In the innermost part of Oia, there is an independent swimming pool. You can wait for the sunset in the room. Breakfast is directly delivered to the room. The swimming pool is heated. The cave room is very spacious.

It was a pity that there was a lot of dust in the pool, but the water was clean enough to be counted among the best in Santorini, and all the services were friendly and convenient

Spectacular experience! Super well located, two super daily cleanings, breakfast of the gods! The fantastic reception and concierge girls spare no effort, big hug to Marianna, Joanna, Nefeli because they made our celebration incredible

Something to be aware of, the entrance to the hotel is near one of the favorite spots to capture that perfect picture so you can expect the walkway to be jam packed with people at sunset, making it a little hard to get to the hotel

It was my husband birthday snd i asked them to decorate the room and they did everything in less than 2 hours. I am so impressed with everything about this hotel

The Aspaki is truly an amazing hotel. The view from our room was incredible. The staff and service are some of the best we have ever experienced

The view is spectacular, you can see the 3 blue domes but with good privacy as well. The location is good too as it’s close to Main Street. The staff is excellent and very friendly, they help us to carry the luggages

We stayed in room 9 with a terrance tthat overlooks the sea and the santorini caldera. It is also walking distance to a lot of the major sites and the local town shopping center and the park

We went to Petra for my birthday dinner and the services, food and wine was unbelievable. Our room was beyond my expectations and had plenty of space and private plunge pool

They put balloons and a special treat for us in our room with a lovely note congratulating us for 10 years. The room and balcony were amazing! The complimentary Breakfast was so delicious and the pools were beautiful

We were upgraded probably due to Hyatt Globalist membership. Both the private pool and the public infinite pool are nice. The dining experience is super recommended

The breakfasts each morning were a highlight along with infinity pool relaxation sessions. We were so sad to leave but will be dreaming about our next visit back

One of the most amazing hotel we’ve stayed and we do travel a lot. The place itself is absolutely beautiful and well maintained and perfectly located in Oia. The owner and staff are courteous and helpful.

The room was amazing, the service was prompt and attentive, the view of the ocean and sunset was perfect, the large, comfortable bed was perfect for a good night's sleep, and the pool was truly amazing

The only drawback is that if you have just got off the plane with a lot of luggage and choose to take the local public bus to the hotel, it will be inconvenient because you have to walk a long slope or stairs beside the road after getting off the bus

At lunch, it consistently took 40 minutes to over an hour just to place an order — and mistakes were frequent. Despite the staff speaking English perfectly well, they seemed indifferent to even the most polite requests

The breakfast selection itself also lacked quality, and it was often difficult to get a table near the pool due to limited seating

In summary, the hotel is an architectural gem with world-class views and amenities, but the service at the main restaurant and breakfast needs serious improvement to match the overall luxury experience

While understandable given the iconic setting, it can become disruptive — especially when you’re trying to relax in your private jacuzzi and find strangers just a few steps away snapping pictures

The same issues were present at breakfast: long waits, incorrect orders, and at times missing items that were never brought — with the staff simply saying, “the kitchen is now closed

is all perfectly sculpted in the iconic Greek island concrete painted white. It is quite a remarkable resort. It appears to be one continuous flow of concrete architecture perfectly situated on the island

The view is good, but it is not in the lively area where everyone goes. It is in Oia (the blue dome church is not here). It costs 45 euros to take a taxi from the ferry port to the hotel

I really appreciate that the staff always asked about you and remembered small details about things you liked. The rooms are well maintained and very spacious considering how much space there is in Oia

The quality of the dinner is very poor (from my point of view, it is not delicious), but the sunset is beautiful without the crowd. The breakfast is also very good

Did not spend the money to eat dinner at Lauda. There are wonderful places way out at the very end of “Nik. Nomikou” (the main tourist walkway through Oia), keep walking towards Ammoudi Bay

We stayed in one of their Oia Castle suites and it was hands down one of the most awesome hotel stays ever (and we have traveled a ton)

Cons: Rooms can get humid, prepare to get heckled by tourists when trying to enter/exit hotel because the walking path has the best picture of the blue domes (they think you’re cutting the line), hotel booked taxis and transfers are 3x more than normal, the main pool is small and doesn’t have a good view, some of the doors are short causing someone tall to hit the top of their head

Welcoming was warm and calm extended with great atmosphere of welcome drink and stunning view from their restaurant. Breakfast was on the highest level with the best products quality with huge variety of options

Maybe even better was the exceptional service and their exclusive restaurant EOS where we ate dinner. Highly recommend, and make sure to have a meal at EOS as well

Another thing that the jacuzzi was too small for two people to have full comfort. Generally, Aspaki project is a great sample of perfect hotel that creates only pretty unforgettable memories

The day we checked out we could leave our suitcases with them till late, then come back take a shower in their check out guest bathrooms and leave. So very convenient when your flight is much later than the checkout time

They even accommodated an hour late check out despite being completely booked! As if the rooms and amenities were not enough, their service and staff and amazing! The views from the rooms are to die for

The breakfast in the morning is made to order and really good quality. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice hotel in Santorini

Amazing hotel in Oia, Santorini! We were so pleasantly welcomed with luggage assistance and welcome drinks and escorted to our room when we were ready

Maria at the restarant is a true gem! Food was fantastic, breakfast was served on our balcony each morning and we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunset while dining poolside only steps above our room

The rooms are large spacious and felt like a 2b/2b apartment with a living room and patio! It even had a warm jacuzzi from which we were able to watch sunsets! Their breakfast is served in the room or in their restaurant and is done so elegantly

We felt we couldn't give 5 stars due to some elements of the room being lower quality (tiles coming off the pool, fridge not working properly and plastic toilet seats)

Front desk is extremely helpful in booking activities, transportation and reservations on the entire island of Santorini. Extremely walkable location to shops, restaurants, bars and sunset views

Very nice hotel in a great location, good value for money. For the cheaper ones: breakfasts could be more varied (we had 3 sets to choose from) and bar/pool bar prices a bit lower.

We loved staying here in Santorini. Last time we visited, we stayed in the honeymoon suite, This time we stayed in the main building and had our own jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable and the location is outstanding

The restaurant is 50 or so steps from the throughfare. There is good Wi-Fi throughout, and two outdoor pools - they are not large but can be a nice place to cool off; one of the pools has a bar area

Lovely place overlooking the caldera. Some of the hotel rooms are above Oia’s thoroughfare whilst most are below, alongside reception, black rock restaurant (where breakfast is served) and a small gym

The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. It’s well maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast choice was extensive and the food great; this can also be ordered to the room
