Rooms are okay. Service at the the restaurant is very good ! All the waitresses were very helpful,always with a smile on their faces. I’m giving them 5 out of 5 stars. Front desk was terrible. There were a noisy people next to our room and at midnight there was nobody to do something,not even a security,which is strange for a 5 star hotel. Food is okay,fresh and tasty but it was not too diverse. The beach was very clean and you can always find a sun-bed and even a couch. I can recommend the staff to bring more towels during the day.There is a parking lots,but again without security. At all we loved our stay and we can recommend it to friends.

Only the location is perfect. Everything other was awful. The photos are from the opening of the hotel probably. The room was fine except the bed which was not that comfortable. The smile of the girls at the reception was a mirrage. Also we had a problem with the check in so we waited 10 minutes to give us the cards for the room. The food was awful especially the meat if I can call it like that. We stayed 5 days and the menu for Breakfast and dinner was the same. We liked only the beach and that's all. Only the prices are for a 5 star hotel. The waitresses were kind. The check out time was 11 AM but our cards have stopped working earlier.

The hotel offers spacious recreational areas and is surrounded by nature. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always eager to assist with any requests. The sea is clean and tranquil, providing an ideal environment for those seeking relaxation. It is generally shallow, though it can get a bit wavy on windy days. However, the quality and variety of the food are somewhat disappointing. The buffet falls short of expectations, but if you opt for the à la carte restaurants for breakfast and dinner, the dining experience is significantly better.

The hotel was very nice, most of the staff was very kind, the food was good with a lots of variety and the rooms were cleaned every day. Our room was one of the best in my opinion. But the hotel needs a little bit of renovation. The 2 rooms where our family stayed at had some problems with leaking from the air conditioning, drainage etc. The staff was very fast with assisting and repairing tho. We had a lovely time and would love to come back.

Our first time at this hotel. The rooms are very big, clean and the beds are big as well. The air con is a big old and not working properly. We opted for breakfast and dinner and you have few options. Very tasty the food i must say. The pool was amazing and the drinks from the bar were lovely.
Is near to the beach which is a plus and they have sun beds. The staff are very polite and really nice. My daughter will never forget this holiday. We will come back for sure. Thank you for this amazing hospitality. ❤️

- The only concern is that there were people coming at the beach, but they were not guests of the hotel and they occupied the beach sunbeds for hours without using them. We had to fight every day to find a place for 4 of us to be together at the beach. Also, the same people not guests of the hotel were very noisy, using their own loud music and leaving garbage at the beach. Perhaps the hotel management can better control who is using the sunbeds and the hotel guests to be with PRIORITY. Thank you.

Place is beautiful, but....hotel management is nightmare! I made reservations 3 month's before for two adults and kid. Was settled in some kinda of basement. Was full of mold, smell of moisture was incredible. Garden view, that I ordered actually was view of wall and room was prepared only for two adults.After long negotiations whit management, they finally agreed to change room!

Very nice place but definitely not 5* nice. Heavy crowded with lots of children. Not a good beach but with good service. Very good personnel.

This is a very nice hotel with few (minor) drawbacks.
Hotel staff is absolutely perfect. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is excellent with nice beach in front. We stayed in standard room which is small and with dated furniture but bed was very comfortable. Food is good, especially dinner (breakfast is repetitive but OK). Sea is warm and wind breeze helps with high temperatures. Overall very nice vacation with just few minor drawbacks.

If you are not luxury addict, if you enjoy exotic hotels and colonial architecture with tropical palm trees and traditional mediteranean food , you will enjoy your stay ! Remember you are on island ;)
