Terrible WiFi. The only place you could use it was in the main lobby and even there the connection wasn't perfect. The pool was full of chemicals and hurt your face and eyes after 10 minutes. Otherwise it was amazing and beautiful. The beach was nice and the room was comfortable. Would go there again.

We have been there in July 2021. The rooms were awesome and absolutely spotless clean! The hosts were very nice and helpful. We've left everything out to dry, nothing was missing or stolen. I've left 300€ in my room, nothing was missing there, even after the cleaning of the room. If I ever go to Malia again, I would never ever choose another destination. If you like party central, come here. I was looking for a quieter place, but then Malia is a party town. I only came to see the Minoan ruins, really. The staff was nice but no one told me when breakfast was and it was a bit slow. The bed linens were not clean. There was hair and some dirt on them.

I stayed at Stelios Gardens for a week in September! My experience was very pleasant. The highlights for me were the clean room upon arrival, the pool being stunning, the walk to Malia beach being about 200 m from the hotel and the friendly staff! When I was leaving the front staff gave me directions to the bus I needed for the airport and that was very helpful! Forgot to mention the food was amazing...

Overall a great stay. The room was a bit small, no coffee service in the room. Booked the Superior Bungalow Sea View - we were pretty far back from the ocean. As a frequent visitor to Malia, I have stayed at other hotels which were nice but I prefer Malia Holidays Hotel due to the location, bar, swimming pool and staff. We were very satisfied with our stay. It was amazing for 4*, rooms were nice and cleaned every day, drinks strong and food delicious, we could not decide what to try out first. The Royal Heights Resort impresses with its spectacular view over Malia. The room seemed in good condition, though it was obvious that renovations are needed sooner than later. Staff was always attentive and very friendly, they were trying their best everyday.

One of the best experiences! I loved the Greek hospitality and the family owned feeling. The staff is lovely and at your service for whatever you might need at any time of the day. The gardens looked amazing, as you can see from the photos as well as the entire building complex. We stayed for 7 days and loved every minute of it. The hotel has a familiar feeling to it, with the rooms being offset to each other for a feeling of privacy. It was clean and functional. The wait staff were super sweet and by the 2nd day remembered our drink choices, always a smile and friendly words. The buffet had enough choices for our taste, yet not as many as you would find in the big touristy...
