I've been here 1 day,all these negative reviews are so FALSE,the staff are amazing,the foods as u expect from an all inclusive. Plenty of booze on offer,all the pools lively with polite guests,music and staff walking round asking if anyone needs drinks.
The rooms are clean,air con is fantastic.

Red card for the owner who does not respect the local interest in passing from the ancient coastal path between Sissi and Milatos, besides it's public right. A real neckbreaker for those who like to wander or bike the eco route between the villages, besides the guests are locked up from wonderful cape Poda!! BAD KARMA - SHAME!!

1st of all its not a Radisson Resort. Apparently its been taken over and whilst the surroundings and facilities would be classed as 5*, the service, staff and availability of all facilities to inclusive paying guests is no more than that of a 3* resort.
Positives -
Room was beautiful and clean.
Views are spectacular.
Plenty of Choice in respects of pools.
Buffet restaurant has plenty of Choice.
Negatives -
Some Staff could be described as rude and on occasions lied to guests.
All restaurants(8 on site) bar the Buffet required a reservation, I tried to reserve 10 hrs after arriving and was able to get 1 booking for an evening meal in the Italian, definitely not the Fully Inclusive that I paid for.
Cocktails were Pathetic and the Alcohol was watered down, I've worked in the bar industry for 20 yrs so I know when a Spirit isn't full strength.
On 2 occasions they closed the pool side bars in the Adult Only section and the family area...totally unacceptable to deny paying customers a facility to hydrate when temps are hitting 31°c.
They had a bee infestation when we were there at the Kids waterpark with several stings reported.
We believe on returning to the UK that there is possibly a bed mite problem as my partner had to visit the Doctors to get some bites lanced after severe itching to several bites to her back and legs.
We also witnessed 1 couple being removed by the police after the Manager called them as he wasn't pleased that they were complaining about several issues , 1 being that they had 3 days left yet the Resort had closed bars and the Buffet restaurant.
One last thing that really annoyed me...Plastic Glasses for my drinks!!! Now I get giving plastics to Kids etc and for soft drinks but I want a bloody glass for my beers and Cocktails...even away from the poolside Bars and drinking in the Reception Complex Bar we were given Plastic Glasses.
As I said not the 5*experience that we paid for. 🫣🫣😒😒

Beautiful hotel, had such a relaxing week here.
Buffet has such great choice, plenty of variety and tastes good.
Staff are all friendly and helpful, they could just do with keeping on top of clearing dining tables after people have finished eating.
Our cleaner was so lovely, our room was always clean and comfortable.
Good working air con, loved the all inclusive cocktails.
Beautiful turquoise sea, enjoyed swimming with the fish.
Nice hour walk into the nearest small town Sisi.
Agree with others that some things are starting to look a bit tired - some things like the sun loungers could do with an upgrade.

1) Arrived at the hotel to be told they were over booked taken to another hotel all inclusive for 1 night, lack of communication the coach taking people back to the Radisson the day after left without us, no one told us what time we were being picked up, waste of time not getting settled waste of 1 day/night of our holiday.
2) although I would give ten out of ten for the room the hotel is vastly under staffed only one person on the bars and when they run out of ice or drinks they disappear leaving long a queue of
frustrated customers queueing at the bar.
3) Forget about trying book the Greek/Italian or any other restaurant's the main restaurant is as good as you will get, although the Chinese area's food for me was the best, again long queues.
4) Don't come to this hotel thinking you'll get drunk all the time believe me it's like trying to get a drink in the desert Ha! Ha! seriously there's always a long queue at the bar.

Booked an all-inclusive holiday at this resort. However, we arrived late after our flight was delayed, it was after 11pm. The reception said that there is no restaurant open at this hour but if you want to eat there is a restaurant that is open where we will have to pay.
This restaurant was within the resort. We were all hungry. So we ordered a burger, spaghetti and a couple of chips and soft drinks. The bill came to 69 Euros.
The next day, we found that at every service counter, there was only one person serving. It didn't matter how busy that counter or bar got.
I have given four stars for the room we were in as it was a villa and was quite spacious. However, other guests complained about their rooms, they said they were small with a bed that was so high that they had to climb on it...
The resort is out in the sticks, and you can not go out unless you hire a car, and for a small car, I paid 80 Seuros for a day.
The food tasted the same every day, even when the menu was changed. Breakfast had the best menu.
All in all, the service was diabolical for Radisson Blu. We have stayed in a couple of these before, and they were excellent.

Our room was lovely, quiet and great views. 4 stars instead of 5 because there was only one lift and it was always busy. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and attentive. 4 stars instead of 5 because the checking in procedure was atrocious. The queue was long and it took forever to be checked in. The location is beautiful. Again 4 stars instead of 5 because the transfer from the airport took so long. Winding roads and multiple drop offs before we got to the hotel...no wonder someone on our bus was travel sick. The restaurant booking system is ridiculous. We were there a week and were only able to book one lunch in one of the restaurants. Everything else was booked already

Cold buffet, gutter smell in room, 1 white ball between 3 pool tables, which you have to pay for. Was meant to be all inclusive but I had to pay for basic things like non local alcohol. Mini bar wasn't free after 1st night. Room wasn't ready on 1st night. Room I paid extra for wasn't seaview as it had long trees covering the view. Won't go again. Crete itself is beautiful.

I really don’t know what all the fuss and negative reviews are about. We had a wonderful stay, the staff were so friendly, our room was amazing (superior sea view), it was cleaned daily and mini bar was topped up with fresh bottles of water and drink. The maid always left a little treat for us on our bed such as a flower display or left a vase of fresh flowers on the table. The food was great, so much choice. Lots of different pools and lounge areas to chill in throughout the day, we chose a different location each day to mix things up. We absolutely loved it. Super relaxing and beautiful resort. The only sad thing was that the all inclusive drinks ended at 11pm but there’s ways around that. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful location but nothing here in this area at all. Room was amazing. Sea view. Nice and quiet. Staff were polite and friendly except the ladies on reception who didn’t want to help or smile sadly. The hotel is not 5 star. More a 3 star. Needs a lot of money spent to make it 5 star. The main problem here is the food. It’s COLD! So not that great. Don’t book this hotel ! Far better parts of Crete to go to.
