Sarantis Hotel

The photos of this hotel (rooms, pool etc.) are not revelant at all. The reality is completely different. The pool is very small, the rooms are "old" and with a heavy smell, the breakfast is served in a lobby rather than a restaurant. The breakfast is the same everyday and is not rich at all as they say. If you have a baby, you can't find something good to give to them. The owner is very rude, he arrange all the guests as he wants for breakfast. One morning he said to us to wait in the reception for a suitable table to be free for us because "problem with the stroller" (we were supposed to wait with a 10 month old baby), but there were many free tables at that hour. The towels and the sheets were rather yellow than white and they are not changed frequently. The AC is not in a good position so you cannot open it with your baby/child in the room. They don't give you 2 cards for the room so you can let the AC open when you leave the room or charge something if you are outside. They don't greet well neither kids or adults. They treat you like you came for free services and you have to stand all of the bad words and behaviors of the staff and especially of the owner. You can easily see in the answers they let to the reviews that is always the client's fault. This hotel is really a big scam, avoid it if you want a nice vacation.
