Everyone from check-in, housekeeping, bartenders and pool servers took very good care of us. The only drawback is you still have to walk up the street with cars to get to the main walkway so it is not on the main strip

I wish they were higher up in Oia. Overall, it was a good stay and we would return

My husband and I stayed here during our last stop of our Greece trip. This hotel was fantastic! We loved staying here. Our room had the most incredible view, everything was clean, and the service was incredible

The hotel staff was always available if you needed them and the food was great. We loved sitting at the pool every day and the service and drinks at the restaurant were top notch

We visited this place for our honeymoon, and although the price is really expensive, I think it is the place where you can enjoy the best view of Oia village

The exclusive sunset viewing experience at the castle location (its sister hotel) is surreal. There are so many tourists but staying in this hotel keeps you away from the crowds yet you own the best scenery

It was a pity that there was a lot of dust in the pool, but the water was clean enough to be counted among the best in Santorini, and all the services were friendly and convenient

Something to be aware of, the entrance to the hotel is near one of the favorite spots to capture that perfect picture so you can expect the walkway to be jam packed with people at sunset, making it a little hard to get to the hotel

The staffers have been very friendly and helpful, and the room is clean, spacious and tidy. The pool is great and the view here feels private and fantastic. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Oia!

On the positive side, the staff did an incredible job helping with our heavy luggage up and down all the steps, it was truly impressive

The view is spectacular, you can see the 3 blue domes but with good privacy as well. The location is good too as it’s close to Main Street. The staff is excellent and very friendly, they help us to carry the luggages

The hotel has a beautiful caldera view, which we enjoyed from our superior suite with an outdoor bathtub. However, not all rooms are the same sizes and views vary, and I don’t think ours was one of the best

That’s why Mystique truly feels like an oasis where you get the best of both worlds of being in Oia but not dealing with large crowds. You don’t hear a single thing. It’s very private and relaxing

The only negative is walking up and down the stone stairs. They also need to texture the shower floor, because when it gets wet, look out. I slipped and fell and hurt my foot. Easy walking distance to the shopping in Oia

What this means is it’s very accessible to all the restaurants and shops (and the walkway in Oia is mainly flat until you get closer to the sunset area or down to Ammoudi), yet secluded enough where you don’t hear the crazyyyy hustle and bustle of the downtown area

We visited Santorini to celebrate our 25th anniversary and stayed the first 2 nights at Mystique. Not only did they upgrade our room but the attention to detail & service was top notch

We came here on our anniversary, and it felt like we were on our honeymoon all over again. To start, the location is perfect. It’s right near the entrance to the walkway in Oia

Our room was beautiful & after our private transfer from the airport, we were welcomed to salmon & breadsticks as well as Prosecco & fresh fruit with chocolate dipping sauce

Breakfast on our room terrace instead of in the pool side ocean view restaurant, not a problem. Breakfast was very good quality, choice and quantity. The entire hotel, rooms, halls, spa etc

The view is good, but it is not in the lively area where everyone goes. It is in Oia (the blue dome church is not here). It costs 45 euros to take a taxi from the ferry port to the hotel

The room is very good and the view is unbeatable. The service is very responsive when you follow up with WhatsApp

This hotel is excellent and I would highly recommend it. Being located on the edge of the town minimizes the tourist foot traffic, which really keeps the noise down and provides more privacy

The hotel is very close to the town of Oia (about 5 min easy walk), but this short walk means the hotel surroundings are very peaceful and away from the busy tourist area which is perfect

All staff were lovely but there was one bartender by the pool called George and he was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for me and my boyfriend!

Breakfast was great and it was definitely a breakfast with a view. Our room had a mezzanine floor, if you are not very good with steps I would not recommend this room

The decor is more rustic in style than super modern, but in keeping with the feel of Santorini. The only negative is the lack of storage. A chest of drawers is badly needed, but we just laid our stuff out on the sofa

My husband and I stayed at Mr and Mrs White for a week in August. All staff were very friendly and polite, the hotel was well looked after and clean. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were changed daily

The only thing is the toilet in our room was placed on a super tight corner so one had to sit sideways. Other than that everything was great

This hotel is located in the perfect location! Our room over looked the caldera and all of the white buildings. The breakfast that was served on our balcony was amazing. There were so many food options to choose from

Location wise, you're right off the main road of Oia. You won't be able to see the sunset from the hotel, but you have killer views of the caldera and the aegean sea steps from your hotel room

They also set-up our boating expedition, reserved restaurant reservations, and rented a car for us to explore the other side of Santorini. Rooms were clean; a/c was strong and controllable

However, this was to be expected as our room was one the largest and didn't have another a/c unit in the back. Ample room for suitcases and clothes. The kitchen was nice and had a full size fridge

The breakfast in the morning is made to order and really good quality. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good hotel in Santorini

The day we checked out we could leave our suitcases with them till late, then come back take a shower in their check out guest bathrooms and leave. So very convenient when your flight is much later than the checkout time

The room was set over two floors with a sitting area downstairs and a bed upstairs with a lovely bathroom. The beds were really comfortable and as it is a cave room it is nice and dark meaning you get a good nights sleep

We chose to dine most evenings at the restaurant on property, because the food was delicious and the sunset views spectacular. The full breakfast delivered to our room each morning was an unexpected treat

They even accommodated an hour late check out despite being completely booked! As if the rooms and amenities were not enough, their service and staff and amazing! The views from the rooms are to die for

We loved staying here in Santorini. Last time we visited, we stayed in the honeymoon suite, This time we stayed in the main building and had our own jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable and the location is outstanding

The restaurant is 50 or so steps from the throughfare. There is good Wi-Fi throughout, and two outdoor pools - they are not large but can be a nice place to cool off; one of the pools has a bar area

Ultimate location between the two most photographed sites known as photo point and steps. This place has the best views of the blue domes. Great communication by the host on WhatsApp. Cave bathroom and tub is unique
