Enorme Santanna Beach Hotel

The place is wonderful from any aspect. The area is gorgeous, the beach is stunning, with little stones and right next to the pool. The restaurant served delicious food. Breakfast and dinner buffets had an endless variety of anything you can think of and the choices for lunch were also really nice. We enjoyed a lot the spa, the wonderful greek products they are using and the extra care they put in order to make the experience enjoyable. It was very quiet, has a second pool a bit more secluded and overall, we enjoyed, rested and left very energized.

I recently stayed with friends, and it was an amazing experience. The hospitality and service were outstanding, staff were always friendly and helpful. We loved the modern design, the relaxing pool area, and the beach just steps away. The food was delicious. From spa treatments to beachside lounging, everything was designed for comfort and relaxation. Highly recommended for a stylish and peaceful getaway!

The hotel is incredible if you want a laid back wellness holiday, it encourages you to leave your phone and be present which I find amazing. There are so many activities to do like the outdoor cinema which was the best!!! Also the food was probably the best I have ever had. Genuinely so happy I went there and cannot wait to go back, and stay forever!

This was a great place to relax and enjoy the last few days of our vacation. The breakfast was perfect. The lunch menu also great salads. The beach is a little rocky in that area but it was nice to be on a private beach. Staff is amazing as well very attentive. One recomendation as we dis not have all inclusive. For dinner we preffered th A la carte restaurant for the price compare to the buffet. A bit disappointed in the buffer as it it is 35 euro per person and wine cost us 93 euros in total nothing super special about it . I would recomend you go to the a la carte restaurant as the food was simply delicious and for about the same price. Overall just a great place for couples and r&r

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. What truly stood out was the outstanding service! Especially from Yulia at the Mare Mare beach bar, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and always had a warm smile. She really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

The hotel rooms, dining area, and pool are beautiful areas. My favorite areas in the hotel are the spa, especially Sofia for deep tissue, the health club especially Petros who teaches classes , the yoga instructor, the manager ( forgot name) and Alina at the front desk. The fitness instructor , Petros is very knowledgeable about fitness and body mechanics. You need to take his classes. Sofia is a very small lady but her ability to deliver a deep tissue massage is the best!!! The Yoga instructor is very good and positive as well. The dining room employees are very friendly and do their best. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you from Janice !!😊

Make no mistake, Numo Ierapetra is an absolute gem in a quiet corner of Crete. Right on the ocean, the hotel tips onto a sandy beach with clear sparkling azure seas. A short drive into the hills or along the coast offers breathtaking views and wonderful tavernas. Hire a car because there is too much here to miss. The hotel is not small but clever design and joyfully friendly staff provide a personable, boutique experience which is both exceptional and memorable. Highlights were the beautifully appointed contemporary rooms, a stunning a la carte restaurant, and two stunning pools. Entertainment was exceptional. No cheesy bands, just a very cool DJ playing some chilled sounds with an occasional accompaniment. One afternoon he was joined by a superb vocalist singing some R&B and Soul classics. Soaring vocals and utterly wonderful. The icing on the entertainment cake was an outdoor cinema with a nightly movie following dinner. We sat in loungers on a barmy evening watching a cracking movie with a bottle of good red wine. Could it get any better! Other highlights include the gym. It is small but well equipped with a good cross section of cardio and weight training kit. Also offered are daily classes from HIIT and Circuit Training through to Yoga and Meditation. Five gold stars to Gym Manager and Personal Trainer, Petros. A wonderful man and a very special trainer with great knowledge and new ideas. Crete is worth visiting just to train with him. Tina our yoga instructor is also brilliant. There is plenty to recommend at Numo Ierapetra but what will bring us back are the wonderful, friendly staff. Every single individual excelled and made us feel welcome and relaxed while delivering five star service at the same time. Special mention to Dimitra and her team. Lia, Rodanthi, Despoina, Eleni and Manos were exceptional. In Guest Experience Costa was superb, and Dana was helpful beyond words. Thankyou Numo Ierapetra. A truly deserved 10/10.

Very nice and relaxing 5 star adults only resort. The complex has various small buildings where the rooms are located. The central restaurant serves great meals in a buffet form. Variation is sometimes somewhat limited but quality is good. The staff is super friendly and customer oriented. 2 pool areas: one without music for a quiet stay the bigger pool has a very nice bar and coach area and relaxing lounge music is being played. Daily performance of a great DJ and from time to time life performance.

This charming hotel scores very well. It has many good points : exceptional welcome, friendly and efficient service, excellent breakfast choice and equally good dinner buffet. This scenic resort is spacious with plenty of sun beds at the 2 swimming pools and beach. Everything is immaculate and clean.
