My visit is 2 years ago, I forgot to give the review since the journey was too happy. The location of the hotel is nice: at the beginning of the walking area of Oaia with a nice view of the sea. We were upgraded probably due to Hyatt Globalist membership. Both the private pool and the public infinite pool are nice. The dining experience is super recommended.

The hotel staff is very friendly and polite! There is a small path leading to Oia from the hotel, which is about a 10-minute walk. The only drawback is that if you have just got off the plane with a lot of luggage and choose to take the local public bus to the hotel, it will be inconvenient because you have to walk a long slope or stairs beside the road after getting off the bus.

Recommendations: The pricing for the transportation services could be adjusted to more realistic rates. The transfer to Oia in a distance of 1,8km cannot be charged for €20 (over €10/km). The other 50% of the rooms have their temperature centrally controlled by the hotel, which wouldn’t be a problem if the hotel chose a reasonable temperature for these rooms...

The room is very spacious and comfortable, with good privacy, and it is great to watch the sunset at night. The hotel's catering and services are excellent, and free pick-up and drop-off are available in the town of Oia. I will experience it again next time.

Very nice hotel. Very good service. This room type is suitable for families or couples. The hotel has an airport pick-up service but it costs 105 euros per trip. It is free to go to the center of Yia, and it costs more than 50 euros to go to other places.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a great experience. The hotel, room, food, pool, staff and everything you can think of was 5 out of 5. If I come back to Santorini I will stay in this hotel again and again.

Amazing place. Extremely friendly staff. Very nice rooms and one of the best locations in oia. The included breakfast service was out of this world too. We had a small issue with our tour agency regarding comps but the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating and made it a non issue. It was nice that it was about a 15-minute walk from the center of Ia, so I could go there at a convenient time in the morning or evening. The room was spacious, the breakfast was simple, and the view of the pool at sunset was amazing. The staff wasn't very friendly, but I guess that's just the way the Santori people are. Haha

The hotel is fantastic and is in a good location, about a kilometer walk from the center. Unfortunately the breakfast is a bit disappointing and not worth the money spent but the service and the staff are top! I had an amazing stay at tAdorno Oia, in Santorini. The views from my room were amazing, even thpugh the hotel is not situated in the Caldera. Nonetheless, the sunset view was unique.
