The pool staff were all amazing, but Christos especially made every day unforgettable with his warm personality, big heart, world-class service, constant attentiveness, and genuine smile that lit up our vacation

The bar is also worth mentioning, with a knowledgeable bartender who creates excellent cocktails to suit any preference. But what truly makes the Mykonos Grand stand out is the warmth and professionalism of the staff

We stayed in Mykonos for four nights in late May through early June and overall, we had an enjoyable experience. We’ve visited Mykonos several times before, and on our last stay we were at the Kivotos Hotel

Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon and was not diappointed. The hotel is exceptional and the rooms are on a different level. We had a pluge pool with a sea view and i would highly recommend this

Our bags taken to our beautiful room where we were provided with loads of complimentary items which have come in really handy, slippers, shopping bag and all toitetries etc The hotel itself is a work of art, beautifully designed in looks and functionality

The hotel flows down the hillside on 5 levels including an amazing starlit infinity pool moving down to 2 levels of private beach but don't let the stairs put you off you can ask for a golf cart type thing to run you up and down with a few seconds notice

There is a direct access to the sea and some chaise lounges are there. At night their pools are getting sparkling- it’s so beautiful! Fitness room and spa area I really liked. Breakfast was very good cannot complain

The service level is perfect and staff a credit to the hotel. It is coming to the end of the season so I imagine a little quieter than usual so if you like that then the beginning of Oct is a perfect time to come

It is a about 5-10 minutes from Mykonos town, but the resort will take you where you want to go and pick you up when your ready to come back. My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon, very romantic, very lovely

However, the breakfast buffet can and should be more extensive, especially for a 5 star hotel, even if it is a boutique hotel. Private beach with a towel, beach bed and table always at your disposal

We stayed in a room on the second floor (322) and had a beautiful terrace with a sea view and a wonderfully spacious room compared to others! The gym was fantastic – all Technogym equipment with an amazing view of the pool and the sea

Truly a dream! Breakfast is served at the Pasaji restaurant just across from the hotel – absolutely top-notch and delicious! It’s also worth highlighting that the hotel sunbeds are complimentary and monitored by a security guard

We sometimes left valuables behind, and everything was always well looked after. Friendly staff, very spacious parking. We’ll definitely be coming back next year and are already looking forward to it!

Genuine hospitality, excellent location and a relaxing experience

The rooms are clean and very well fitted with anything you need, however the quality of some stuff is questionable: the shower head came off the first day, the very big smart tv did not work without a software update (btw, there is free wifi which is actually decently fast, Netflix is working great), and our jacuzzi did not work at all

It has somewhere between 10 and 20 rooms/apartments. The staff are very helpful, almost all of them are speaking good English. It also has a pool, nothing big, with 6 double sunbeds, 5 of them are partially covered

The beds are cozy and the high-quality linens ensure a good night's sleep. During our stay at Kalesma, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need and desire was met with exceptional care and consideration
