Akrathos Beach Hotel

Many thanks to personnel of the hotel for the perfect attention to customers. People at the reception, restaurant and bar were always helpful and attentive. A special meal was prepared for our child daily with no extra charge.
The location, the sea and weather are obviously off charts

The arrival was very pleasant, and the resort made a good impression at first glance – everything is clean, and the service is excellent. Whether at the reception, the bar, or the restaurant, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The room is very clean and feels freshly renovated, except for a few small corners that were missed. One small thing we missed: two free bottles of water upon arrival, which we are used to from other hotels.

The beach and the path leading to it are beautiful, and there is also a great view from the pool. It was especially nice that the sun loungers and umbrellas at the beach are free. The drinks are good and enjoyable, but we would have liked to see some small snacks included in the all-inclusive offer in the afternoon.

Breakfast could be improved, especially the coffee. A live cooking station for custom omelets would be a nice addition.

The food at the main restaurant tastes good, and there is something for everyone. A bit more variety would be nice, but the themed evenings, especially the grilled food, were excellent. We want to especially praise the restaurant manager Eduardo, who was always friendly and helpful.

The salad and olives in the main restaurant were particularly delicious – fresh and well-prepared. The à la carte restaurant was also very tasty, but you have to book two days in advance, which makes it less spontaneous.

The beach is beautiful, and there is also a bar there. Nearby, you can rent boats to explore the small islands – highly recommended. Unfortunately, the toilets at the beach are in poor condition, while those at the pool are fine.

We really enjoyed our stay and felt well-rested. We would recommend the hotel.

We went 10 days all inclusive package, three families with kids. Hotel is tidy, clean, food is amazing, fresh all the time, beach is near walk by, a lot of space for different activities. Employees are nice, helpful, and ready to assist every time, special thanks to Manager Eduardo. Greek nights on Friday’s were amazing also. Overall, we think we will return next year as well.

Our stay at this hotel left us with mostly positive impressions, and I'm happy to share my experience. The location of the hotel is simply amazing—easy access to the sea, a vast property, and an atmosphere of tranquility and beauty throughout. It truly feels like a piece of paradise, and I must also mention the delicious food, which left a lasting impression.

As a hotel industry recruiter, I want to pay special attention to the staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and hospitality of the employees. The staff at the pool bar, the beach bar, and the tavern during our private dinner were exceptional. They demonstrated a high level of hospitality, always friendly and welcoming.

I also want to highlight the animation team, who created an incredible atmosphere. My son thoroughly enjoyed participating in the workshops and kids' disco, while we took pleasure in the fitness activities. The main restaurant was also top-notch—delicious food, cleanliness, and, of course, friendly staff. All the employees speak English, which adds to the comfort and ease of communication.

However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the reception team. Unfortunately, they left a less favorable impression. As a recruiter, I understand that receptionists are the "face" of the hotel and the first to greet guests. Sadly, our experience wasn't entirely positive. During check-in, we encountered unwelcoming behavior from the night receptionist, who seemed as if we had woken him up. We also dealt with a receptionist named Marina several times, who was occasionally condescending, and her reactions to our questions were met with an unpleasant smirk and non-understandable smiles. On one occasion, she even pointedly directed us to another receptionist, which left us with a negative feeling.

I hope this feedback helps you improve your service and reach new heights in hospitality. Despite these minor shortcomings, our stay was wonderful, and we would love to return to this piece of paradise again.

The sea is so clean... it's incredible. We also saw dolphins on two occasions 😀.
Antonia at the beach bar will always make you smile.
Also during our stay the sea was super calm...we never needed to use the pool as the sea was like a lake.

Very good hotel, wonderful food, rooms and pool. The beach is lovely with a bar but across the road. The only negative - the hotel is not suitable for active tourists.

Stayed for a little over a day. Everything works fine, from Russian speakers at the reception to plumbing)))) The beach is good, the bar on the beach is the same, there are not many descents and ascents, they are, but they don’t really bother. The only negative is the dining room, namely the dining room)))) there is no variety of dishes, the feeling that you are almost in a sanatorium (of course, not everything is boiled), so the hotel is good, the rooms are in perfect order, the beach is 5+, but I would like food more variety of dishes. Mostly the Germans and the British rest, so sometimes you feel out of place) they drink and start talking loudly, but they drink a lot and talk a lot and loudly.
