from Lixouri, the hotel is located in a very peaceful area, from the pool and the room you have direct view to the sea, 5 out of 5.
