The Mykonos grand had fantastic service and great accommodations. We were greeted with welcome drinks and snacks, a tour of the premises, and our bags were taken immediately upon arrival. A completely carefree holiday!

I forgot my cosmetics in the hotel but they said they couldn't find them. I was a little surprised. Very strange service.

The breakfast is rich and delicious. The Greek yogurt is very good. The orange juice is freshly squeezed by a large machine. The dinner is also very exquisite, but the price is not cheap. It is a bit troublesome to go to the Center. The taxi costs about 30 euros in cash.

We stayed here for our honeymoon for 3 nights. The service the staff provided was amazing! Rooms were large & clean. The rooms were also cleaned twice a day. Buffet breakfast was the best. The Bill & Coo Suites is our favorite hotel in the world. This was not a vacation, it was an experience of a lifetime. The entire staff from the Concierge to the Chef at Efisia was a work of customer service excellence. It lived up to my high expectations. Service was impeccable - anything we needed, we got fast with a level of authenticity not common. The room was spacious and clean as I expected. The gym was rather mediocre, but that was not really what I was looking for. Location could not be beat for me.
