I've been here 1 day,all these negative reviews are so FALSE,the staff are amazing,the foods as u expect from an all inclusive. Plenty of booze on offer,all the pools lively with polite guests,music and staff walking round asking if anyone needs drinks. The rooms are clean,air con is fantastic. What more needs to be said

Booked an all-inclusive holiday at this resort. However, we arrived late after our flight was delayed, it was after 11pm. The reception said that there is no restaurant open at this hour but if you want to eat there is a restaurant that is open where we will have to pay. This restaurant was within the resort. We were all hungry. So we ordered a burger, spaghetti and a couple of chips and soft drinks...

Beautiful hotel, had such a relaxing week here. Buffet has such great choice, plenty of variety and tastes good. I really don’t know what all the fuss and negative reviews are about. We had a wonderful stay, the staff were so friendly, our room was amazing (superior sea view), it was cleaned daily and mini bar was topped up with fresh bottles of water and drink. We stayed here for two nights in June. It is a great spot to relax. The hotel is in immaculate condition and Alice and Kat are great hostesses. The half board package is very good value. Absolute perfection with hosts (Kat & Alice) to match! We’ve just spent one week here and really didn’t want to leave. The room definitely needs updating. There was ants, it smelt like sewage and a few things Broken, when the room was cleaned didn’t seem like anything was done, just the bed made. Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional! The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The spa was a wonderful relaxation experience. Our spa therapist Chrysa provided us a truly wonderful treatment . Her expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout, making the whole experience unique.

We stayed 2 times in this lovely little hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Showers are small. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from restaurants, shops and more. Maria (I guess she was the owner) is suuuuper friendly. We got a parking slot and they even carried our bags to the first floor. Hopefully we can come back one day.

A lovely hotel in the heart of a beautiful village called Sisi… Very close to the centre and everything that is going on. Breakfast isn’t great with a limited choice - however, it is very close to local tavernas and restaurants - with fabulous choices for lunch and dinner.

Nice hotel, but not five stars! The buffet was large and plentiful, but too much "english" food and not enough Greek food. Kids entertainment was a little shabby. Had a really good time and the hotel was really good. Rooms were clean. Shower needed new sealant. Service was pretty good, and ate my own body weight in food which is a good guage of its quality. We had a great time at these studios, they are kept very clean with such lovely hosts who can’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a chilled holiday 😎. I dont like the fact that pool at the bar is closed at 7pm, this is big disadventage that is why 4 stars. Towers changed once a week, breakfast the same every day but in principle good when you take a look at the price.

Well, what can I say. We have travelled all over the world and the level of service here is unmatched. This is a true hidden gem. Had a great time here. Went early in the year so it was nice and quiet. The staff were very welcoming and had a good laugh with the barman a couple of nights.
