The best hotel in Ierapetra.
Clean rooms , really helpful and polite staff ,

Good rooms but the beds are not very soft and they hurt my back, but I like the rest of the room. The food is good and the service is also good. I didn't like the location, you don't have a good view since it's between buildings.

The hotel was refurbished and it had everything renovated: from the locker of the room to the glass fence on the balcony. Looks to be a family business as we were welcomed by a very nice young family. They were very kind to us and our son as they anticipate our needs. They showed us how to better use the amenities and what to explore in the area. As the hotel was not full, they did us an upgrade of the room: same space but a refurbished one. The location is perfect, very close to the center and the seaside. There is private parking on the street that you can access using a pin code.

Excellent city hotel for business and leisure. Renovated lounging areas and rooms. One star short of perfect for the glass bathroom doors that offer limited privacy. A big plus the warm and friendly staff

Everything was perfect, renovated, clean, the staff is very nice, the breakfast had a big variety to choose from. Location is perfect in the city centre.

If you've stayed in one decent hotel in your life, you will know the good reviews on google are fake.
Rooms are not clean (just look under the bed), decor and ambience is absent (feels like a hospital), bathroom is from the 50s, there is no insect net at the windows which is unheard of in Greece, parking is not always available.
We had 3 rooms and all were the same.
Staff is friendly.
Avoid at all costs.

Our stay was very pleasant, the room was spacious for two and all the amenities you may want by a hotel where given to us.
The bed was excellent, with the new air inverter made for a perfect temperature in the hot Cretan climate. The television had a wide variaty of European channels and the bathroom was very nice, only having the toilet and shower, while the trough was outside, for use after the toilet and your entrance to the room.
The lighting was very welcoming and cozy and the whole newly redesigned room looked stunning.
The one and only thing I did not like was the poor breakfast, which was not due to the corona laws forcing for more sanitized ways of delivering breakfast, but because of the poor quality of it.
All in all a very nice stay, and would come again.

Awesome customer service, very polite and kind manners.
Spacious rooms, everything is new and very clean. Good WiFi, big towels, soap dispenser, price similar to other lower quality hotels.

Nice little hotel, staff was very nice; wifi also ok (could watch Netflix). Great location as it is in the heart of the city (making parking somewhat difficult)
Only downside was breakfast which could have been better, as choice was limited, coffee was not so good, bad orange juice.
