The room was exactly as expected. We booked for a double room for 5 nights and it was fairly big, clean, and had a nice balcony! The owner was so lovely, gave us lots of information about the area and how to get around it, as well as answering any questions we had. The communal seating area was lovely too. It is right next to the port, beach and shops. Also, lots of food places can get delivered to the area which we took advantage of. Overall, couldn’t fault it and would stay again.

Quiet, down a back street. Really loved the family that staffed this place. Accommodating with an early arrival to hang onto our bags, and were very helpful with advice and calling taxis and the like. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

recommended hotel, central location in Paroikia, close to the port, bus station, taxis and Livadia beach. The owner is very kind and welcoming, he helped us with a whale problem and gave us a lot of tips for visiting the island. excellent breakfast and cleaning.

At first there was no problem with the hotel and the owners but in the end they charged us for the towels we used for our hair because they were stained with dye. What can I say, I consider it tragic and unacceptable and for this reason I do not recommend it. (aratos hotel)

The room was very small and had poor soundproofing. Otherwise this hotel was very reasonably priced and we had a very pleasant experience with it. The staff and especially Spyros were fantastic hosts, available for any question or problem we had. His yard is very beautiful and as a place it is perhaps in the best possible place, very close to the port and the country of Parikia. Everything you need for a group stay.

I highly recommend it! The hotel is very clean, in a location where you have access to everything and with affordable prices! The room had everything you need to have a nice and comfortable vacation. The staff is very kind and most importantly Mr. Spyros who is the owner always with a smile, makes your day and available for anything you need!

The kindness of the owner is indescribable. The hotel is located very close to the port. Nice in the small garden where you can have breakfast. Close to supermarkets and scooter and car rentals. Highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.

Friendly staff, very close to the center of Parikia and a narrow street above Livadia beach. The room was very clean and comfortable, the garden is just what you need for breakfast or a relaxing coffee.

We visited in September and honestly the rooms are what they are, and the hotel looks quite old, but the kindness of the owners and the welcoming atmosphere really make up for everything!!! They were absolutely lovely with us and made our stay in Paros unforgettable, every breakfast felt like we were at home! We were really looked after! Besides, the position is perfect and the prices are an absolute bargain! 100% would recommend!

I stayed yesteday in this hotel, the service was really great! The room is clean and they provide many things, you can probably ask anything if you need something. The owner was really helpful, he brought us to the port because it’s raining. Affordable price with 5 star service. I’ll recommend you guys to stay here, it’s near to the port and you can find supermarket and restaurants nearby.
