5 star hotels in Milatos

I've been here 1 day,all these negative reviews are so FALSE,the staff are amazing,the foods as u expect from an all inclusive. Plenty of booze on offer,all the pools lively with polite guests,music and staff walking round asking if anyone needs drinks. The rooms are clean,air con is fantastic. What more needs to be said

Booked an all-inclusive holiday at this resort. However, we arrived late after our flight was delayed, it was after 11pm. The reception said that there is no restaurant open at this hour but if you want to eat there is a restaurant that is open where we will have to pay. This restaurant was within the resort. We were all hungry. So we ordered a burger, spaghetti and a couple of chips and soft drinks...

Beautiful hotel, had such a relaxing week here. Buffet has such great choice, plenty of variety and tastes good. Staff are all friendly and helpful, they could just do with keeping on top of clearing dining tables after people have finished eating. Our room was lovely, quiet and great views. 4 stars instead of 5 because there was only one lift and it was always busy. Beautiful location but nothing here in this area at all. Room was amazing. Sea view. Nice and quiet. Staff were polite and friendly except the ladies on reception who didn’t want to help or smile sadly. The hotel is not 5 star. More a 3 star. Needs a lot of money spent to make it 5 star. The main problem here is the food. It’s COLD! So not that great. Don’t book this hotel ! Far better parts of Crete...

I really don’t know what all the fuss and negative reviews are about. We had a wonderful stay, the staff were so friendly, our room was amazing (superior sea view), it was cleaned daily and mini bar was topped up with fresh bottles of water and drink. First of all we want to thank the animation of the miniclub to give our 7 year old daughter Charlotte the days of her life. No effort was too big. Arrived late (23:00) ish ,friendly welcome, Room 316 clean and tidy , management provided a evening light meal for us on a half board arrangement . location not explored yet ,will report at the appropriate time

This hotel is in a great location 5 mins from Bufos beach in one direction and the harbour in the other where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. The swimming pools are lovely with plentiful comfortable sunbeds. The breakfast served offers a really good choice and many a good cocktail is to be had at the bar. Nice little hotel. We were very happy with a spacious and clean room. Unfortunately both beds where squeaking which made it difficult to get a good rest at night. The greek buffet breakfast is good, the choice is not extremely huge but offers all that you need. For dinner, one gets to chose among 3 dishes, meat, fish and vegetarian - it's ok but there is some room for improvement in that area. Maybe...

Best hotel in Greece by far. All the staff went that extra mile and always made sure everything was okay. Reception staff are incredible and made our holiday even more special. Two weeks definitely wasn’t long enough and very sad to be leaving. Keep up the good work, until next time!

We had a very relaxing and tranquil stay at Castello Boutique. We stayed in one of the suites with sea view and infinity pool which are amazing, we enjoyed watching the sunset and sunrise from our balcony. The staff were very welcoming, Aphrodite and Christina on reception were particularly helpful. Good breakfast spread and clean facilities. Recommend going early for breakfast if you like hot/warm...

Amazing hotel. We are in a swim up room, and it has been perfect. Few niggles with the room as I think we are the first ever guests to stay in it, however they were all sorted out quickly. The service is excellent, the staff are all very friendly. We are here on a bed and breakfast tariff, and the breakfast has been great. I wouldn't bother with evening meals or lunch, there are so many nice tavernas...

A lovely hotel in the heart of a beautiful village called Sisi… Very close to the centre and everything that is going on. Breakfast isn’t great with a limited choice - however, it is very close to local tavernas and restaurants - with fabulous choices for lunch and dinner.

I have used the spa facilities as I am local to the area, and it's highly recommended! Enjoy your holidays!

Returned here for our second stay after the first fantastic experience. The second time around was just as good. Great hotel, wonderful attentive staff, and a great location.

No negative, all the staff are amazing can’t do enough the managed are about and make a point of speaking to you . It is spotless clean the maids speak and helpful . It is central to everything. The beds and pillows are very comfortable good bedding white towels not grey looking ., Nice swimming pool indoor is a very warm one . Nice hotel, but not five stars! The buffet was large and plentiful, but too much "english" food and not enough Greek food. Kids entertainment was a little shabby. Danny the main entertainer was great, but kids facilities were old and tired. Evening entertainment was poor. Snack bar was poor. Bedrooms were good.

We had a fantastic time staying at the resort. It had all we needed for a great holiday. The suite we stayed in was very spacious with a private rooftop terrace, the room was cleaned daily and stocked with bottled water every day. I've only been here a night and part of the morning, but I could have hugged the kind reception staff member who gave my daughter and I such a warm welcome, plus sandwiches, at 1am. Yes, the rooms show slight signs of wear but our room is spacious and immaculately clean and with service like that, I don't mind at all. Went to this resort previous to covid with my other half and loved it, so we thought we would return with our baby. Staff are excellent and friendly. Family rooms are spacious and get cleaned every day. Good variety of pools, however unfortunately they were extremely extremely cold which was a shame. Lots of food for all inclusive! The snack bars by the pool were great! Massively lacking kids entertainment...

Had a really good time and the hotel was really good. Rooms were clean. Shower needed new sealant. Service was pretty good, and ate my own body weight in food which is a good guage of its quality. Just missing the finer points to be a 5 star. More like 3.5 to 4 star, definitely not 5 star. Would recommend it though for those wanting a quiet resort.

Excellent hotel for relaxing holidays. The "executive suites" with private pool are wonderful. Really nice service.
