Where to stay in Milatos

I've been here 1 day,all these negative reviews are so FALSE,the staff are amazing,the foods as u expect from an all inclusive. Plenty of booze on offer,all the pools lively with polite guests,music and staff walking round asking if anyone needs drinks. The rooms are clean,air con is fantastic. What more needs to be said

Booked an all-inclusive holiday at this resort. However, we arrived late after our flight was delayed, it was after 11pm. The reception said that there is no restaurant open at this hour but if you want to eat there is a restaurant that is open where we will have to pay. This restaurant was within the resort. We were all hungry. So we ordered a burger, spaghetti and a couple of chips and soft drinks...

Beautiful hotel, had such a relaxing week here. Buffet has such great choice, plenty of variety and tastes good. Staff are all friendly and helpful, they could just do with keeping on top of clearing dining tables after people have finished eating. Our room was lovely, quiet and great views. 4 stars instead of 5 because there was only one lift and it was always busy. Beautiful location but nothing here in this area at all. Room was amazing. Sea view. Nice and quiet. Staff were polite and friendly except the ladies on reception who didn’t want to help or smile sadly. The hotel is not 5 star. More a 3 star. Needs a lot of money spent to make it 5 star. The main problem here is the food. It’s COLD! So not that great. Don’t book this hotel ! Far better parts of Crete...

I really don’t know what all the fuss and negative reviews are about. We had a wonderful stay, the staff were so friendly, our room was amazing (superior sea view), it was cleaned daily and mini bar was topped up with fresh bottles of water and drink. We stayed here for two nights in June. It is a great spot to relax. The hotel is in immaculate condition and Alice and Kat are great hostesses. The half board package is very good value. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have great views. The swimming pool area is beautiful. The resident cats are great.

Stunning location, gorgeous views from the rooms, not in a super tourist area. The owners are incredibly nice and make delicious food and drinks. And there's lots of cats running around. What more to ask for? A very special place.

We loved this little Hotel. The owners are súper lovely and helpful. they put much love in all details. they have a cretan cook that prepars dinner each night (price/quality is super). This hotel is so much more than just a lovely and peaceful place to stay at and explore the beauty of Crete. Absolute perfection with hosts (Kat & Alice) to match! We’ve just spent one week here and really didn’t want to leave.
