There are many hotels with private pools in Oia village in Santorini, but Ducato is located at the end where there are few tourists, so it is in a quiet place. I had a wonderful four-day stay at Fanari with kids. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our first trip to Santorini feel special. We recently returned from a week stay and we were left breathless! This property is the absolute perfect place for sunset viewing and relaxation. The hotel staff is very friendly and polite! There is a small path leading to Oia from the hotel, which is about a 10-minute walk. The only drawback is that if you have just got off the plane with a lot of luggage and choose to take the local public bus to the hotel, it will be inconvenient because you have to walk a long slope or stairs beside the road after getting off the bus.
