Located: on the South coast of Crete just opposite the small island Chrissi, 4 km from Ierapetra town, 105 km from Heraklion airport.
The hotel has 149 rooms.
Consists of a multistory building.
Total area: 30 000 m2.
Beach: public sandy-pebble, 30 m, 1 line. Umbrellas, chairs and beach towels - free of charge.
Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.
Pets are not allowed.
Meals: Breakfast from 07:00 - 10:00, late Breakfast 10:00 - 11:00, lunch from 13:00 - 15:00, dinner from 19:00 - 22:00. Buffet. Seats 80 people indoors and 120 outdoors.
System "all inclusive" is valid until 00:00 and offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks of local production. With charge: drinks in cans and bottles, imported drinks, fresh juice, lobster.

- Olives Pool Restaurant. Snacks from 11:00 - 16:00. Accommodates 80 people outdoors.
bar Kafeneion. Tea time from 16:00 - 17:00 open 16:00 - 23:00, seats 30 people indoors and 30 people outdoors.
bar on the beach of Chryssi. Ice cream from 11:00 - 16:00, open from 10:00 - 01:00 PM, seats 50 people outdoors.
- lobby bar. Hours of operation 10:00 - 01:00, with a capacity of 80 people in the room.

Unfortunately, despite the many positive aspects, I experienced a few things that significantly lowered my satisfaction with my stay:
Paid water at dinner: A hotel of this class should not have a situation where basic items like water are charged extra.
Paid coffee capsules in the room for 2 euros: Additional charges for coffee capsules are incomprehensible to me.
Restaurant and bar service: Unfortunately, the level of service left much to be desired. The staff made no effort to provide quality service, which was very disappointing.
The pool closed too early: One would have liked to use the pool longer, especially during the vacations when relaxing by the pool in the evening is natural.
All in all, Numo Ierapetra Beach Resort has great potential, but needs improvement in terms of service and policy on additional fees. Hilton, as a serious brand, should take care of these aspects to meet the expectations of its guests. 🌟
We came here to mostly relax and take a few days off in the sun, but due to heavy winds the first couple of days we then decided to rent a car and explore the beautiful island of Crete for two days.
Back to the Hotel now though.
The whole Staff was exceptionally friendly and assisted us with all our needs like renting a car and letting us know what our options were for sightseeing. I have to emphasise the friendliness again, as we both said several times how nice everyone was.
If you are looking for your new favourite Holiday destination, I can highly recommend Numo Ierapetra, we will definitely be coming back as soon as possible.

Particular highlights for us were the complimentary food and drink on arrival and offer of a free 15 minute massage - this really helped to relax at the start of the holiday and the massage was so good we booked to go back again!
The restaurant Menoa was another. While it's a bit more expensive, it is definitely worth it - the food was packed with flavour and we also went back again here, finding the quality being consistently high.
Finally, having the dive school on site is great. It's suitable for any level of experience, with the team there able to put total newcomers at ease. If this doesn't take your fancy, we still recommend snorkelling as there were a surprisingly high number of fish on the reef.
One thing we thought could be even better is the use of the app. While this was useful for menus and events, we feel this could be integrated even more by being able to order food and drink through it, make bookings for the spa/restaurants directly, to make the whole experience even more seamless.
The service and food ( in every restaurant even the main one)are both excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The beach is impeccable!!
We will definitely come back to Numo.
