We are foreigners coming for a wedding. As we were walking along the beach and stopped by their cafe to have a break. The server was very polite. Even though we do not understand Greek, he spoke to us nicely. As we had a baby with us, the waiter provided hot water for us and even complimentary cakes. Amazing service at such a beautiful place. Recommended.

Do not accept a room at the end of a hallway, no wifi in the room (e.g. room 112). The hotel is on a good location at the beach boulevard. The swimming pool on the top of the roof is nice and has a beautiful view over the beach and see. No wifi but luckily mobile Internet to write this review

Hotel located on the seafront in the center of Sithìa. Very clean, welcoming and bright room with a nice terrace. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Pleasant bar with swimming pool on the top floor of the structure with panoramic terrace. Unique: The curtain in the shower; Inattentive and slow service at their "Thalassa" restaurant located in front of the hotel apparently due to the broadcast of the Euro2024 football match, but the meal was still good

Rooms are very outdated, Need some new bed covers, etc. Because of the central location night time is VERY loud !

Perfect stay in Sitia. Everything was great I arrived at 1.30am and there is a 24h reception. The rooms are clean and big, the bathroom is clean and good shower yet little old. A terrace with city and seaview. A good breakfast included. The rooftop bar with swimmingpool has fantastic views over the bay. Decent restaurant in front of the hotel. Located on the best location. The only negative part was no soundproof walls. I loved my stay there!

Very disappointing. We were charged more than the price given on booking and other platforms. The room is old, used, beds are too soft. Somehow I had a feeling of dirty inside.
The view is nice, but you can hear all teenagers outside :/ air conditioning is working well. The TV is smart and ok.
The worst part is the shower: it didn’t have the hot water! And on the reception we were told to wait, may be the water will appear. Of course it didn’t.

we chose to go to Sitia for 3 days to rest with our husband and child. Our experience very good. the staff very kind, the hotel is in a very convenient location because it has nearby taverns, cafes, free municipal parking and a supermarket. the room very good with sea view. At the next opportunity we will visit again. is a hotel with a quiet and warm environment

I stayed 2 weeks in Sitia and I went near to 5 times at the rooftop of this hotel because the place is so cool. The view on Sitia, the seats, the bar, the swimming pool and the staff are perfect. The cocktails are so good. Special mention to Zoe who’s working in the bar, she was very kind and fun.
