Friendly welcoming staff, rooms cleaned everyday, clean quiet pool area and lots of choice for breakfast also secured entry at night. Shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk and lots of beaches close by. Miss it already 😪

We stayed in the Hiona Holiday Hotel during summer vacation 2022. The hotel is super clean and nice. Nice breakfast. Very nice shampoo in the bath. The pool is nice and large. The location of the hotel is quiet and still walking distance to the centre. Easy to reach the beach (we used a car) as well. One of the key features, I want to mention is the service. All staff were super friendly and helpful. This showed especially, when we noticed at home that we forgot something in our room. Hotel staff very nicely did send them to another hotel on Crete, so that our friends staying there could bring the items home. Packing the items and shipping them - all done super quickly. We can recommend this hotel very much.

Wonderful Hotel with lovely staff, nice rooms. Clean and tidy. Good beds and a wonderful breakfast. Only a short walk into town where you can find some good tavernas. Down at the beach is a fantastic fish restaurant. The hotel has it's own carpark and is really well situated for daytrips to the beaches like Vai. Fantastic pool also. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

July 2019 we stayed for a week at this wonderful hotel. Anna is the ideal host (and cocktail maker) and her staff are very friendly, polite and professional. Breakfast views over the pool to the mountains and olive groves beyond were stunning. Perfectly located 5 minutes walk from Palekastro village centre for great restaurants. Thank you Anna for a wonderful stay xxx

Frendly ambience,the bedrooms were simple but clean and comfortable. Kindness and quiet place, a calm location, with a tasty breakfast and lovely staff too.
