Beautiful hotel in Oia - amazing service and care for every guests' needs. Upon arrival we were wowed by the friendly welcome and immaculate public areas. Received an upgrade to a Mystery Villa with a private pool. The view from our room was stunning. The service was impeccable. We ate dinner at Lure and room service breakfast. Room and view are great. Service was excellent. The only negative is walking up and down the stone stairs. They also need to texture the shower floor, because when it gets wet, look out. I slipped and fell and hurt my foot. Easy walking distance to the shopping in Oia.

I can’t believe there are people complaining about there being steep steps, it’s Santorini… the picturesque, cliff side resorts are in fact on a cliff. The gigantic improvement needed here is that only 50% of the rooms allow you to control your own air conditioning. The view is good, but it is not in the lively area where everyone goes. It is in Oia (the blue dome church is not here). It costs 45 euros to take a taxi from the ferry port to the hotel. Stayed here last week and my whole experience was honestly amazing, staff, food, amenities, views, location- such a relaxing hotel and would recommend to anyone if you are in Santorini you have to stay here. Beautiful place Not so clean because the bed couch sheets were dirty. We asked them to change ,but they never did. Breakfast is good. For a 4 star hotel there should be more room service; but we had to carry the drinks instead of them coming and bring the drinks to us. We loved staying here in Santorini. Last time we visited, we stayed in the honeymoon suite, This time we stayed in the main building and had our own jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable and the location is outstanding. In the premium room, we had very few steps up to the room. When we return, we definitely will stay here again. The staff is exceptional!!

Our stay at this resort was the highlight of our trip to Europe. Everything from the accommodation and food to the 5 star 24/7 room service was phenomenal. This is the only resort we will stay at whenever we come back to Santorini.

I was a bit worried about staying in Finikia as it was about 15 mins walk from Oia, however the location proved that I was over worrying! I was glad that I wasn’t living in Oia given the crowd that were there. Finikia gave me more privacy and a more relaxed vibe. Although it is not in Oia, there are still restaurants in the village that were delicious! Vehicles cannot be parked right outside the property...

Had a remarkable stay here! Beautiful location. The staff are all incredibly kind, professional and polished. The front desk is quick to help with reservations and making sure you have transportation. The food was amazing, both breakfast and in room dining.
