I've been here 1 day,all these negative reviews are so FALSE,the staff are amazing,the foods as u expect from an all inclusive. Plenty of booze on offer,all the pools lively with polite guests,music and staff walking round asking if anyone needs drinks. The rooms are clean,air con is fantastic. What more needs to be said

Booked an all-inclusive holiday at this resort. However, we arrived late after our flight was delayed, it was after 11pm. The room definitely needs updating. There was ants, it smelt like sewage and a few things Broken, when the room was cleaned didn’t seem like anything was done, just the bed made. We spend a week there in early August. One of the best stays we ever had. We had to change rooms and they were really nice and professional about it. The staff is very good, the atmosphere amazing.
