The room is very spacious and comfortable, with good privacy, and it is great to watch the sunset at night. The hotel's catering and services are excellent, and free pick-up and drop-off are available in the town of Oia. I will experience it again next time.

This is an incredible place for many reasons. The beautiful and modern rooms, the scenic views, and the pools are second to none. However, what really sets this place apart from other 5 star properties are the incredible staff and the small details they are able to execute to go above and beyond for the guests. Every employee we encountered was a true hospitality professional and the culture this hotel has achieved is very special. I know that maintaining a 5 star property is very tiresome, but management should be proud of what they’ve built.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a great experience. The hotel, room, food, pool, staff and everything you can think of was 5 out of 5. If I come back to Santorini I will stay in this hotel again and again.

Canaves Epitome was the highlight of our 2-week honeymoon across Greece and Italy. We stayed in a room with a private heated pool and stunning sea views, making it easy to spend the entire day on our terrace. The main pool was beautiful and our favorite amenity. If it was heated, we could have easily stayed there all day.
The breakfast and service were excellent. The complimentary shuttle to and from the main town in Oia was a great feature. We also loved the convenience of private showers after checkout before our late flight. The best part? The sunset views—absolutely breathtaking, and the best in all of Oia. If you stay here, you won’t need much of an itinerary; just soak in those sunsets every evening!

It’s a newer property, but the management does not maintain it well. Based on reviews, I expected much better. The demeanor of staff is unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Santorini, in general, is touristy and over-hyped. This hotel is too. The restaurant is average and overpriced. The rooms are very basic. What they call suites are much smaller than expected. One positive is it’s in a fairly quiet area. Other reviews mention excessive service charges on checkout. They do try to charge extra wherever possible. Airport transfers, for example, are excessively high. It’s a long walk to the main area and the shuttle inconsistent. I would not recommend this hotel.
