Nice clean quiet hotel with beautiful garden, two bars, pool and really perfect clean beach with red sand and crystal clear water

The rooms are clean, furniture rather as in 3 or 3,5 star hotel, not as in 4 star hotel in Germany or in the Czech Republic, bathroom is tiny. Wifi connection in every room, but paid (35 euros for a week)

Staff is very friendly, polite. Food was all right, there is always something tasty. Overall we enjoyed our holiday and recommend this hotel

3rd time here and we ? it. Freindly staff nice clean rooms,a lovely beach,good food. What more could you need?

You can just walk down from the pool area when you want to swim

The hotel has a wooooonderful garden, 2 very nice swimming pools, a main restaurant + 2 other restaurants, a Greek and an Italian one, where you have to pay, an open-air cinema, an exposition/a museum, a gym, a SPA, 2 shops inside the complex, a bar next to each of the 2 pools, from where you can grab a snack and a drink between the meals, and a big chess table on the terrace

They also offer a few minutes (30 maybe?) of water gym in the main pool, and an evening bar, where the staff was playing quizz with the tourists, and dancing and singing

The closest beach to the hotel is extremely small, even smaller than what we saw in the pictures from the previous years, but lots of bars with sunbeds, and food

There are some aspects of the hotel which were really well thought out, such as the non-slip mats by the childrens pool, the rooms having doorbells (which is very inventive), the parasols being screwed to the ground, as well as there being plenty of tables available which stopped people moving them around

But the water is very clean and clear and warm, for mid-September. If you want to stay in the hotel, I definitely recommend it

Huge pool with plenty of sun loungers, pool bar and all kept very clean

I've come to Greece many times over the years, but this is my favorite place to stay and my favorite island. Terra Mare Resort is "simple luxury" with an owner (Nicos) who cares

The large property has trees full of oranges, lemons and loquats, an amazing pool and overlooks beautiful Livadi Bay. Lixouri town is only a few minutes away by car and a ferry across the bay to Argostoli is only 3 euros

In the lunge area, where you can have a drink or find anything you need, we met some hotel guests who have been coming back for years. This is definetely a sign that the hotel is worthy of a return visit

Nikos, the owner, was extremely accommodating from start to finish. Our flight was delayed meaning we arrived at the hotel at 2:30am yet Nikos stayed up to ensure we arrived safe and sound

He helped us hire a car, gave us advice on where to go and what to do as well as restaurants/bars he liked. Room had everything we needed and even a balcony (surrounded by orange trees)

Snacks available till 7pm good selection 👍 Beautiful good sized pool and plenty of sunbeds to go round, with a lovely garden area to lay in

Has everything you need and more for a 2* in my opinion. Set in nice attractive grounds with a big deep swimming pool. Very helpful friendly staff.

A wonderful 2star Hotel Fabulous pool,lots of sunbeds. Excellent snack menu, breakfast included ( buffet style) bread, cheese, meat ,eggs cake. Staff make you feel part of a family

Above all, the team there at La Cite will make you feel at home from the time you arrive until the time you check out, you will be well taken care of during your stay

Rooms are very old, nothing special. No insect nets in the balcony door. Garden is nice though. An old fashioned pool and many sunbeds around it. Distance to town center is also very good.

Nice bar with pool - it really under sells itself. When we stayed, it was half full - well worth a stay

On asking we were allowed to use the pool facilities, absolutely excellent, got us in the mood for booking a holiday there, if only we could find a booking site for it

The pool and the beach bar are beautiful, the food at the restaurant was so tasty and not expensive at all! The room was great, big enough, the bathroom was super clean. In addition, they have super cute dogs

Our decision was good, this resort is perfect for romantic couples, families with small children or older people own to quiet environment, which is clean and realy orderd, stuff is very polite and hardworking, food is delicious and diverse – local product

A big thank you to Babis, Spryos and their lovely family and team at the Apolafsi for looking after us very well and being so helpful! This is a sweet, family-run place, well located just outside Lixouri

It’s a 10 euro taxi ride to Lixouri, which has some really good restaurants plus the ferry to Argostoli (3 euros each) where you can see the loggerhead turtles

Excellent family run small hotel, really excellent food and genuinely nice people. Hotel run by family owners and all water sports etc by Beyond Beach

The family couldn't be more welcoming and you definitely leave feeling like part of their lovely family. As someone else has said, we were all given hugs when we left and I genuinely felt a bit emotional to say farewell

The hotel is also well placed for a trip to Petani beach for the most amazing sunset and food in Erasmias taverna. We are already planning a return trip next year

We stayed at the Lazaratos Hotel as a result of booking a Lixouri Bay Beach Club holiday with Trek Adventures (also amazing by the way)

They weren’t bothered when they brought out lunch to us while we were still in the pool! Rooms are slightly dated but spotlessly clean and toilets are not a problem at all (I’m very picky about toilets!!) Every single meal was amazing, and the buffet system was cleverly structured so you don’t have people piling their plates with food

We had a wonderful stay at Limanaki. We had one of the beautiful private pool rooms which was perfect for us. Room was spacious and the pool was divine. Room came with tea and coffee facilities, mini bar and bath robes

The half-board menu isn't extensive but includes a good range of options including souvlaki, pork steak, pasta, etc as well as a lovely special cooked each day

The quality of the food was excellent, freshly cooked and table service (which I much prefer over the all inclusive buffet chaos you get at bigger hotels)

The evenings are quiet with most people spending time after dinner playing cards and chatting - no loud entertainment which makes it perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing escape

Perfect if you're looking for a quiet holiday, away from the crowds. We were half-board and thought the food was fantastic

Also recommended the short walk from the cove along the coastal path to the lighthouse, only takes about 15mins. Thank you to the hotel management and staff for creating such a beautiful, friendly place

From the moment we arrived, the service at Canale Hotel and Suites was exceptional. Every request was listened to and delivered with such care—nothing was too much trouble. We felt truly looked after throughout our stay

Shower/ toilet an all glass affair, some may question privacy, but I didn't find it a problem. Obviously hotel is being refurbished bit by bit. Fantastic location in Argostoli

very nice hotel in great spot. I didn't like the mattress as it is soft and the electric circuit board was producing an annoying buzz in the night . other than that great view and nice hotel. breakfast is average.

Room was modern, clean and comfortable with all the facilities one would expect. Air conditioning quiet and worked well

Had a small balcony at the rear of the hotel which looked out onto restaurants and thoroughfare but excellent glazing on doors meant no intrusive noise

Nice hotel in Central Argostoli. Breakfast was simple and lovely and we were greeted every morning with Rosa's beautiful smile. Room was super and housekeeping staff did a great job

super friendly ran hotel,ideal location for walking into Argostoli and bars etc great breakfast included and a excellent swimming pool,we only stayed four nights as we extended our holiday from a different resort but thoroughly enjoyed it here,great value for money

Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast had loads of fresh fruit and fresh Greek yoghurt. Also bacon, beans, fried eggs, scrambled eggs etc. plus usual continental breakfast with some extra Greek cheeses

Just add the cost on so that customers don't need to pay €102 for additions and the local tax on arrival for a week's stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It's compact but there's something for everyone

Amazing tavernas with gorgeous food 15 minutes walk on Lassi *****. Quite hilly terrain if you venture out but fine for people of moderate fitness, maybe wouldn’t be so good to if you had difficulty walking

The local shop “The Dolphin” is a short walk all be it up the hill is well stocked with all the essentials. There are 2 beaches within walking distance one from the back of the hotel and one from the front

My wife are hear right now and getting to the end of out stay. The hotel is in a fairly quiet location on the Argostoli side of Lassi. It's very near two small beaches that are only minutes from the hotel

This was our second time staying at the Thalassi Hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Our room was fantastic, plenty of comfy sunbeds available around the pools at all times

The restaurant and pool bar is excellent and best of all the staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you

The clothes facilities was for us staying 2 weeks was absolutely not good it was open plan hanging rail thing with no doors, shelfs so high you have to be a basket ball player, and then the oppersite two draws exactly on the floor not a very good architect for a hotel! Breakfast was the same boring stuff every day: stale bread, cereals, just the one, when you have a cheese allergy and everything is...

Staff are welcoming, room we had was above our expectations and cleaned regularly. We are at retaurant for lunch and dinner on occasion during our stay. Bit expensive for food drinks but well presented

Next, we ordered a lunch snack (Mexican wraps) waiting and waiting they did not arrive, I asked what happened to our order 3 hrs later joking with them have they arrived from Mexico yet?, they did not appreciate the joke which it should have been the other way round I should have been grumpy cause we did not get our order, they said that the person misunderstood that took our order, see that word...

We have travelled rather a lot, and this hotel is not what it seems, no Greek flare, even the staff where not Greek, just once a week Greek music which actually we enjoyed there should have been one or two dancers to involve us tourist I think it would be a big success I would have joined in!! I mean, that's why we are there but no flare, English music played everywhere

Recently refurbished, very welcoming and friendly staff, free parking, good pool and bar. Restaurant is good, and wm priced appropriately for a hotel

They decorated our room the night of the wedding with flowers and a bottle of bubbly and then set out breakfast for the wedding party in the morning. Our room was immaculate and was decorated beautifully

The grounds are well kept and the food is reasonably priced and delicious, especially the souvlaki! Within a week of being back we are already looking to go back in Sept

I found its location to be perfect, a short walk to all the restaurants and shops, which meant it was lovely and quiet

A beautiful hotel with the most amazing swimming pool, we stayed in a room at the top which was huge, two bedrooms and a big bathroom, it was clean and we always had clean towels

Such a lovely welcome from all staff that has continued throughout our stay. Room very very basic but super clean as staff are in every day so no complaints. Pool area is spotless, plenty sun beds and areas to sit

It felt a bit like a home from home. Stayed in room 32, comfy beds, great air-conditioning, albeit a small bathroom. Pool area clean and never a fight for sunbeds

Just stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect. We stayed in room 35 which was a new refurbished one and was spotless with a lovely sea and pool view

Whilst the hotel pool and small beach are fine there is a decent beach for 10 euros for umbrella and two loungers just below the hotel. The reception staff and porters are excellent. Will be there again next year

We had a sea view with a balcony. Great pool area with cozy chairs. The staff were very nice and we really liked the location in Lassi, only 10 minutes from the airport. Photos are of the pool, room view and hotel lobby

The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. There is bar & food service by the pool. The breakfast buffet (included) was adequate

They constantly ran out of hot water for Tea (you have to fill your own tea pot at the buffet) We much preferred the public beach next door as the WR private beach is very narrow and has loads of slippery rocks in the water

Jet2 organised two excellent days out but you need to rent a car if you want to see more of the island. A day trip to Lixouri by ferry is advised. There is a good choice of restaurants in both Lassi and Argostili

We enjoyed our breakfasts and learnt to eat in the buffet and sometimes the Lungmare at night. There are a lot of steps around the site and really you don’t need to leave the site unless you want too

I have stayed in various apartments in kefalonia for the last 20 years and these are without doubt the best. Excellent staff and well kept apartments and pool and first class restaurant ??

I would recommend hiring a car as the hill coming back is extremely steep but if you don't mind a walk you are very close to great restaurants, shops and a fantastic beach

At D we had cold drinks, lounged by the super clean pool, dipped in and out to cool off, ate their wonderful chargrilled fish and spent a fine easy day in welcome shade

Very nice place to spend your time and the woman working here is polite and friendly. We got sunburned at the beach and the woman gave uz aloe vera leafs to helps calm down the skin
