Hotel offered free airport transport which was lovely. Free breakfast also. Nice view and a few restaurants were local the hotel. Personally I think they could have provided a free bottle of water everyday when cleaning the rooms. Cleaners were exceptional, never seen a hotel room cleaned so well. No food at the hotel but they have menus.

Stayed here for a night while traveling for our honeymoon. The rooms were average. It doesn't live up to the expectations for being a beach side hotel. The wifi was spotty in the rooms. Sometimes not working at all. The staff was nice. The early shift staff was able to call us a cab for our flight at 5 am.

Super glad we stayed here. Just a 12 minute walk to the old town, but super close to the beach and lovely sunset views. Staff were friendly. Breakfast OK. Our room had a lovely balcony where we could watch the sunsets each night. Would recommend.

Everything about this hotel is spectacular! I had a great experience. Central to a lot of things, easy to get a taxi from and only about 10-15 min from the airport. Rooms were beautiful and clean. We stayed in several different "3 star" hotels in Greece. This was by far the nicest. We loved this hotel. The pool area, the bar, the breakfast, the vibe - all perfect. Rooms were very nice, well maintained and very clean.

Good place. The room was pretty big, and there is a really cool swiming pool at the hotel. The only problem is that is in the top of a hill, 5 hard minutes walking to arrive XD, but it's close to the city centre (5 minutes or a bit more)

We were picked up at the port by Sek, a guy who works at Sofia. He was funny and kind and took us to the hotel. We checked in straight away and were shown our lovely, simple and clean room. The snack bar and pool were clean and people who worked there were friendly. It's a steep walk down to the main town (and an even steeper walk back up!) but it only takes 15 minutes and it saved us money on taxis...

The Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel facility is new and clean. The breakfast is very nice. The hotel is very close to the downtown. The view is wonderful. The bus station to the beaches and the airport is close to the hotel.

The hotel is in one of the best position in Mykonos. The view and the sunset are breathtaking. It is super close to the old town. The facility is simple but very clean and all details are cured. Since we arrived in Mykonos to the last moment, the hotel staff (the transfer guy, and Catarina on desk) was so helpful, polite and friendly. Hotel is very clean, everything works well, breakfast is delicious. And the view of sunset is simply stunning. We had a wonderful experience.

Decent location. 5 minutes from bus stop and 7 minutes from windmills. Last 50 metres to the hotel is literally an uphill climb. Modest rooms. Don't expect much from breakfast. They mostly serve ready to eat items.

The hotel is just in the center of the city and literally everything is near you! The bus stop (ktel) 5m by foot away from you, 5m away is the sea, the hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Location is great. Staff is nice and provide all info that we need on the island. Room is tidy and clean. Bathroom with rain shower and water is strong enough. Everything is prefect. Breakfast provide at 8:00-11:00.

We stayed in October so noise was not a problem at all. A perfect location right in the middle of the town and across from Gucci. We did rent a car and had to walk about 15 min to the free parking lot by the port. This room is a great deal

We stayed in the villa with the pool and it was so amazing. The location is quiet enough but really such a great in the middle of all the action spot. Yes there are some stairs but you get the quiet of being above the noise and the proximity to everything. Amazing restaurants, the ocean, shopping. Just perfect. Stayed here for a week with my girlfriend. Had one of our best holidays here. Hotel is in the perfect location, walking distance from everything. Breakfast here was one of the best included breakfasts I’ve had at hotels over the years. Staff were friendly especially Konstantinos who looked after us from Check-In till Check-Out. Would re-book this hotel again when returning to Mykonos.

This hotel was exactly what we wanted in Mykonos - location was perfect, breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful/friendly (Konstantinos in particular). Rooms were a little small, but really all you need when visiting a city like Mykonos!

The hotel was located in town, steps away from the various shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a friendly and informative staff. The complementary breakfast was great and included many options. Lastly, they offered a daily shuttle to take us down the five star Petasos Beach Resort where we could use the pool, saunas, etc.

Best place to visit in Mykonos. Great view of the sunset. All the staff were very friendly. Antonetta, the housekeeper, was the best. Kept the room clean and organized our room very nicely. Vasilas and Trifonas were the best bartenders. Excellent service and taught us about Greek culture which was awesome !! Anyone and everyone should stay here. I would give 10 stars if I could.

The location is good, high up, the interior design is old, especially the towels and supplies, the breakfast is OK, the drinking water tastes very salty, you have to buy bottled water to drink.

Everyone is so kind. The views are amazing! The room is spacious and clean. The only issue I have is with the shower. It's a small wet room with the toilet. If you put the shower head in the holder, it gets the toilet all wet and the toilet paper. But something I'll deal with for the amazing views.

A great location. Up the hill and quite a few steps to climb. But if you want a great view then you have to climb a bit. Really nice hotel with a great view, but fair warning it is a home to get to from downtown due to it's elevation. We are more than satisfied with our stay at Hotel Madela, the attention given to every little detail, impeccable and absolutely picturesque design in which you do not need to leave the hotel to have a spectacular setting and be able to take incredible photos with a full Mykonos vibes, the impeccable pool as well as towels for pool service available and at hand... Simply amazing! Great location with spectacular views (about 5 minutes away from the center). Has great bedrooms, great shared spaces, and a pool. The manager, as well as all the other employees, are super kind and always willing to help with any issues!! The breakfast is delicious and they even leave a free mineral water in your room every day.

We had a family suite at the very top of the property. Apart from the size, it did not correspond to a suite for 4 people. Rather, it was 1 large family room for 3 people.
