this hotel was very good, but there are things that can be improved. the woman at the restaurant door was very rude. last year there was another girl very polite and the right person for that place. Xhuljana we remember you. The restaurant staff was very good they always smile at us. Very good impressions also for Endrin who worked at the Main Bar. we will come back

My husband and I visited Alexandros Palace at the end of June for the second consecutive year, and once again we were absolutely delighted! From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by being accommodated in a stunning room with a breathtaking sea view. The cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and terrace was impeccable. The staff are incredibly polite and attentive – it's clear they go above and beyond to make guests feel special. In the evenings, we enjoyed live music performances in various styles at the main bar overlooking the sea – a truly lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious and varied, with something to suit every taste. Just like last year, we rented a boat and explored Ammouliani Island and the nearby beaches – an unforgettable experience! The hotel’s beach is clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for all guests. We are extremely grateful to the entire team, and especially to the amazing Thalia Sidiropoulou, who made our vacation truly unforgettable. We can't wait to come back again next summer!

We recently stayed at this hotel with a full board package and had a mixed experience. First and foremost, it’s important to clarify that this is not a 5-star hotel experience—3 stars at most. While the environment was generally pleasant, several aspects did not meet expectations. One of the most frustrating parts was that almost everything came with an extra charge: Towels cost €10 per person for the stay Drinks were not included—not even water during dinner Only breakfast and lunch included soft drinks, but dinner offered no drinks at all without extra payment Children’s games and activities also required additional fees There was no music or evening entertainment, which made the hotel feel a bit lifeless in the evenings In terms of cleanliness, the room was okay, but it could have been better. We expected clean bed linens to be changed more frequently, which unfortunately didn’t happen during our stay. The rooms themselves were quite basic—not what you'd expect from a luxury resort. The food was average, with limited variety that became repetitive over the course of the stay. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were wonderful. A special thank you to Eriola, who stood out with her warm attitude, professionalism, and friendly service. She made our meals feel more enjoyable and welcoming.

We booked 4 rooms in February. When we arrived on June 23rd, only 3 were available. We are a group of 8 adults and 3 children. The receptionist’s outrageous “solution” was to send 2 adults and a 1-year-old baby to another hotel for the night — after an exhausting 8-hour drive — and to leave behind the grandparents who don’t even speak English. Unacceptable and disrespectful. The rooms are nowhere near 5-star quality — more like 3 stars, and that’s being generous. On the first night, we were crammed into a suite with 2 other adults and 3 children, sleeping on a couch. The next day, even after lunch, they still didn’t have the promised room ready. Absolutely disorganized and unprofessional. Cleanliness is a joke. For a supposed 5-star hotel, housekeeping should be done daily, and the minibar restocked — none of that happened. The standards here are shockingly low. Avoid this hotel if you value your money, comfort, and basic respect as a guest.

Hotel in a beautiful place. Very friendly staff from the receptionist, waiters in the restaurant, waiters in the bar on the beach as well as hygiene maintenance staff and technical staff. Room with a view of the garden, spacious, with new furniture and a large enough terrace. Bathroom new, clean. Food in the restaurant is varied and delicious. sunbeds, clean sea. Bar on the beach, with friendly staff and excellent coffee and natural juices and smoothies. Food at the beach bar is excellent. Next to the bar, a toilet with changing cabins and 2 outdoor showers. Market within the hotel well stocked with friendly staff. Evening music program from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in the outdoor bar by the reception.

Stayed at Alexandros palace for 3 nights. We stayed in a Junior suite with a view of the sea. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. There is a buffet restaurant. Thanks to Agapi and Stelios who were working at the restaurant and were always very helpful. We also rented a small boat on the hotel beach at Vasilis and did a small trip to the island of Amouliani. We will go back to the hotel for a short break this september. Already booked

We had a really great holiday at the Alexandros Palace, the hotel and rooms are kept very clean and comfortable. The pleasant and friendly staff made our holiday one to remember. The Maitre De and restaurant staff were so friendly and attentive, in particular Agapi always had a welcome smile for us even when she was very busy. We enjoyed after dinner drinks on the terrace overlooking the bay where drinks were served by Endri a lovely polite and efficient young man. The hotel became busier with young families over the last few days of our holiday, but overall our holiday experience was very relaxing and we hope to return.

This is the most saddest disappointing holiday I have ever had Was on all inclusive and the manager changed the the rules in the bars each day The hotel was not fully open and functioning bins were not emptied around pool until next day so stray dogs entered pool area Bar staff were appallingly and rude Because I was all inclusive felt like a second class person some bar staff were ok only one bar open to all inclusive and that changed by the day could go on forever Don’t book this hotel

I don't normally write reviews but feel I really need to this time.after reading so many glowing reports. After a weeks stay at this Hotel I can honestly say it is most definitely Not a 5 star hotel. The restaurant staff were fantastic and always smiling. But unfortunately the pool barman was positively rude ,and shrugged his shoulders at me on more then one occasion. Probably because I kept him from his friends at the end of the bar and his smoking. Having to have a g&t and cocktail in a plastic pint didn't add to a good holiday mood something I've never had on Any of my holidays. The food was awful, Luke warm and hardly any choice. Definitely not 5 star . Could only use the pool bar for all inclusive drinks. I expected so much more and have complained to jet2 and will await an answer.

This is not a 5 star hotel. We paid for all inclusive & didn’t receive all inclusive. Food is terrible & so are drinks . No snacks for children or adults in day!! Every bar but one was shut ! No day time or evening entertainment! Rooms are basic but clean! Hardly any staff to be seen! Some staff are friendly others can’t even crack a smile ! Mini market was mainly shut and over priced. The beach is nice but again you have to pay at the beach for drinks even if all inclusive & the beach bar is apart of the hotel! The hotel seems unkept as in maintenance light from pool sitting in side for children to access. This is just one small example. No kids club open or mini discos. Air conditioning doesn’t work! We paid £8,000 for 10 days here and feels like we have been robbed from our money I highly recommend if you have the hotel booked to change immediately! The bar tenders don’t even no how to make the cocktails that are on the menu ! Again food is so poor & repetitive. We travel to Greece a lot & also use jet 2 every-time this is the 1st issue we have ever had and the list goes on and on I could wright a whole essay!! But please avoid I don’t want anyone to be as sad and disappointed as we are!
