I've been here 1 day,all these negative reviews are so FALSE,the staff are amazing,the foods as u expect from an all inclusive. Plenty of booze on offer,all the pools lively with polite guests,music and staff walking round asking if anyone needs drinks. The rooms are clean,air con is fantastic. What more needs to be said

Booked an all-inclusive holiday at this resort. However, we arrived late after our flight was delayed, it was after 11pm. The reception said that there is no restaurant open at this hour but if you want to eat there is a restaurant that is open where we will have to pay. This restaurant was within the resort. We were all hungry. So we ordered a burger, spaghetti and a couple of chips and soft drinks...

Beautiful hotel, had such a relaxing week here. Buffet has such great choice, plenty of variety and tastes good. This hotel is in a great location 5 mins from Bufos beach in one direction and the harbour in the other where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. We had a very relaxing and tranquil stay at Castello Boutique. We stayed in one of the suites with sea view and infinity pool which are amazing, we enjoyed watching the sunset and sunrise from our balcony. A lovely hotel in the heart of a beautiful village called Sisi… Very close to the centre and everything that is going on. Breakfast isn’t great with a limited choice - however, it is very close to local tavernas and restaurants - with fabulous choices for lunch and dinner.

Nice hotel, but not five stars! The buffet was large and plentiful, but too much "english" food and not enough Greek food. Kids entertainment was a little shabby. Danny the main entertainer was great, but kids facilities were old and tired. Evening entertainment was poor. Snack bar was poor. Bedrooms were good.

Went to this resort previous to covid with my other half and loved it, so we thought we would return with our baby. Staff are excellent and friendly. Had a really good time and the hotel was really good. Rooms were clean. Shower needed new sealant. Service was pretty good, and ate my own body weight in food which is a good guage of its quality. Just missing the finer points to be a 5 star. More like 3.5 to 4 star, definitely not 5 star. Would recommend it though for those wanting a quiet resort.

The perfect place to relax and feel Cretan hospitality. The hotel is amazing, they offer sea view and private pools for all rooms. The crew makes you feel as a guest and not as a customer. The hotel is very beautiful, the hotel has its own swimming pool. And some rooms have their own private swimming pool. From room you can have a beautiful view of the sea, you can see the sunrise, you can see the mountains. Room setting is also very cute, daily cleaning. The workers are also very nice and friendly.
