Location: in the town of Kalamata and 12 km from the international airport of Kalamata, the archaeological Museum and the "Benakion" 2.3 km.

Consists of a 5-storey building.

The hotel has 41 rooms.

Beach: public sandy-pebble 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline) across the road. Umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee.

On the hotel territory: cafe, front Desk, business center (along with. up to 40 people)

Hotel renovated in 2007.

If you want a good room, with top tier WiFi, breakfast with variety, this isn't the place for you.
If you want to stay within 2-5 min. walking distance of the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, bars, while having the sweetest staff you could imagine, you've come to the right place with this hotel.

Service and location was great .. however if you are a “light sleeper” not the place for you … the walls are paper thin .. the breakfast was ok

Right in the middle of everything. Beach is across the street. Right in the middle of the beach boardwalk. Many restaurants around you to choose from. Close to pier( Marina). Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly.

Rooms are average with mini refrigerators. Their service and room attendants are excellent giving plenty of towels and cleaning rooms daily. There is a free breakfast buffet every morning. The locations is perfect for beach, and for eating. There’s plenty to do in the area.

Great place to stay!
We stayed for a few nights at the end of December 2023. The view is amazing!
Every day there were caring girls cleaning the rooms and this leaves a wonderful impression on the guests. The breakfast is with seasonal fruits, nice vegetables, there is everything you need. The location is convenient - meters from the beach and 15 minutes from the city center. And Kalamata is a wonderful place

It'a not worth tbe money. Aggressive, Rude at rhe reception(the owners). Hotel's policy : I am the owner and I do as i like. Very small room, shower and air-condioning were working improperly, very hot, extremely poor breakfast. I DO NOT RECOMMENTED

Stuff is kind and helpful. But hotel needs some serious refurbishment. If your room looks toward beach than you are a lucky one. On my pictures you can see the view from my room, and it is really not acceptable for this price. The price of 80 euros is way too high for a hotel that looks like it suddenly woke up from 70's. Breakfast is ok, it is classic, you won't be missing anything unless you want some special kind of food like gluten free for example. Across the street there is a nice beach bar " Thallasa" opend all day long and until late at night.

Absolute Nightmare:
-A club in front of the room playing music all night and we couldn't sleep
-The owners are extremely rude example is that I asked to be served a little grape more and the reply was "other customers need to eat as well"
