I will remember this place for the rest of my life! We were there for our wedding day and everything was perfect! The staff was honestly kind, the room was so clean and the breakfast was delicious... The mattress was really comfortable! The location is perfect if you want to enjoy the view or walk around Oia!

We LOVED staying in this hotel for our honeymoon! The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the views of the caldera from our balcony were breathtaking. The included breakfast was very good and we enjoyed using the hot tub as well. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s well located, great views and a very professional staff. 10/10!!

Breakfast was diverse and so delicious! The view from the room was the best so that you didn't have to go to another restaurant to see it. If you walk a little bit, you'll find OIA main street. My visit is 2 years ago, I forgot to give the review since the journey was too happy. The location of the hotel is nice: at the beginning of the walking area of Oaia with a nice view of the sea. The hotel's location is good, but I had to go down a lot of stairs, so my legs hurt. However, the hotel view was great and the breakfast was good, so I was satisfied.

Such amazing and extremely nice people. Neat and very clean rooms. Very tasty breakfast, can’t beat it. Would come back again! Beautiful views from the room. Only complaint is that the heated jacuzzi did not get that warm and it felt a little slimy and maybe not the cleanest.

So much choice for breakfast which was delicious whilst enjoying the stunning view. Can also choose to have breakfast in your room.

Breathtaking views and great location at the entrance of Oia so that you don’t have to walk far with your luggage. Yes there’s a lot of steps but there’s also an elevator which we never used — get the exercise and use the stairs! The included breakfast was amazing. We sat overlooking the water each morning and enjoyed jams, oatmeal, fresh fruit, eggs, avocado toast. The staff are really great too...

Everything about this hotel is absolutely perfect. We stayed in the master suite and enjoyed the outstanding views- it made for a great morning yoga spot. There is a bathtub in the room- I recommend a nighttime bath as the windows open up to the village of Oia all lit up at night. Beautiful, spacious rooms with our own private jacuzzi. Excellent AC and room was lovely and cool even in 30 degree weather. Sotiris is an exceptional host/manager. Incredibly friendly and generous. Treats his guests with such warmth and respect, we were blown away by his hospitality. He was very helpful and gave us great “local” advice about where to eat, best spots to see the sunset without the crowds...

I have visited with my family. All the services was very nice and owner was very friendly. They served many variety in our breakfast and room service and entertainment was awesome 👌 . We enjoyed a lot. I would like to recommend this place. My wife and kid enjoyed a lot.

I could not recommend this residency enough. Sotiris and his family are so lovely and does everything to make you feel like home. Place is incredibly clean, nice backyard with a jacuzzi and a garden, home made breakfast and great sun beds by the pool. I will for certain return to stay here during my next visit.

We had a great experience here! The staff was so friendly and genuinely cared about us enjoying our stay. Very helpful and a great place to stay. We had the bonus of enjoying the new kittens on the property while we were there.

Beautiful place! The pool and hot tubs were crystal clean, our host was very nice and offered great info about the area. She was ready for all of our needs. An excellent stay!!!
