Hotel Village Spa in Hanioti

This is our second time here, we have two more 2026 visits booked already, cannot wait to come back.

Service is exceptional, bar staff are friendly, and the whole atmosphere is perfect, extremely relaxing and laid-back; exactly what we need after a busy year.

Rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily, breakfast is continental and straightforward but has plenty of choice, pool is very clean and the staff are very helpful.

Site even includes a small on-site range of books that have me hooked on a new series, which I can read from the peace and comfort of the poolside sun loungers.

Thoroughly looking forward to our return next year; thank you to everybody in the team!

Me and my husband had a great stay at Xanioti Village & Spa! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, the pool was perfect, and the our room was super clean, tidy and cozy. The staff were really friendly and helpful—made the whole experience even better. The breakfast was also very good – fresh and with a nice variety. Special thanks for the beautiful view from our room – it truly made our stay even more special. I would happily come back again!

Beautiful little quite resort, staff very welcoming , rooms lovely and clean. The cleaning staff freshen the rooms every day and do a fantastic job. Breakfast is fresh with a nice verity of hot and cold foods for all nationalities. The manager Yannis is a joy to be around and is very helpful. The two boys who look after the pool and bar area , can’t do enough for you. Would definitely come again. Just what the doctor ordered, to to relax

relatively quiet resort from which you need at least 10 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are excellent for this money, as is the breakfast. The pool was working, but not the spa.

A really wonderful place to spend your summer holidays. The rooms are spacious and really clean. I even checked the filters in the A/C and were spotless! The breakfast was decent and even had warm buffet. The pool is also clean with a really nice pool bar.The stuff is friendly and very helpful (Mr. Paris is the best). Wonderful experience. It definitely gave us more than we expected!

This was marketed as a 3 star hotel and it is a 3 star hotel. But a decent one. Overall the main things that matter (the people, the facilities and the cleanliness) were good. There are some things that could make it an excellent 3 star but it didn’t stop our enjoyment. The one thing we found when arriving was that it is not obvious where reception is. Arriving late at night we did feel like an inconvenience and struggled to find any signs of life. A sign, some lights etc would make a difference. As would a trolley for luggage and someone to help the ladies carry theirs. We were also told at check in that we’d have to move rooms part way through the stay which put us in a bit of a mood initially, which is not what you want after a long journey. (We sorted this the next day and were told that we didn’t have to change if we refused, but it was an unusual experience and not something that made us feel welcome.). Whilst basic, the rooms were very clean and the linens and bed were comfortable. Whilst towels etc were changed most days, we did feel that the cleaning of the rooms after arrival could have been better during the stay. Just an odd mop and sweep up. The breakfast was very good. As vegetarians and a vegan there were enough choices for us and the breads and fruit were fresh. The coffee machine broke which was not ideal and meant the instant sachets were a disappointment. A decaf option (other than having to pay) would also be appreciated. The pool was so quiet and well maintained. You never had to worry about reserving a lounger and we could go at any time of the day and get a space. The water was clean and warm. Very enjoyable pool with plenty of space. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and the town about 15 mins. This included all shops, restaurants and bars. So you are away from craziness but close enough to the action. Whilst you can’t have your own drinks around the pool you do have a fridge so can buy drinks and have them in your room. The bar prices are high but it’s what you expect, but the food selection is good and reasonably priced. Nothing gets watered down and it’s branded spirits and all fresh food. The chocolate milkshakes were a hit with the teenager. The grounds were kept immaculately. And the hotel cats were a real hit too (well with the cat loving members of the family). We didn’t make use of the spa apart from on the final day when we were able to use the shower facilities as our flight was late. Whilst we’d have appreciated keeping the room for a late checkout (and we said we’d be happy to pay) we appreciated that it wasn’t possible and grateful that we were given this opportunity to enjoy our final day and freshen up before travelling. The evening was quiet, which suited us. There was a karaoke evening which we didn’t take part in, but we enjoyed cocktails that evening anyway! This is a very nice, quiet and peaceful hotel with a family run feel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are good.Good for young children.Amazing place! The rooms are very clean and cozy, the food is super delicious and the staff very friendly.
