I worried to get old room, cause i read some reviews that there is old room and new room. Luckily we got a beautiful room and had a great time there. The access to beach was super close. The location is good. You can see it from the airport bus to the station. There is a big uphill slope when I checked in, so I had to push my suitcase up. The overall environment is very good. You can see the sea from the window. The breakfast is very rich. You can't boil water in the room, but the restaurant provides coffee and hot tea at any time.

The food was boring. It was the same everyday and we were there for 4 days. It was a bit redundant. We don't eat pork so breakfast meat was not available for us. They only had pork sausage and pork bacon. Breakfast was the least exciting for us.

Just returned from a week staying at ilio Maris. Absolutely lovely hotel with amazing staff. Location is perfect, just a short walk (5 minutes) to the edge of town. This was a very good hotel. The room was spacious and clean. It had an amazing sea view and a large balcony to enjoy the both the dawn and sunset. The receptions were helpful and polite. The hotel is a walking distance from the Mikonyan Maze.

I have to say that it is the best hotel in the Greek Islands. Everything was perfect. The service was incredible. Especially from Moses, he was Lovely, Kind and Attentive at all times.
