This was the worst hotel I stayed in year.
We found a lot of insects (cockroachers and spiders) and there is a lot of noise at night. It was impossible to sleep we left after the first night. The manager saw the insects but didnt want to give a refund.

Fake fotos, the rooms are incredibly small.
They gave us an other room, that as a bad cigarette smell.

They selling ticket for chrissis island, don't take it. We came back 1 hours before the schedule and they know it. So liar deserve bad note. You will be honest the next time !

The photo’s only show the best room. In the room it wasn’t even possible to place a suitcase on the floor without blocking everything. I think this was the worst hotel I since years stayed and far far below any modern standard. Only the hotel lobby felt comfortoble. For the same price you have available so many nice other hotels. ＜＜＞＞

I stayed for 4 nights in April 2023 and I feel this Hotel is good value for money, it is direct by the beach, town centre, boutiques, shops everything is close by. Fotini, the lady from Reception was ever so lovely, every morning we got greeted with a big, lovely greek smile and spoiled with delicious coffee outside
and was very helpful and interested. If I ever return to Lerapetra I would stay there again. Fotini you are a super star, thank you

It was the last moment booking, but the hotel responded very fast. The manager was very welcoming and helpful. Room was small, but with a spacious balcony.

Nice clean hotel in very good place in the city center, great breakfast and good service and good tips about restaurants where to eat good cretan food We were planning to stay here 2 nights but the city and the hotel are so nice that we stayed 3 nights No stress atmosphere and very friendly people everywhere in Ierapetra

I am from France and I have never seen such an amazing hotel in my live. The rooms are clean, the service is very good. The view is gorgeous as the hotel is next to the sea. I believe that it’s the perfect place for vacation!!
